What can I say but only the best things about Full Throttle! My wife and I happened upon this shop when we first moved to the state, and if you can believe that everything happens for a reason, this was one of the best things I could've experienced! Only the best customer service, fair pricing, including accurate quotes and estimates beforehand, with open and honest communication when additional work is needed. I had a number of repairs done on my old Honda Accord, and am currently bringing my Ford Explorer in when I need work done. I've had some bad experiences with auto repair shops before, and the service I receive at Full Throttle has pretty much exceeded any of me expectations. I can't even begin to recommend them enough! If you want the best, you'll definitely get it here!!! Thank you for taking care of me!!!

I found FT Auto service by chance. They quoted me less than other well know shop and got me in right away. Good communication and great service. This is a wife and husband owned business and they are very genuine. They even showed me some issues to keep an eye on. No pressure to have them repair though. As a single older lady that is valuable info to have and I wont hesitate to have them handle all of my car repair needs.

It s started when I got there my appointment was at 9:15am she was there to greet me with her dog. It was very welcoming.Her husband the mechanic showed me all the things that were wrong in detail, I ve never experienced that before so now I know what to look for. It too about 2 hours and I was waiting in a warm waiting area. She checked on me and had everything ready to go as soon as the mechanic was almost finished she had everything ready for me.My first time here, and I am so glad I came here.I seriously recommend Full Throttle. Best experience ever. Steve is a car surgeon! Seriously don t waist your time or dollars anyplace else when it comes to car maintenance, or the, why is my car doing this funny thing? Or, why s this light on now ?Steve diagnosed an on going situation with my car that I just accepted as normal. other mechanics never took the initiative to ask deeper questions. Steve is like the intuitive car guru ! He zeroed into a overlooked situation in a matter of minutes. Steve s passion and attention to detail is off the chart. Not only is he a fabulous mechanic but a artist, his shop is meticulously, clean, and organized and very inviting and family owned. Full throttle auto will take the time to explain and educate you about your vehicle. I truly appreciate all the mechanic education through the journey.Blue ribbon!

I brought my truck here after getting the runaround at Lakewood (Titus-Will) Ford for a brake job, shocks, and struts. Not only were Steve and Parichat able to get me in at my convenience but they were incredibly friendly, fairly priced, and transparent about issues that came up during repairs. This was hands-down the best experience I've had with a repair shop and will definitely be returning. HIGHLY recommend Full Throttle for your repair needs! Thank you for restoring my faith that there are good and honest professionals left in the world!

Steve and Parichat are awesome! They have worked on all of our vehicles (GMC, Chevy, Volkswagon & Nissan) and have always done a great job. We would highly recommend them, plus they are just really nice people.

We were passing through town on an RV road trip when I realized that the fuel filter on our Duramax Diesel was not going to have enough life in it to make it to Olympic National Park. I called Full Throttle late on Thursday and explained that we was looking for an appointment the next day as we were leaving town early Saturday morning. Steve (owner) squeezed me in on his last appointment of the day and replaced our filter. But this is not the reason I am writing this review. During the appointment I was able to get to know Steve and his wife. This is a couple who are very passionate about their family business, and they are very much a customer service orientated company. They have established a reputation among their customers for delivering high quality services and I must say that it is a reputation that is well deserved. If you need work performed on your vehicle, give Full Throttle a call. You will be glad you did.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got a quote for my spark plugs at Firestone for $800+ and I decided to instead bring my car to this really impressive mom and pop shop and was able to save over a few hundred dollars! I also brought my truck in to be serviced maintenance repairs due to the knowlegable and caring service I received and will even bring my son's car here soon because I trust this family owned operation and will continue to use their services. No words can express my greatest gratitude and appreciation to my favorite auto shop in town. After my experiences of being taken for granted, and shops that have somewhat half ACE their job to my car whenever I get my car service (always end up disappointed after or end up paying a lumpsum for small job smh) this shop has by far exceeded my expectations. I've prayed to God to lead me to the right shop that I can trust and and show my support/respect for local companies moving forward and stick with one auto shop to rely on, anytime I need my car service. After Steve careful and thoughtfully showed my car love, (aside from fixing my car, he also volunteered to pressured wash engine/car wash my car too), I am very grateful to find the perfect shop I can trust to do an amazing job, and the consideration of full service without charging me extra. I'm a firm believer that the Universe and God led me to the right company with trustworthy and hardworking, respectable man of word, Steve (owner).He not only fixed the majority of the issues to my car but also fixed both of my door jam (driver and passenger side) so that water/snow don't leak inside my car (he also fixed the rubber piece/gap of my doors), with no extra charge!I have high respect and love for Steve because after picking up my car, he also buffed out my right front light that I have been meaning to buff out so my lights are clear and no longer dim. He also allowed me to borrow his vacuum to clean the interior of my car so I didn't have to go to the gas station nearby. He also troubleshoot the OVERLY pressured tires (60/50PSI's instead of 32PSI) I just installed/purchased from another shop (Clearly, tire guy rushed his job smh) after running the diagnostic to my engine light, for free!Steve's personable, passion for auto detailing; his committed, efficient hardwork as a trustworthy man; making sure I am safe; the extra advice he gave me about cars, is truly one of my favorite part about my experience. Steve and wife, Parichat, are very much respected and I highly recommend for everyone to check out and get their car serviced here. You won't regret it!!!! They are worthy of their business and one that meets my high standards for sure! Steve and his team is the man to go to if you need your car service!!This shop is run by the most trustworthy owner and both have earned my love and respect.Again, I am very grateful and proud of Steve's dedication and hardwork, and his integrity/passion of running a smooth shop I can now say, I am a committed, regular costumer and will only be going to this shop to get my car service as this is the only shop that really showed love to my car without charging me extra.Thank you for the amazing services you've done to my car and for taking care of me and showing my car love.This place is worth every support and appreciation/love.Again, Steve is the man to go, if you ever need your car service or detailed!! I purchased a car from Full Throttle and they couldn't have been more professional or more responsive. Steve was very kind and delivered the car and even came back a second time to make sure that everything was working correctly. He and his wife are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and really care about their employees and their customers. They go the extra mile. Great business people and a super positive experience overall. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a beautiful 2016 BMW from Steve. The car looked in excellent shape from the web photos, and when I arrived at the dealership it exceeded my expectations. Steve obviously takes pride in getting the best quality cars he can for resale, and then he is meticulous with respect to detailing and preparation prior to selling. He is transparent and honest, and it shows. Many car dealers talk about having their clients best interests as a priority, but with this dealership there's no question that he wanted me to be satisfied with the purchase. He spent a lot of time going over the car and its features, as well as service and maintenance tips. I drove 30 miles to check out this car after test driving other cars closer to home and in other dealerships. My experience with full throttle was totally low stress and pleasurable. I recommend them without reservation, and suspect from what I've read online that his accompanying repair shop is also top-notch.

