Came to Industrial Tire as a referral from Fife RV Service team. Dingo was the tech who has been assisting us in identifying the correct tires for our rv, coordinating the deliver and also installing the new tires on our coach at the Fife RV. They do customer service the old-fashioned way with great communication by text and phone as well as solid follow up. Highly recommend working with Industrial Tire - Dingo and their team offer service which is truly extraordinary!Service: Tires

Unbelievable good service. RV with 4 tires in back. I was unable to check air pressure because valves were inside. They were Abel to jack and remove tires and adjust pressure in no time. Friendly staff and fair prices.

Super nice staff. The mechanic that was on duty at opening was stellar. He was super professional, focused and worked so diligently. I will definately return here for any tire needs in the future.

Returned to the Tacoma Dome parking garage to find that one of my tires was flat. AAA would have taken over an hour to get there, and I wasn't about to put the spare on myself since I was 6 months pregnant. So I drove (slowly) across the street to Industrial Tire Service. Even though there was no space in the garage, they immediately went to work jacking up the car and inspecting the tire in the pouring rain. A giant bolt had punctured my tire, but they were able to repair it within 20 minutes. They also adjusted my tires to the correct PSI, as all 4 had been over-inflated. When I said I should probably replace all 4 tires soon, the owner checked my tires personally and said I had at least a few more months. Finally, when I asked how much I owed them, they said not to worry about it! This was hands down the best tire shop experience I've ever had. They just earned a lifetime customer!

I work next door to these guys.Bought four new tires from them, picked up a nail a week later.They charged me to repair it...ok.Drove two blocks? Flat.Charged me $25 to screw up what I could have done for free.After my company bought expensive forklift tires from them.

Very good service. Great price for foam fill for small equipment tires. Never have to air fill the tires again. Located near the Tacoma Dome.
