I don t know and I can t speak for other people but I always come here to get my oil changed and the guys are always nice and prompt. I just got off work and was able to rush here by 5:45 to get my oil changed and they were so understanding and accommodating since I called before time.There s just something about letting people who know what they re doing do the work for you that puts you at ease. I know they do. Oh and on topOf that I love their coffee. It s right next door.

Very humble local auto shop with Cafe shop. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Got their full service done and they were quick about it. Affordable pricing I think $96 for synthetic oil, inspection, all liquids changed. I feel for the receptionist as he was in a lot of pain awaiting hip surgery. Praying for this business as they do a good job! Came recommended and was not disappointment.

New to Tacoma and I love this place. I won t trust anyone else to service my truck since I ve been coming here, super friendly people and quick service. And the ladies at the coffee shop are always so friendly and on point with my orders, coffee and drinks are amazing and made fresh, their food and and snacks are awesome as well my kids love this place too,haven t been back to Starbucks since I found this little hidden gem. Definitely check it out

They left my lights on and ran my battery down during the oil change, then told me it had a bad battery testing at 10.7V, and it would be about $160 plus tax to change it. I just said "Oh, I can't today," paid for the oil change and filter that that I DID need, and went home.Where I pulled out MY multimeter. Perfect 12.66V. Had my sister start the car, dropped to upper 11s and then up into the mid-upper 13s, exactly as one would expect.Got the same results hours later, with a cold engine.The false sympathy of "oh well, we had to jump it, it's running outside waiting, good luck!" was especially messed up, since they left my Kia outside running without anyone attending who could stop a thief in Tacoma. There's a tiktok challenge to steal them, and it's BEEN stolen once already (and involved a lot of broken glass. Unlike this, where the window down and key in ignition would have made my insurance refuse to cover the loss or any damages, and the police would be like "welp. Shouldn't have done that" *shrug*).Overall, Would Not Return. Would Not Recommend.And will actively UN-recommend. I've already started.Edited to add: totally sent your (grammatically incorrect) comment to the person who recommended you, a Tacoma native who knows y'all. Thanks for the receipts(Also, you were looking for the word "your." And a semi-colon ( this guy --> ";" ), rather than a comma. Get educated and stop scamming, scammers).Not all women are ignorant about cars.

Over $100 for just an oil change on 2013 Toyota...not including any fluid checks etc. Rip off. Pretty sure profiled. By other reviews be careful if you're a female by yourself. Do not recommend.Don't worry. I won't be back and I stand by review. Dealership says they charge $80 including much more and every six months not three. Thank you.By researching, per mechanic and owner manual, full synthetic oil recommended change is 10-15 months. Synthetic blend last around 7500 miles. Continuing education, being teachable, and not trying to double your profit by misleading people is important.

Coffee is A+ . Lube techs are professional and upfront!Their espresso machine probably costs more than half the cars that come through the stand it s HUGE compared to other local stands and tastes like they definitely take care of it . I don t know who s faster the guys changing oil or the girls making coffee !! Might as well be a pit stop because your in and out for everything ! The whole place is cleaner than all of Tacoma and very inviting . Definitely a place I can stop by with the whole family if I ever needed to . There is something for everybody ! Never in a million years would I have guessed I could feed my whole family a deli style lunch , get my car taken care of and leave with coffee to fuel the rest of the days endeavors !The bathroom is for customers only and that is so nice beings that the area they are located . This business is a diamond in the ruff . Love the concept and the owners ! If you frequent the business enough you will get to loving them too !

Been getting the #5 for a few years. My engine blew and one of my best friends who's been a mechanic for 20 something years said it looked like my oil had not been charged in years and the worst sludge he's ever seen.

The prices here are absolutely ridiculous, if you re looking for an oil change for under $50 don t even bother coming here. No matter what you do these owners somehow make your simply requested oil change into $80.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Jump start espresso is amazing... The ladies that work there are amazing and always very nice and friendly. You only need to come a couple times and they remember what you like to order. The drinks are good, and the service is A+

This is a great spot to get an oil change for a good price and you ll be outa there in 10-20 minutes. The men working there are no nonsense hard working bees. Straight forward and serves customers with respect. I really appreciate that! Plus, it s nice to know there s a good coffee stand right next to it. Overall, this is a great spot to get a quick oil change and get coffee. A good blend.

