They did an amazing job. Dee was thorough, EXTREMELY helpful and kind. The entire team at Jiffy Lube, Lakewood took great care of my care and provided prompt, complete service. This was my first time visiting a Jiffy Lube and I'm glad I chose to come to Lakewood. I will be going to Jiffy Lube for all of my minor repair needs from now on. Great job and special thank you to Dee for their incredible service and all of the incredible car care reccommendations.

Anthony, Dan and Dylan were phenomenal. They changed our oil without any disturbances to my family while we sat inside our car. They made sure to make us feel safe and well taken care. While changing our oil the guys made sure to top up the additional fluids, checked all exterior lighting, my brakes and even changed out my hid bulbs(amongst other things) all within record time(-20 minutes). This is why I've been with Jiffy lube for 7 years and will continue to be a repeat customer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Electrical, Brakes, Battery

I dont write 5 star reviews often, as my time on here is complaining about bad service. But I'm very happy I went here.A few days ago I decided to have them give my truck an oil change. I drove up and their IPad told them who I was based on my license plate. They greeted me, by my name, like I was a regular. The gal working here, idk if she is the manager, was very friendly and full of life. The others working here were friendly and provided refreshing customer service the whole way too.I'm what I would consider myself as an intermediate experienced mechanic, I've worked on my old Ram 1500 for years.I know a lot of the ins and outs of my truck. I'll do the oil change as it costs me $35 dollars to pick up some oil and do the change myself.But once in a blue moon I'll pay a bit more here if I sense an issue on my truck that I just cant figure out.Jiffylube is quick to find the issue and ask me questions on if I have any specific bad driving habits with my vehicle... which are true which has been the cause of said issue.They also informed me on my trucks issues I already knew about. If I went to the dealership they will flat out lie to me on thousands of dollars worth of other issues and parts they say need to be replaced which have already been taken care of by me.I've gone to this exact location for 20 years. Growing up my mom would get her car serviced here. Never had an issue with these guys once. The service is even better with their new iPad system they have. The only downside is my truck is so big they cant lift it to rotate tires along with the oil change which is fine. Its easy to do at home.Jiffylube mainly just recommends your specific cars maintenance routine and doesnt pressure you. Paying extra for an oil change with them was worth it.

This particular location is sketchy and the staff clearly have no clue what they are doing. Right off the bat, they tell me I have an oil leak, which the car never had a problem with before. Turns out that they couldn't find the oil filter and were fumbling below the car when it's located above in the engine bay. Then they had the hardest time putting a simple oil filter in. They all clearly had an I don't care attitude. Then before I leave the cashier tells me my car sounds funny and recognized that it didn't sound that way when I pulled in. My car better not have any trouble because I'm holding this location accountable. I regret coming here and taking such a chance on my car.. a simple oil change should not leave you feeling ripped off and scared that they messed things up.

$25 off and a free tire rotation, I was charged the full amount without getting the sale price. First they broke my dipstick right when I pulled in, and the service was very fast. After driving about 30 miles I realized my car is really having problems my check engine light came on, my car was smoking and over heating which didn t have that problem before, I had my mom inspect the car and she immediately noticed that the car had no oil ! It was too late to go in that do so I returned the next morning. My car now is overheating P****** * The cashier the day before told me my car is leaking oil which it wasn t before. The lead and cashier/oil changer lady, gave me a refund and they told me to contact with any other problems. I am very upset i called another car repair company and they are doing a second opinion upon arrival they immediately noticed the oil is completely overfilled. I will be getting a written statement made and need corporate to contact me or I will be in contact with them . Please contact me about my car I need repairs done. Thank you again Kaiya.

I always go to this jiffy lube to get my oil changeI went here about 3 times in month, once a week, to try and get my Audi A5 oil changed but every time I came in the kept telling me they were out of the oil my car uses.I don t make a big deal out of it as it s not the end of the world to meThey would tell me there a lot in changes and management, no one s ordering the oil, they don t know when they ll get my oil in stock,whatever I ll try again next week.I come in the following week and same as usual I ask the guy if they finally have my Oil in stock as I ve been trying every week for the last monthHe tells me that they ve had it and doesn t know why they wouldn t change my oilthe guy gave great service and apologize for whatever reason they didn t want to change my oil, always get great service had a weird month maybe? But the guy more then made up for it

This shop is incredible. A very good quality group of people here. I appreciate the quality of work. Sandra the manager is excellent and settled an oil leak problem caused by another store. Very much love these guys.

$120 for a 10 minute or less service that I don t even know if they actually completed is disgusting. Employee tried to help me with a coupon and the manager actually got mad at him trying to help me. Terrible experience all around. Last time using Jiffy Lube.

This is the "go-to" place for oil changes, when you don't do them yourself. They are fast, thorough and usually have parts on-hand when things go wrong (stripped oil plug, etc...). I'll be using them again!

I was worried my oil was low so I stopped in, they greeted me and took minimal information, checked the car fluids and my oil was fine, but my wiper and radiator fluid was low. The service provider filled them both and said have a nice day ! I was there about 5 minutes tops! Love them and will be back.

Tonya and Dee were extremely helpful and kind to me today. Their assistance was absolutely top notch. Quick and concise, while not rushing me at all. Dee even helped me popped my hood since I didn t know how. Genuinely amazing job by both of them!

Tonya, Mary, Lewis, Ryan and David were an excellent service team. They work well together and have great customer service! I called multiple places in my area before deciding this was the best one for me. I was happy with my choice.So to be honest this was my first time going in myself to get my oil changed. I was way past overdue for the change. The staff here are so nice and were happy to answer my questions without judgement and help me feel empowered making decisions about my car. It went by quick, didn't even get through one chapter of my new book.

Dee was incredibly helpful and kind, he made me feel comfortable dealing withy vehicle. Dylan, Maryanne and Tonya at this location are superb! They got me in and out of service fairly quickly, even with a bit of wait. The amazing staff at the Lakewood Jiffy Lube on 59th Ave are amazing!! They always go above and beyond a regular oil change service. I m pretty knowledgeable about car maintenance, but they always recommend exactly what I need and nothing more! I just moved to Lakewood and am very pleased to have such great service close to home!! I will be back.

Absolutely love the attention and speed of the service we received from Tonya and Dylan . They were very professional yet friendly. I especially appreciated the attention to other services that were needed but I did not feel high-pressured to accept. Of course we accepted the services that were needed because the prices was reasonable. Customer service was great. Employees were all very friendly. They were quick and informative. As as a female, it's hard to find places you can trust with your car. They were fast and suggested I get certain things (that they could do there) looked at for safety purposes. I would have never knew had they not informed me.
