Good prices. Nice people good service. But the mechanic did not tighten several screws that hold the trim on below the window. They did not re attach my windshield wiper all the way and it fell off while driving. I would advise then to double check the vehicle before leaving your shop. But still a good value.

These guys was great they came to my rescue as needed and didn't charge all the extras other places was going to. Like the same day service fees and others. But they was awesomely awesome lol great attitudes. Great price for passenger window replacement After someone decided to break into my car after school clothes shopping with my girls,I park in front of the restaurant thinking I was safe . It happened all to fast. The police even seen them break my window but they needed to have probable cause basically for me to say a crime was committed before they could arrest him. So they got away that easy. So watch out people we no longer have policeman to protect us there basically security guards just to write a report for you and take yours. Uugh. Any way this glass place was and is awesome. In my time of need..

My front driver window was shot out by a pellet gun and Genuine Auto Glass was able to replace it at half the price of the dealership within 3 hours. A beautiful match to the passenger side as well. Came here after getting quotes from a few different places; price seemed on par with others. That was until I was checking out. Apparently the quote doesn't include labor, $70 in my case. I've never heard of anyone doing this, nor has anyone else I asked. Seems like a pretty shady business practice.Secondly, they said they would "get out 99% of the glass." Far from it. I found this large chunk under my seat. Not ideal when you have a toddler going in and out. There was also pieces left in the opposite door window. They immediately scratched my window the second I rolled it down (also pictured).I guess the actual repair is fine, but everything else leaves something to be desired. I won't be returning, and suggest shopping elsewhere.

3 years ago genuine replaced my windshield, they did it same day and they did it right. honestly, they deserve 5 stars.however, I'm forced to give 1 star because they close so early that I can't do business with themyou'd think they'd stay open till after people get off work but apparently they don't need business from people who work 10-6pm.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Scheduled a 10:30 appointment for a windshield replacement and nearly 3.5 hours later they had not started it. So frustrating. They did say 3-4 hours, after I arrived. But I ve had companies replace glass in my driveway in 45 minutes. If I wasn t from out of town with special order glass I would have left. One star is generous. Why not tell customers over the phone how long their service takes rather than surprise them? Technician did a fabulous job. They ultimately comped us and we left satisfied and I changed this rating to 4 stars.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They were so quick, efficient, and very detail oriented. They stayed on a 3 way call with me to help navigate submitting a claim with my insurance and helped fill in gaps that I didn t know. As well as ensure they had all of the information they needed.My car had specialty glass and they got it ordered, delivered and inspected for quality within 3 days and installed on my car shortly after.Phenomenal support from beginning to end.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very poor communication and very poor customer service and very poor service. They scheduled my first appointment way later than they should after they communicated with my insurance. Anyway after I finally get scheduled and I go to the shop they tell me that they ordered the wrong windshield by mistake. I said no problem and I was scheduled for another appointment and then it was canceled without anyone calling me to let me know. After I called they said we actually called you yesterday and left you a voice mail and I don t even have my voicemail setup.Its been months and still I didn t get my windshield even I already paid long time ago

Excellent service. A rock hit the back window in our Element. Genuine Auto Glass was able to replace the window the next day. They were incredibly easy to work with and very professional. Absolutely recommend!

Jim , was great and was great at providing customer service.He was on time and explained what he was doing. I would recommend them again for sure for my BMW if it ever has an issue. These guys are THE ABSOLUTE BEST glass company in Tacoma !I have had my windshield broken in my car a few time now but this was my first experience with genuine and tbh I am very impressed! They got my glass in almost instantly ( I requested aftermarket glass because I had broken so many oem glass already)And when they installed it they came and picked up my car from me while I was at work and brought it back complete in like 2 hours and they cleaned and vacuumed the interior.I highly recommend these guys and gals! Was pleasantly surprised by how good the service was. They originally ordered the wrong glass and misquoted me. The glass I needed for my vehicle was an extra 300 bucks. These guys honored the original quote they gave me, and saved me the 300 dollars.AND THEN, after they replaced the back window, trim and molding... They told me I didn't need the piece of glass replaced (it was due to a leak) and then they refunded me an extra 350 bucks....So I saved a total of 650 bucks today because this business is honest, reliable and very trustworthy.I will be recommending them to anyone I can in the future for years to come. Very genuine!

They were acquired by Safelite auto glass. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone if you have an issue from something done by them. Nobody knows what you're talking about when you call, they give you the run around.Their website is useless too. If you chat online they tell you to call customer care. Customer care tells you to drive to the business.Genuine was a terrific company, but not anymore.Service: Glass installation

Highly recommend this business. Had an appointment and it took less than 20 min to repair the "star" crack on our windshield. Lobby was immaculate with physical distanced seating. These guys were really busy but got my car in right away since I had made an appointment the day before to get a couple of rock chips on my BMW repaired. The service tech was very nice older man who treated my wife and I so great. He even cleaned all my windshield and asked if we would like our car vacuumed too. He did a great job and left my car looking better than before we got there. I wish I would have gotten his name to let him know that we appreciate his dedication to his customers.Service: Auto windshield repair

The very best glass repair workers and customer service! The whole crew here is helpful and a pleasure. Unfortunately, grab and go broke my window. However, my car window was fixed quickly, the service team are fun and friendly. The ladies up front go above and beyond any other company I have experienced. The pricing is affordable and they happily help you if you need work or have additional needs.Nobody likes to replace a window or go though that experience but this team will make everything alright. Very positive experience, thanks Tacoma team!

