I love this jiffy lube location! The staff is very attentive, friendly and personable. Always a great experience every time I go in. Very knowledgeable staff. Definitely can say they make customer service their number 1 priority. Wait time is very minimized, in and out really quickly. A sincere thank you to Ramirez for making my experience a great one and answering all my questions! Customer for life.

I was incredibly impressed with my recent oil change experience at Jiffy Lube! As a young woman, sometimes car maintenance can feel intimidating, but the staff at this location made everything so smooth and welcoming. They were both friendly and incredibly efficient, getting my oil changed quickly without sacrificing thoroughness.What truly stood out to me was their genuine interest in my car's safety. Beyond the oil change, they did a quick inspection and brought to my attention a potentially unsafe bubble in one of my tires. They explained the issue clearly, advised me on replacing the tire soon, and even offered to look up where I could replace my tire. This proactive approach gave me peace of mind, knowing they weren't just pushing for additional services but genuinely cared about my safety on the road.Specifically, I appreciated:Friendly and efficient staff: They answered all my questions patiently and explained everything in terms I could understand.Transparency and proactiveness: They brought potential issues to my attention without pressure, offering clear explanations and advice.Convenience and speed: The oil change was completed quickly and efficiently, while still feeling thorough.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube and will definitely be returning for future car maintenance needs. I had brought my own oil here for 3 years it maybe saved me like $5 bc service fees are still pretty high. Seems like a pretty reasonable and common thing to do. They wouldn t let me do it on my most recent trip. Just want somewhere simple that will replace the oil and dispose of it and willing to pay for that service. That s not here.

These guys are chill and the service was excellent. I was behind two cars but I was still out of here in about 30 minutes. On a Saturday. Shout out to the mechanic Aiden B for a speedy oil change and excellent customer service. Total came to $120 with coupon, definitely will be back!

Let me start off by saying BEST JIFFY LUBE! HANDS DOWN! 5 stars Frank, the general manager, was a very understanding, and thoughtful person! Great choice in manager! Gave me great service and i will be coming back most definitely! Now the employees that changed my head lights: Caleb, Kenny, Andrew, and Aiden did quick and efficient work and they were so sweet. They just genuinely wanted to help fix my car. I will always go to this jiffy lube!Thank you guys for being amazing at your job!

Very nice people, very helpful. I felt they were a bit condescending to me (I am female) but it might just be that I am sensitive to that kind of thing as well. Great experience overall.

Hello,I went to my neighborhood Jiffy Lube at 2218 Mildred St. W. in Tacoma. I arrived at 7:10am on 13Jan2024 and there were 4 employees in the shop. When I arrived there was one car already in the shop and the bay doors were closed. 1 person came out and took my info. I was next in line and no other customers were waiting in line. I observed only 1 of the employees working while the other 3 were standing around doing nothing. At 7:55am and after waiting for 45 minutes I asked one of the employees what was causing the delay and why don't open the other bay? He replied "I don't know" and I overheard one of the other employees say "what does he want? There's only 4 of us this morning?" Then 3 of the employees went down into the area under the vehicle where you drain the oil etc and started laughing and messing around. The other guy who i believe was the manager just stood in the shop. During this time 2 other customers arrived. After 10 minutes no one came out to greet them and I gave up and left. I drove across town to the Sprague Jiffy Lube located at 605 S. Sprague, Tacoma where I received amazing and what I'm used to service. In and out in 20 minutes. The crew worked efficiently and the manager led the crew and all functions very well. I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on Mildred St for 10 years and the service has progressively gotten worse the last 4 times I have gone there. I'm never going back to that Facility. The employees there on 13Jan2024 at 7am owe me an hour of my life back!It was obvious to me that they had no idea of what they're doing and I was not going to let them touch my car! I believe the vehicle in the shop was possibly one of theirs or a buddies vehicle. I assertively don't recommend anyone going to Jiffy Lube on Mildred St in Tacoma!

Went in for a quick scan for my check engine light. After waiting for ten ish minutes without really being talked to, the guy said it'd be 50$ for a diagnosis. I've been to many Jiffy Lubes and other shops and never been charged for a simple check engine light. Don't waste your time coming here, you can get the same thing done for free at a million different places, including other Jiffy Lubes.

Completely rude staff. Made no effort to acknowledge the arrival even though they were right there. When I pulled in the spot in front of the bay because they didn t attempt to tell me where to go and two spots were empty with lots of employees waiting and my other position was blocking thru traffic, the man taking the customer info snapped at me to wait. Then instead of helping me after another customer, he walked away. Customer service is so important for any business.

Quick and efficient service. Polite and gregarious customer service from a team who clearly enjoy working together and provide great service. I'll come back here for my next oil change, this one was so easy! (And I love being able to stay in my car for a quick thing like this.)

Updating my review... Went down to my car this morning and it's leaking oil. It wasn't leaking before I had my oil changed.UPDATE... Took my car to the Jiffy Lube by my work and they said they are pretty sure it was oil that got caught in the pan. He said if it leaks again to bring it back in. He cleaned it off and said keep an eye on it but it doesn't appear to be leaking. Hopefully my car is good now. I will say this this location the employees were friendly and had me in and out in no time.

I got an oil change at this location early yesterday morning. NOTHING else was wrong with my car! A warning light came on today, and so did my red oil light. I took my car back to Jiffy Lube at 5:00 today and saw the same guy from yesterday. I learned that oil all leaked out!!! Also, that there are 2 other leaks of some kind! The guy topped off my oil. When I showed the guy the light and asked him what it was he said it s the check engine light and that it was on already yesterday morning! BUT NO IT WASNT! And he was never in my car to see it either because I was in my car the whole time! I went to pickup my kid from school program and ALL THE OIL LEAKED OUT in less that 35 minutes!!! My red oil light came on and stayed on after I got my little girl and I was scared I d brake down! Luckily Firestone was close by and barely still open and I was able to drop off my car and get us a Lyft home! I m so upset with Jiffy Lube right now! I will never go here again!

Qualify service from William, Aiden, and Mark. I popped in today for an oil change and they caught an issue with my air cap. They quickly fixed it for me, then ran a diagnostic to make sure there were no other issues. This jiffy lube installed my splash guard wrong. It fell off two days later. I contacted them. They said they had ordered it. 5 months later still don't have it. And never actually ordered it. The supervisor said he didn't know what I was talking about. Very poor customer service.

I ve been to this location a few times, but never have I ever came across frank who is very professional at what he does. I had a few questions and everything was answered in amazing detail. He definitely made sure I was well taken care of. His crew was also awesome, they all treat you well and give you the customer service you deserve. Thanks for everything! (:

They are supposed to be closed at 6 pm and it's only 5:33pm. I pulled in and an employee stared at me while I pulled up to the closed garage door. I stopped the employee as he walked out the front door and asked why my vehicle isn't able to be serviced and he's said he didn't have any time and they closed everything down already. To drive 10 miles to the next one.
