I took my vehicle to another, more reputable location and was immediately informed that no oil change had been done on my vehicle in QUITE some time (much longer than 6mo), and the repairs that I went to Frontline for were sloppy and needed to be redone entirely. I haven't even paid off the repair they did 6mo ago.. almost $500, and it looks as if I'll need to pay to have it done yet again.

They did a good job servicing my vehicle-- but did not change my oil, despite me paying for the service. On my receipt, in their records, no sticker on my car-- and all the manager could say is "...if you paid for it, I guarantee they did it."WHERE'S MY SERVICE STICKER? You could at least refund me if you're not actually going to provide the service. That alone tells me I'm never coming back.

Avoid this place for any auto repairs at all costs. This shop ruined my vehicle, what was supposed to be an easy oil leak fix ended up ruining my car's exhaust system. It was a struggle to even get them to make my vehicle run somewhat normal. They admitted to damaging my vehicle but refused to give me a full refund. Please go somewhere else to avoid this nightmare of a shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance
