This is the best body shop in all Tacoma and Lakewood areas. This is my opinion. They fixed my car quickly and in a short amount of time. They kept me informed of every step of the process. Thank you, guys, for getting me back on the road.

They did a fantastic job on our car repairing the front passenger side, front bumper and door. They got our car back to us way ahead of schedule and sent us messages of the progress while they were working on it. Super impressed, great job!

So far they are ok. Waiting to get my car back after my neighbor backed into my car from not paying attention to what she was doing. So the verdict is still out.

By far one of the worst experiences with a body shop. Original estimate was for a 2 week repair. Due to incompetence and lack of professionalism, the repair ended up costing me a car that should never have been totalled. It took well over 2 months for this to be handled. When asked for a good gesture for rental car reimbursement, they went back on their word since the repair was not "completed". Use this shop at your own risk.Services: Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

First off they had a super rude receptionist, went in for some slight scrapes on my bumper and they told me it would take about 2 days. Well its ended up being more than 2 weeks and they have barely gave me any info on my car. I was rear-ended August Gerber worked with me to get my car in as soon as possible. The whole team are kind and understand the hassle it is to get your car repaired. They explained everything along the way their company as well has a great relationship with Enterprise rental car. They estimated time of fixing my car would have been September 13th but they got it done two weeks early. I had been stressed because I didn't have a second driver for dropping off my rental as well as picking up my car but they already had that covered for me. They're professionalism and care are Beyond what I could hope for couldn't recommend them more.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Tacoma. They have taken care of me every time someone has hit my car. From start to finish they are the best. I will not take any car I own anywhere else.

My insurance agent found Gerber and setup the appt. We had to reschedule, which was easy, and the text alerts were helpful. I received the quote right away and they answered all of my questions. My adjuster did not receive the quote and she had to call Gerber, but that was a minor oversight that was sorted out immediately.

I would recommend Geber Collision to anyone dealing with the stressful circumstances around car damage. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. He was very knowledgeable, honest and upfront when he explained the process. Mike kept me informed throughout the whole process. I appreciate the Excellent communication, that makes happy loyal customers :-). The drop off was and pick up was a breeze, I was in and out in no time. Not to mention my car looks great. I was there to get an estimate of my front bumper damage. The estimator (wish I knew his name) was very kind and honest. I highly recommend this place. Went to out body shops, but they offered the best price! But I was very satisfied with their honesty. Front desk lady was very helpful, and kind too. Was such professionalism from beginning with the customer service by Kameron Antle, to the quality of work by the techs on my vehicle. The service was the best I ve had in dealing with stressful circumstances around car damage, that I ve returned when I needed repairs due to an accident because of that service. I ve had work done at Paramount collision as well as Kimble, and the service I received by Kameron was unlike any I ve had at those places. Best service hands down.Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!Completely took advantage of my young daughter.My daughter took the car in for brake repair after an accident stating that she DIDN'T want body repair.$3500 later and 76 DAYS later, the brakes weren't fixed.

I wanted to drop a quick note to Cameron and his team. I had an issue with my fender that was popped out and wanted to get a quote to fix it. It was a simple fix so they just fixed it right there on the spot. So grateful for their willingness to be helpful and professional. If I ever need their services again, I will definitely go there! We took our car there for minor repairs. They did a great job fixing the damage, the timeline given was met, and the car looked great when picked up. The only reason I gave 4-stars was they side with insurance company instead of customer. Maybe isolated situation, but still left me scratching my head since I had out of pocket costs.

The quality of work is fantastic! I've taken two of my cars to them and each team they've some great work and in a timely manner. They're also very communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Mike was upfront and honest. He called and texted weekly to provide updates. The drop off and pick up was efficient. The work was done as described. Hopefully I won t need these services again. The guys at Salitinos take great care of me every time I go. Cameron is so great at customer service. He listens to the problem, gets the right tech and solves the problem asap. The techs are super friendly and so skilled. I will never go anywhere else for my auto body repairs.

Amazing customer service...will be the only place we ever take our carsRepeat customer here. Got my second car back from them today. Most disappointing deal of my life someone wrecked my car all I needed was an estimate and they acted like they were to busy to do it they put me on hold for three weeks then told me to go somewhere else. I was willing to pay to have any time they spent looking at it crazy can't believe a business advertises free estimates but won't do them f@&k that place.

No appointment necessary. Robert looked over the car with a keen eye. Had an estimate in 5 minutes. Listened to our expectations and told us how things would proceed.

Didn't actually have any work done, was a total loss as per insurance. However, these guys were clearly on my side, and watching out for my interests despite making no money off the deal. Would recommend.

Poor front desk customer service. Saltino s returned parts scheduled to be installed, then blaimed me/customer for not confirming appointment. Said they returned the parts because they were too expensive to sit on-the-shelf for so long.

We dropped our truck off to kameron and was told it would be done in a few days well we were happy to find out it was ready the very next day couldn't be happier great customer service and on our way to pick it up we found ourselves stuck in some aweful traffic Jarred stayed late until we a river to pick it up thanks guys you rock I'm not sure of any company going over and beyond the way you guys did we can't thank you enough...
