So, after a lengthy search for new tires, I ended up giving them a try. I missed out on the sale that I went in for (a week late), but they were able to get me very close to the same price with the new current sale and a Military discount. So far, I am very happy with the tires I purchased, although they weren't what I was looking for.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brent, the manager at Firestone. His exceptional service truly sets him apart. Not only did he complete a substantial amount of work at an incredibly fair price, but he also managed to undercut competitors like Les Schwab. The best part? The work was done the same day, with no ambiguity about pricing. Brent went above and beyond, conducting a thorough inspection before starting the work to ensure the problem was completely resolved. His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend Brent and Firestone to anyone in need of automotive services.

The team in Fredrickson is very responsive and helpful. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly. I approved the initial diagnosis repair as well as elective maintenance work they suggested that I know needed to be done. I never felt pressured.The original diagnosis was not the root cause of the vehicle's issue. When I notified the team about the initial issue not being resolved, they again were very helpful and responsive. My initial thought was to take my vehicle elsewhere. However, we came to a very reasonable agreement to fix the root cause. Overall, I am happy with the experience and would go back.

Awful communication and service updates. The staff is pleasant enough, but the lack of respect for customers time is the major issue. Called in earlier last week for an appointment oil change and alignment. Arrived for my appointment on time (being early makes no difference here fyi), and got checked in. Alignment must ve not been in the system, because the clerk mentioned oil change, and I had to tell him it was a change and alignment as well. Asked if I was dropping off, which I was not, and took a seat. Literally sat and watched my car for AN HOUR.Another customer came in after me, and was greeted by name somehow their car was done way before mine, as well as got pulled in before mine. No comment, because I have no idea what their work was for, and truthfully not my intention to run this business.Continuing on, my car was pulled in finally at the hour mark. About 45m passes and the clerk finally calls me up and gives service suggestions. No mention of the services I asked for, no mention of timeframes, no apologies for the wait literally nothing. I decline any extra services, and he goes back to the garage, I take a seat and watch my car just sitting in the garage. I see the same guy that way working on my car go out and get a different car to start working on it. 15 min later and my car is still sitting in the same spot, with no updates still. Walk up to the register and the clerk finally comes back into the store. I ask about the status of my car and the fact that it s just sitting again. He finally explains that the oil change is done, and was waiting for the alignment (this I figured). I said ok, and how much longer until that s done. He said he wasn t sure because of another car, to which I replied, I ve been here for 2 hours and all that s been done is an oil change. He went to the back, and came back stating it would be 25 more min before my car would be put on the alignment. At this time, a couple had walked in to inquire about an oil change, and I heard another employee tell them it probably wouldn t happen today due to being short an employee. This would ve been great news to be told at any point during my CHECK IN, or any other time during the 2 hours I waited for an oil change. Of the 4-5 employees I saw during the 2 hours I was there, I legit saw one tech with a reddish beard being the only one to work on vehicles. One guy was smoking, one other one was playing on his phone, the clerk that would disappear for x amount of time, and the older employee that walked in after my first 1.5 hours there and had told the walk in customers an oil change wouldn t likely happen that day.Truth be told, this isn t the first time I ve had an issue at this Firestone, it s just the last time I m willing to deal with it. As stated, the staff isn t upfront rude, but not communicating expectations is a huge disrespect to a customer. If the clerk would ve explained the staffing shortage, I would ve completed the oil change and returned for the alignment later on.

My car 2022 Kia Telluride decided to briefly stop in the middle of canyon road. Thankfully it restarted. Due to the lights that were on, I was directed to go to Firestone. Mikey was a very nice gentleman that checked out my car. My oil was pretty low. I have been doing more commuting than my normal and didn t think to check it. He was very thorough with explaining to me what could be happening. He also checked for leaks and filled up some oil. I appreciate his time and kindness. Little did he know, his time that day of simple gestures made my day a lot better. Definitely keep him around. His customer service skills are great.

