Great guys. They were very helpful and did a quick job replacing 8 drive tires.Even were happy to hold our old set for a week time so we can pick up our used set with next available truck to bring them home.Waiting/Lunch room and restrooms are available

We have had an outstanding invoice since Dec. 21 2020. We have been promised payment time and time again. Shelly is the worst, she said she would call and take care of it it s been a week tired of the excuses. It cost us 100.00 in freight totally unprofessional. You received and signed for the wheels pay your bill it s 6 months old

Not the fastest but they are very professional, very kind, and treat you more then just another driver.Been here twice in a week and both times was here around 2-3 hours for a tire repair/replace

The best people with the best prices. Office staff and Tire Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done, and how excellent the customer service was. 2 thumbs up.

The employee were every nice, but it took them 2hrs and half just to fix a flat tire. They gave me some excuse but I didn't buy it. The yang man was working so hard and doing his best , but the others were just doing nothing.

2hr and 45 minutes to fix the flat on semi truck and I have one small pickup truck head of me because of waiting I have to cancel my load with my experience I never go there again even if no one is head of me extra slow moving crews members very bad service fix from some other places but no more GCR Tires & Service

The other evening I learned that chivalry was not dead.I was stranded on the side of I5 with a flat tire and no cell coverage, getting very worried, when two young gentleman stopped to help me. One of them was Nate, an employee of GCR Tires & Service.Nate and the other good Samaritan were polite and professional. They changed my tire quickly and efficiently. When I offered payment they would not accept a dime.A company's character is reflected in the behavior of it's employee's. Based on Nate's actions alone I would not hesitate to recommend GCR Tires & Service to anyone.

6-23-2017 These are the nicest people ever. Full on break room TV microwave coffee vending machines plastic ware. Can't waiting to come back. And air conditioning And... they do good work

The personnel is amassing and like to take care of you, the only problem is that they will take their time to make sure everything is well done for you so if you are waiting for someone or someone is on front of you that will make you to have a long waite time because they will take good care of the ones on front of you.This people are great before if turn to have some issues with their products, they will not hesitate to do it right and better. One I send some double coin tires to get retreated but they got lost so they replaced them with some Michelin retreated. Once I bought 2 Daytona steering tires and they got thorn from the inside and they got replaced for Firestone for free.Well do so much as to clean your lug stud, break drum and they even put oil on the studs and lug nuts. At the end they will use a special impact wrench that do the torquing.The people are amazing, from the guys that change your tires or do alignment to the warehouse and management.I can only say great thinks about them, can even give one single complaint.I would like to add this about 2 specific persons working here. First Thomas the manager, I have never experienced a manager that will go on and beyond to take care of you, and Nate, this guy is just amazing, he likes to play like he is a tuff and mean guy when on reality he is an exceptional human been.

They fixed my tire in fairly short amount of time. But, was not offered coffee. The coffee was right there on the couner, but was not offered any. So; tire fix; no coffee offered.