I bought my dream car from here and they have been amazing! I've gotten it detailed twice and it's always super clean. Steve has even gone to bat for me when a dyno tune place was giving me the runaround. Best auto repair shop I ve ever been to. Bought my BMW from them back in 2018, and have been coming here every since. Usually I take my car to the BMW dealership to get a quote on repairs, just so I can laugh at what an extremely overpriced quote looks like. Then I bring my car to Full Throttle Auto Service and they fix my problems for literally a fraction of the price that BMW quoted. Extremely professional, very quick, and super affordable. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful service and these guys really stand behind their cars. I bought my Blazer from Full Throttle Auto and just love it! Not only is this the best car dealer I have ever dealt with but their mechanics are stellar. I take all my vehicles to them and have received outstanding service. There is no reason to go anywhere else! These guys are amazing!

Honestly where do I begin? To me this isn't just an honest business but a family. I purchased my very first car at Full throttle in 2016 and since then the team there has been nothing but exceptional. From routine maintenance to the unpredictable issues, Steve and his team have been there for me in ways that I would not expect from even my closest friends/family. We are talking about a guy that literally drove 20+ miles with his personal truck to come tow me from a target parking lot on the weekend (mind you this was from a very unexpected car issue). Since 2016, the business has flourished and really took off but to no surprise as the team led by Steve and Parichat give you genuine, authentic service placing you in the driver seat (pun intended). So to wrap up, if you want to purchase a vehicle from good hearted people doing honest business the least you can do for yourself is stop by and start the conversation.Shoutout to the entire team at Full throttle! This place is dam near perfect!! I ve never had no shop in my life repair a car so fast!! They ask me what was the issue with my car and I told them to the best of my knowledge. Then they ran an diagnostics and gave me a quote, and a hour later they fixed a crank position sensor when Firestone quoted me three hours!!! I had a clamp break off the turbo on my 2013 BMW 335. Bmw Service Center wanted to sell me a new turbo, but Full Throttle was able to fix the clamp and I was back on the road $50 bucks later. Great service and reasonable prices!

I brought my Jeep to these people and they were very accommodating and took the time to diagnose and let me know the problem. I was very unsure if I wanted to let them handle it just because I was already being ripped off by another shop. But I gave it a chance anyway. You guys are awesome. Me and my fianc� went to go visit them to see what was wrong with our car it took a long time to figure out exactly what was wrong but they never gave up they went to every nook and cranny even with the tiniest camera and eventually they finally figured it out they were able to fix it and they were able to do it when it messed up again not only that but they even gave us a ride home they have snacks they were patient and they were really awesome people to work with for them to give us a ride home while our car was being worked on so that we didn t have to pay for an Uber was phenomenal I am just extremely grateful for them and to simply put it there just amazing honest people that want to help others and they re willing to work with you and they re not going to scam you Into paying more than you have to you re gonna get your moneys worth I promise