Terrible experience, once again. Had a bad experience before and gave another chance. Had our car for 5 days and didn t call us a single time. On day 4 (when we said we needed it back by) WE called and spoke to Brent the manager. He said warranty stuff was squared away and parts were in and would be starting that day and call when it s ready to pick up. Sunday afternoon, still no word. WE called AGAIN. Spoke to Brent, apparently no work was done they were waiting on authorization from Hyundai - different story then day before. Told him the communication has sucked, in 5 days they didn t reach out to us a single time or tell us it was delayed when we said we needed the car back Saturday. He was full of excuses and is a typical sales man trying to talk himself out of being responsible. Picked up the car and going to Hyundai. WILL NOT return after being a long term customer

Went in Saturday afternoon with no appointment. They made time for me to get 4 new tires, alignment and inspection on my truck. Staff was friendly, store was clean. Called me when it was ready for pickup.Thanks for your help, I appreciate what you guys do!

These guys are great. There was an issue with a repair that they performed on my vehicle but it wasn't their fault, and they made it right either way. All on a very short timeframe as well. No complaints!

I stopped by at 4:30 to see if they could check my tire for a leak and was told that the techs were all ready to go home. They close at 6. The front desk person didn't even seem sorry. He just shrugged and told me they could see me Wednesday. Seemed like he didn't really care either way. If i had come in at 5:30 i could understand that.

Wonderful customer service, the staff is great, especially the Manager Luis and Customer Rep Mikahl, they work with you by giving you options that fit your budget and guide you every step of the way. In every occasion I have required their expert service they always willing to go the extra mile to make me feel like I am in the best hands. Extremely rude staff. They treated us like we didn't know anything about cars. They "inspected" our vehicle and said it was "free of issues". Only to break down 30 minutes away. Had to have it towed to a more competent shop. Wish I could give zero stars. Will not be going back.

I like how they suggest something for your car and if it is something needs to be done now or later along with the price, not demand things to be fixed when it doesn't need to be like some auto places. Their prices are reasonable and associates up front are very helpful and answered all our questions.

"Brent" was astoundingly AWESOME!!! He practically walks-on-water, as far as I'm concerned!!!NON-DESCRIMINATORY: I'm an old African-American woman, who showed up in the filthiest of raggedy clothing. My hair was matted and I hadn't bathed in months!!!And yet: "Brent" STILL treated lil' ole 'me' as if I were some sort of rock star!!! My go to Firestone. Have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Unlike another location nearby with their toe and go 10 minutes service. This place actually do the alignment the right way. Watch them took my truck on multiple test drives and make adjustments until the technician himself was satisfied with the results. Brought my car in to get a tire replacement and alignment. Staff was nice at first and then told me to leave and they would call me when the service was done. I didn t have a ride anywhere so I waked somewhere to eat and then came back maybe 45 minutes later. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. There were many employees just walking around and goofing off. After 4 hours of them working on my car I still had heard nothing from them. Also I could hear them talking about me and the fact that I came back and sat in their waiting room they were cursing and not acting professional at all. I would not recommend this place at all!

I stopped by this firestone on a Sunday when I noticed I was losing air pressure in my front driver side tire. Upon arriving I was told it was too busy, but they could put some air in my tire and make an appointment. The next day I made an appointment for the following day to have my tire checked for some type of puncture. When I arrived I was told they couldn't service my vehicle because it was lowered, so I offered to remove my tire and bring it to them. They completed the tire fix and placed my tire near my car, I paid and drove away. The next day I noticed that my "alloygator" which they reattached to my tire was cracked, just so you know they said they weren't going to reattach this due to it being an aftermarket part which I was ok with, but they decided to reattach it anyway and crack it. Then this weekend when I went to deflate my tire so I could reattach the "alloygator" correctly, yes not only did they crack it but they didn't fasten it deep enough, did I notice that they also lost one of my tire valve stem covers that I purchased which have a Honda logo. Crazy I went to have my tire patched and found out, they can't work on lowered vehicles, they cracked my "alloygator, and lost one of my tire valve stem covers. If your car is lowered or modified I would not recommend this location at all, for the rest of you just know if they make a mistake they will try to hide it from you instead of being up front and honest. I forgot to add they do charge to patch a tire.
