Fast, easy and quality work.1) My car was finished 17 days before any of the other 5 shops I contacted were even able to get me in to their shops.2) They buffed the whole car so the old parts matched the shine of the replaced parts and new work.3) Very friendly and straight forward.4) They worked directly with the insurance company5) Guarantee of work is no different than working with an 'in-network" company.6) Family owned businessLocated next to the Franz Bakery, in the house on the hill. I couldn t be happier! After being hit in a parking lot by a semi-truck.. needless to say dealing with insurance companies is stressful, time consuming and very overwhelming- especially before the holidays. These folks reduced the stress for me. One place stated they couldn t get me in for several months due to covid and inclement weather. These folks not only got me in right away, but finished my car in 3 days! They were very communicative, friendly and easy to work with. My car not only looks like it was never in an accident, but also looks better than when I bought it (used). I hope to never see these guys ever again- but should I need more auto body work this is where you ll find me!Service: Body & Trim

I live in Southern California, and my daughter is a college student up in Seattle. A few weeks ago, she was in an accident that caused a lot of damage to her car. We had to find some way to get it fixed, but being two states away, we didn't really know who to call or where to go. So I looked around Google and Yelp and International Auto Body had a lot of glowing reviews. So I emailed Dan and I showed him pictures of what kind of repairs we needed fixed, and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.When my daughter got her car back today, it looked AMAZING. Seriously, it looks better now than it did before the accident. He went above and beyond for her. And he did it for such an amazing price, just because he wanted to help out a young college student. I seriously can't thank Dan and his wife enough, they really went out of their way to give us an A+ customer experience.I can't see a situation where I will ever need car repairs again up in Tacoma, but if you're reading this and you're local to the area, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend hiring Dan and International Auto Body for your services. In fact, I feel bad that I can only give them five stars. This is the first business I have ever reviewed that I feel should get ten stars.Thank you so much again for your work, Dan, we really appreciate it!

This is a unibody vehicle, that mean no sections, solid body. With before and after pictures it shows the level of skill/mastery in returning this car back to its original condition. A DEFINITE Hidden Gem in the Middle of a main thoroughfare even the driveway is hidden, that you don't realize where the entrance is actually located. I will DEFINITELY be returning to have ANY/ALL Vehicle's I need worked on, I'll be bringing it to them. AND They also work with you with what you can afford to have done, now this doesn't mean you get it for free HOWEVER they are MOST DEFINITELY worth my Patronage and yours. And the people are Very Nice. In no time Dan explained to me what All was done in easy to understand terms. Again, an absolutely wonderfully hidden gem

Dan To at the International Auto Body & Collision is a consummate professional. I have brought two of my vehicles for auto body work and paint, and Dan did an outstanding job on both occasions. His prices were below what I expected to pay; he completed the job at a very reasonable time, and he did a fantastic job. He exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Dan is the man to see if you have anything from a dent to a totaled out vehicle. His prices are more than fair and he's super fast with repairs. I've been going to him for several years to keep my vehicles looking superb!

For some customers this place might lack on customer service skills, but the work they did onmy vehicle was great no complaints. They even informed the customer to at least expect 80% work quality. For the price , I paid it was worth it.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I brought my son s car in to get an estimate on repairing a big dent from an accident. I found this place on google and it was close to our house.The owner Dan was very friendly and gave us a good estimate for the repair. I had a good feeling about Dan and his shop so I left the car there immediately. Three days later, I got a called from Dan saying the car was ready. My son and I were very happy with the work on the car since it looks great and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks Dan

Showed up there for an estimate and spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the place.. in the meantime nobody answered and my car started overheating. Once I got there I was apparently leaking fluid and told I couldn't drive home.. she kept asking me about getting my car towed as I cried my eyes out on the phone trying to figure it out and told me they'd give me an estimate for just the bumper and then changed her mind. I ended up leaving down the hill because she wouldn't stop asking about me getting my car towed and I had my 1 year old with me & just wanted a minute to figure things out. I had no clue it was more than cosmetic damage until I pulled up at this place which was only 5 minutes from my home..