Service was quick, cheap, and polite but all positives end there. A few days later we start hearing knocking sounds in the engine and then the check engine light comes on. Pulled over, checked the oil, it looks like water and level is way too high. Turns out they put 5L of cheap thin oil into a 4.2L tank. Went to a chain oil change shop the next day, drained the garbage they put in and added 4.2 L of full synthetic high mileage oil. The check engine light is off, car is now running fine.Service: Oil change

We have been coming here for years. Since they have recently changed staff, the line moves much more quickly when I come thru at 7:45. When it was three or four deep, it would make me late for work. Sometimes I wouldn t be able to wait and I would have to leave and find another coffee stand. These guys are so efficient that if I see multiple cars I don t even worry. I m still getting out of there quickly. The staff is so friendly and my coffee is always just how I want it. And that s the most important thing to me.Service: Oil change

Easy and quick. I have to get full synthetic for my car so it automatically comes with some other fluids top-offs like windshield cleaner etc. I could save $40-50 doing it myself but this is way easier. The longest I've waited is probably like 20min.

Review edit: The ladies working at this coffee stand have always been great, as well as the coffee. However, several employees that I came to know well have left the stand due to issues with management. Based on the owners comments on another review for this stand, it makes it quite clear that they seem to be out of touch with reality.Old Review: Everyone here is so friendly and every drink I have had is prepared so well! I've never had bad coffee from here

Pretty sure they sometimes add extra costs. This last time the oil change started at 45 and ended at 70 dollars. They've always been cheaper than other places up until now so I just ignored it. But think I'll start doing my own oil changes. Still though one of the cheapest oil change places around. Service is fine, they will try to up sale you an air filter.

Very expensive, and never reported my service. Needed details of the service to provide to insurance and they were unable to provide them. 2 stars for being fast during the service itself. I won't be back though.

5 stars, for officiant work. Quick with whatever needs to be done. And I take my 2 vehicles there from a 2014 toyota to a 2023 Palisade! And great with price for the peace of mind I get

Don't go here! They over filled my car by 3qts on a simple oil change and almost blew up my engine. Luckily it only fouled the spark plugs and made a mess. I have receipts and photographic evidence from Titus Will Ford. The manager won't admit wrong doing and said Ford probably did it even though my car broke down right after getting service from Auto Lube and I had it towed to Ford after. Shouldn't take a brain surgeon to see that doesn't add up. I told him I should get compensated for the repairs and a refund, and he offered me a free oil change... even though he claims he did nothing wrong and it's Ford's fault. I understand that mistakes happen, but to not have any accountability for your shoddy work is inexcusable. I've reported them to the better business bureau and will be seeking a refund. If you care about your car go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Great coffee, need a high staff volume if able if someone calls out they only have on person. Drinks are on the sweeter side. Breakfast sandwiches are the bomb. I love that they carry 20 oz drinks as well.

The nicest baristas in town BUT they used to be staffed and now they are NOT staffed properly. Expect long waits even with a small line because often only 1 barista is scheduled. Now do NOT come for these wonderful baristas. I feel they are doing the best they can. Cars drive away every time I'm here due.to waiting too long. I never.come here when in a hurry.5 stars baristas1 star for waits

I ve been going to this place for my oil changes for years and used to have great service here. However, the last 2 times that I have had my oil changed here, I received some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, this most recent time being the final factor in my decision not to go back. I bought an air filter before I got there, so When the manager asked if I wanted a new one I declined, stating I already have one that I was planning to put in on my own. Then another guy came in, trying to sell me one of the air filters, I again declined stating that I already had one. That guy then said oh okay, we will pop that in for you . He didn t ask if I wanted it done, he just took it upon himself to do it. When I went to pay I noticed it was a higher amount than anticipated, due to a charge for putting the air filter in. When I questioned the charge and explained how the guy did it with out discussing a fee or anything, the manager hurried out to my car, and took the new air filter out, replacing it with the old one and just tossed it into my front seat, no box or anything and it had oil on it. It s crazy to me that this is the type of customer service that society has resorted to. Again, I definitely will not be going back.