I am so impressed by the staff at the Tacoma Genuine Auto Glass on South Tacoma Way. The entire crew and especially the from counter group. They all were cheerful, knowable and down right pleasure to deal with. Also my car (2021 Venza) was done quickly and appears quite professionally. If there was a 10 star rating I'd be happily give them that as well. They are truly a professional bunch.Example: when I was first calling around to get a bid on the windshield I had one tell me the part could not be bought; another who I left 2 messages for but they never called me back and another saying they couldn't get me in until the end of August. The South Tacoma Genuine Auto Glass made me an appointment within a week and guided me thru the phone call to my insurance company as well. Great job. I've been working with genuine auto glass for years being in the car industry, and they never disappoint! They consistently give you quality customer service, are personable and very friendly, and really want to help. Today on my way home a rock hit my windshield and it was a good size chip/crack. Had to have my side vent glass replaced and was very impressed! The labor was affordable and less than what other companies were wanting to charge. Dropped my truck off earlier then the scheduled appointment and they replaced my windshield within 45 minutes of dropping it off.Great service and will definitely come back for any of my window needs.The lifetime free rock chip repair is a added bonus!

Very professional business and employees. I had to have a windshield replaced on a Volkswagen SUV. First 2 ordered came in with small scratches on it and Genuine refused to install them until they got a non flawed piece of glass in. That's says a lot about the integrity of this business now days.AND biggest surprise....they vacuumed my floor mats in the front for me.. As I waited the office was busy the entire time with walk ins, appointments, and phone calls. The women manning all this were just fantastic , handling each customer as if they were the only one.These ladies need a definite "at a girl".Thanks again Genuine Auto Glass!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They were very helpful 100% of the process. Clarice was friendly and kind on the phone and in person. Ron checked my car over and was also very friendly. Whole process of replacing the windshield took about 1 hr 45 min. Would go back (hopefully don t need to).

Service here was A+ and the people I spoke with were courteous and knowledgeable. They were kind enough to drive me a few miles down the road and even though I was out of cellular range for a while, they continually attempted to reach me to let me know as soon as possible when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The lobby was clean and unique with an offering of refreshments and reading material.

Outstanding Service! Was seen in shop, same day, without an appointment. From pulling in to leaving only took 20 minutes to seal a small chip. The repair is basically invisible, repair tech was friendly and quick, and front desk office was friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the military rate. Thank you!

Made appointment 2 weeks in advance and told them exact type vehicle that needed windshield replaced. I was told appointment up to 3 hours in timing. At appointment, poor/no Covid masking in front office and not enough chairs outside for all customers, so I sat on the curb. They ordered wrong windshield, and at 2 hours 45 min I went in asking how much longer and they said didn t someone tell you . Luckily they had correct one in their off-site warehouse, so I was able to get it replaced and out of there about 3h15m. Only positive is that they have a good warranty, just hope no problems as I don t want to return hereService: Auto windshield replacement

I took my oil sticker off my current windshield just in case it got lost in the transition with getting a new windshield. They were so kind to put it right back where it belonged and even vaccumed my front wheel wells out. I even got a call two hours earlier than I was expecting to pick up my car. I must say Brianna was amazing!! I literally was 2 minutes from home when a rock my from husbands car tire hit my car leaving a very small crack. I was so stressed and worried. I called safelite who I believed was over charging me and couldn t see me until next week. I called this company and Brianna could hear the panic and stress on my voice. She scheduled me in within 45 minutes I was able to be seen. It s just the nice gestures and the way she spoke to me that really made my my day go from bad to amazing. I couldn t ask for better customer service and friendly staff. Even when I came in all the girls were very nice and welcoming! If I get a crack again I won t hesitate to come back and give them my business.

Unfortunately the shop was rebranded and now the company will not fix a poor install as promised by the owner personally. Tried to be patient and allow the company to make my classic car right and now I am out of luck. Highly discourage anyone from using this shop in the future. Too bad, company was founded on customer service.

Unbelievable service. I arrived as soon as they opened (8am) with a busted out back passenger window (Thanks for being cool, Seattle!). I can t stand it when people come in and request special things like their time is more important than others but I had a very important job interview at 10:45 in Olympia. They got their glass shipment in at 9:30 and repaired me in under 2 hours. It was cleaned out too! I was on the road at 9:50. Tacoma, come here first and check with your insurance companies because some do deals with Genuine. 5/5 stars!
