Bert & Kevin did a SPECTACULAR job on our Motorcoach. Have been working with Bert for over a month on figuring out the best shocks (Koni Evo FSD) and Tires (Toyo 154) for our style of driving (long distances). I special ordered the shocks, which were on National backorder for the F53 chassis and luckily, they came in stock. Was going to go again with Michelin XRV tires but Michelin has discontinued production. Found that out through several emails to Michelin as all the XRV tires I was finding were 1.5-3 years old already. When motorcoach tires are recommended by the tire manufacturers to replace at 5 years or 60,000 miles, you want the newest dot date that is stamped on all tires showing the week of production and year. We also had Kevin do a alignment which was a little more difficult as we had a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilzer also installed. After several test drives and adjustments, Kevin nailed it and our motorhome is driving better than it ever has. Thank you guys for all your hard work! Annie and I wish you both the best...

After multiple wasted trips to Firestone, I found Kimball's. They were able to replace my caster shims and get the truck aligned and driving good again.

I recently installed my own steering rack along with tie rods inner and outer and it was horribly misaligned by me. I made an appointment with Kimball's and I showed up 30 mins early. They were able to get me in pretty much right away, might have been good timing. They got my car aligned properly and my car is driving great and safe again. Thanks!Service: Wheel alignment

Had my front suspension done in January came down to have it looked at after it started pulling, after a few tweaks I was on my way good customer service

Brought my car in to have the bushings on my rear control arms regreased. Indicated to Kevin the torque specs for the control arms are 130 ft/pounds. When I picked up my car there was a noise coming from the right control arm. I called to talk to Kevin that day and never received a call back. Called the following day and talked to Bert, he put me on hold for 5 minutes then stated he could not find Kevin anywhere (totally lied to me), took my number again for Kevin to return my call and no call back! Took my car to another shop and they showed me the bushing had been damaged by overtightening! It appears he used a impact gun instead of a torque wrench as I had asked him to use! I stopped by in person asked Bert for a refund and he agreed for a 50% refund and then shorted me $20! I now have to buy another bushing and pay to get it installed. Call a few weeks before I came in for an alignment I asked about and the employee behind us said that three weeks out he didn't check no computer he didn't look in no log so to me he just don't like black people alot of wa , Pacific , payullup areas are like this refusing service or up charging or lieing about an a service ok ask for just cause they don't like the color I am smh learn how to treat ppl with respect

Went in for an alignment on my modified Tacoma for increased caster. Not only were they reasonably priced but Kevin walked me through where my alignment was (which he was spot on for how it was pulling right a bunch) but where he could take it. I asked him as many questions as I could why he was going to do it each way and he answered exactly what each adjustment was going to accomplish. I was in and out really quickly and they called to see if I wanted to come in earlier since another appointment didn't show. All in all I should have come here first. The truck drives true and I'm now able to reverse without rubbing my tires. If I every have any repairs now I've found my go to shop.

I took my son's Fiat 500 (lowered) to Kimball's for alignment. They were very polite and showed great interest and care with my concerns. The issue was quickly identified, communicated with me, then parts ordered and installed. The results were fantastic! I highly recommend them and they will be taking care of all my vehicles going forward.Service: Wheel alignment

Went there the other day early in the morning they said they were book for 3 weeks and their wasn't a car on their parking lot. Called Les schwab in Graham they got me in the next day. The guy that does the alignment was awesome he took me in his bay and explained what was wrong with my truck. If you want your alignment done that's the great place.

Great service! Able to do my lowered vehicle with no issues, and didn't charge me more for it. The only place I'll go for alignment from now on.

Called to try and get a truck in for steering gear issues. Dude on the phone sounded super exasperated that I would even ask to bring something in and said "were six weeks out so bring it if you want but I'm not touching it this week"Pretty sure there are nicer ways to relay that you are busy to a customer. Will be taking all my companies future business elsewhere.

I failed to review my first experience but now after two positive experiences I feel compelled to give Kimball s a shout out. My first experience involved 2 A arms I purchased online that needed ball joints pressed in. I tried at least one other location before Kimballs who had the parts pressed in the same day. I was back on the road very quickly after their help. The price was very reasonable and the service fast.The most recent experience was even more impressive. I used the online request an appointment from their website and quickly received a phone call that I missed. I called back and tried to describe the clunking coming from under the car which I thought might be a worn bushing in the suspension. I was able to get an appointment right away but was quite late for my time and ran errands for 30-45 mins until they could get me in. The technician (sorry I can t remember his name) interviewed me at the front counter to get the best idea possible of what I was hearing. The tech then took the car out for 5 minutes before putting it on the rack. After just a few minutes I was invited back to the shop area where the tech showed me all the suspension was in good shape and then showed me the muffler system had been jarred and was now hitting the frame of the car when I drive over a bump or hit a pot hole. The tech emphasized it was safe to drive but should be adjusted in the near future. I was referred to a nearby muffler shop for an inexpensive fix. The reason I ve gone into detail is because they could easily have told me I need XYZ done for $$$ and I wouldn t have been any the wiser. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book, especially when I have seen other service centers take full advantage of me, my wife and others. Kudos to Kimball s for running an honest shop. 5 stars for service, professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity. I know where I will be going for any future alignment and suspension work.

Took rv in for alinement and when they were done it drives better and alot easier to keep in lane and can use one hand to steer where before had to fight with the steering wheel to keep in lane. I found every person there easy to talk to and the one who worked my rv knows what he was doing. All the other shops I called told me go to Kimball's because have car ramps big enough to handle a 33ft rv and glad I did. They did great job.Service: Wheel alignment

As I woman, I often wonder how much we are overcharged for auto repair and maintenence. Burt, at Kimball's, has not tried to sell me more than I need. Great work for the right cost. I recommend Kimball's.

Started to use this place exclusively. They have best pricing including all wheel and 4 wheel drive alignments. Pleasant staff professional and kept me informedI really like this place.Thats the first time I said that in a review. I would be very surprised if you have a bad experience. Just remember they can only tell you what they see wrong. The shop rates are reasonable you have to pay for professionals.If not Dont waste your time and just go to pepboys.I like to drive a vehicle I feel safe in.

Walked in this morning. The gentleman up front seemed very uninterested in doing anything to my 07 Rabbit. Told me "Sounds like a Tire issue" I said well if you guys could look at it for me. The man up front goes okay well we only do by appointments. I said okay what do you have? He goes nothing for today. Wow! So now I'm at S&S Tire right up the road. They're checking my vehicle out. Kinda a rude way to approach a customer. Real classy Kimbal!

I took my Chevy Silverado 3500 . The alignment was done under an hour and was perfect. I would recommend Kimball's to my friends and family. Truly one last of the remaining honest mechanics in the Tacoma area.

Top notch. Coupe was to low for traditional alignment equipment. Kimball's had it up, aligned & ready to go in less than an hour & no extra cost.

I have a new place to take my Merc sprinter chassis... just sayin. And I grade hard. They did exactly what they said they would do. The technician came out, explained what he did, and how to take care of the tires and chassis in the future.
