These guys are SO MUCH FUN! Love the banter between them and they kept me laughing throughout my service. I had to replace my headlight bulbs. They made it easy and stress free. A really enjoyable experience.

I've been getting my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube for years and always had great service. But I went in this morning to get an oil change and after waiting about ten minutes in line, I was checked in and answered a dozen questions about phone number, email address, ect. and then informed that they no longer carry 5W-30 conventional oil and I'd have to go with a full synthetic at over twice the usual price!Instead, I went somewhere else and got my regular oil change for a much better price and Jiffy Lube no longer gets my business.

Very friendly staff! They helped me change my oil! I could not take off the factory spec oil drain that the other Jiffy lube put back on and refused to help me take off. I think I found my new spot!

Friendly attentive staff, quick turnaround, and they didn't try to upsell me on things my car didn't need. ie the air filter, I thought it was due, they checked it, and it wasn't needed. They also let me know that I had a bearing going out which was causing the growling sound coming from my vehicle. Overall, the best location in the Tacoma area!

I had a fantastic experience with these gentlemen today! I was afraid they wouldn't be able to fit me in because I arrive 30 mins before closing. They hooked me up and I was in and out super fast! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cheryl is very quick and she knows what she's doing. Gives good advice on thingsI didn't even know jiffy lube had experience on with vehicles. Very quick service and they don't try to push product I don't want or need on to my bill. The crew at the University Place location is courteous, fast, and understand your vehicle s needs and don t try and upsell you - they present your choices . I am a 12 year veteran of the Automotive Service Industry and normally don t trust anyone to work on my vehicles. These are GREAT people to have service your car, truck, 4X4, etc . Only waited 15ish mins for an oil change, and the staff were efficient and friendly. It was around $70 after the $20 off coupon.

Once I was in the bay, they had me in and out in no time. I really appreciated that they serviced customers in the order we arrived. I didn't experience any upselling pressure, the entire team was extremely pleasant and helpful. Go to Grease Monkey!! You can try to contact Jiffy Lube Regional after the mechanics messed up your car and oil spills everywhere then they will refer you back to this sad place where cars go to die.. They try to blame this on the person who did the last oil change after the job was partially done not before when you should make your initial assessment and report damaged parts if there are any. Let me know if you have any questions since Jiffy Lube obviously doesn't.

Jordan and the new staff here were awesome! He went above and beyond to service my truck quickly and efficiently. Jordan even fixed my clamp for my battery and tightened it down for me. The entire staff including the manager were out working on my truck and making sure the job was done correctly. Made me feel like customer service was actually something they truly care about. In this day and age it s hard to find companies that still care about taking care of the customers, over profit. Best experience I ve had in a very long time, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tune up on their vehicle.Service: Oil change
