My car looks brand new! Jae made the whole process super easy and he was so kind to work with. With the shop being a small local business, the service is excellent and Jae fixed my car faster than expected. Other shops charged me way more and had me wait months, but he was able to go through options with me and really tailored the service for me. He's very honest and transparent, and you can tell he has mastered his craft. His album of restorations are impressive, and he has skills that are not taught in school anymore. Jae has decades of experience and I'm so happy with my car. As previous reviewers said, Jae can be blunt but he is honest, careful, and did the perfect job. Trust him with your auto needs! Thank you Jae, 10/10!

When my dealership passed on helping me with a shattered window, I brought my car here to investigate why a window shattered with no visible cause. The owner looked at the car with me, listened to what happened(the window shattered when I opened the door?!), reviewed the estimate with me, and scheduled me quickly (everywhere else I called was booked out a few weeks).I never felt talked down to (as a female customer).He was able to solve the problem quickly and got me back in my car before I expected it to be ready (door body correction + new window). He showed me something the dealership missed with my battery, good looking out!12/10, hoping not to need to come back but will be first choice if I need help.

Wonderful customer service, the owner is very nice and even gave me a small tour of his shop and paint booth, as well as showed me his paint work to convince me before I committed to having him paint some body panels. He had an incredible price as well, around $200 less than what I was quoted by other shops for two small panels. Would absolutely visit again, the paintwork looks amazing and turned out phenomenal. Further, the panels were painted and ready for pickup in less than 24 hrs!! Thanks!

Very good pricing, repaired my Lexus LS430 above industry standards & excellent price. One owner & only himself as an employee as well. Pleasantly surprised when my car was done days early. Ecstatic with the results. This is now my go-to body shop.

Because the owner does the work himself, he was kind and honest. After the car was repaired, it was completely clean and completely repaired, and the meat was even guaranteed for life time. In short, amazing !!

Ask about a back bumper and owner was not being a professional. His tone of voice is condescending. I get it. If you don t want to do it, then just say no.
