I was driving to Seattle when my engine started to overheat out of nowhere. I got towed here and they were able to look at it the next day and supposedly fixed the issue. I picked it up a few days later with the help from a friend, and it drove the rest of the way up to Seattle. After a few days I began my trip back down. And it started to overheat again. I had driven it less than two hours after it getting "fixed" before the problem arose again.I came back to them, because they have a "fixed right or it's free" saying on their wall, and I was close enough to them I could make it there. They took another look at my car and found something else wrong. I got a 20% discount on this work, even though it was something they had to have missed the first time, and was delayed getting home another day. If it wasn't for my friend in the area and the hotel I had booked further south being good, I would have been out even more money because of them.I am only giving two stars because they actually seemed to have fixed the problem this time, as I got back home safely with no more issues, but it wasn't fixed right the first time.

I had a flat occur in one of my tires. Sort of panicking ... As I was running errands. Did not experience loss of air until parked. One Firestone was not able to accommodate my need to flat repair. I called the next location on my list, Tac Mall Blvd answered my prayers and took care of my tire. Technician was such a doll, explained what was in my tire. Great experience and service!

I booked my appointment yesterday for 12pm through them 20 min later a man called and said that the time that I had booked online was already booked after a brief discussion he said he could put me in at 2pm I said works for me I drop it off @2pm in front of the bay with the alignment machine in it and it was empty. I walk across to the mall spent 2 hrs shopping only to come back to my vehicle in the same spot I parked it and a truck in the bay. Why have a scheduling system if you can't keep to your schedule this is unacceptable

Horrible customer service. Been to this particular store multiple times and always had a bad experience. Was told multiple times that my car would be ready at a certain time only to find that they never started it. Called and got hung up on by one of the managers named Jay. Made an appointment, my car wasn t looked at the entire day after being told by three different people it would be ready so I had to Uber home, inconvenience multiple people to drive me around, leave my car overnight without as much as a call and then get hung up on by the manager the following day for a simple nail in my tire. If you can help it don t go to this store. Terrible terrible customer service and always has been for the last few years.

I will update if my experience improves. My car broke down, I had it towed here. Needed an alternator. They could not do it that day. I live 45 min away. 2 days later I send my daughter to pick up. I paid over the phone $1400 dollars. Battery alternator and maybe belt? My daughter drove it and it s making a loud sound and now it s wobbling at 60mph.. I had her take it back and they can t do it till tomorrow! Im screwed. 1400$ and they never checked to make sure it was actually fixed. They said I have to drive my broken car there and back again. 45 min each way. There s no way to know it is safe to drive. For now-they left me hanging in some bad juju.

Walked in no one greeted me. Not even a simple hello or welcome in. There were 3 workers. Two of the guys were on the phone. The girl there was waiting on someone, so I go in line to been seen next. She didn t even acknowledge that I was standing there. No one did!! She finished with a customer and didn t make any attempt to wait on me next. I looked at her as she made eye contact with me twice then, asked her is she was going toHelp me. I told her what my problem was. She then said she was new and the other guys will help me when there done. Here s the thing about that:When a customer is standing I front of you, you should place the caller on hold toAssig the customer in front of you. Or at least mute yourself and say we ll be right with you .In good customer service, the customer in front of you gets taken care of first. Neither of the men attempted to place their call on hold to take care of me..who was in person!! But after reading these reviews I see that s just how they operate. Rude and unprofessional. I went over to Goodyear (also at the mall) and the guy was super friendly. Treating me like a person! So if you are looking for excellent customer service go over to Goodyear Tires!

Okay so I just finished up my service with Firestone I think coming to them for the last 4 years and just yesterday and today I had my car go in because I was having two tires put on and suspension work done from a wreck so they were dealing with that with the car coming from caliber Collision so I wanted to buy the other side of tires considering it is an all-wheel drive so I had them shipped to that store and had them put on all at the same time so that all the timing was right and it worked out perfect and yes it did I talk to you the manager and was super friendly and very helpful with everything great customer service and you're very pleased with their service and their work definitely will always return to that store I highly recommend coming to this location for service definitely will recommend this over a dealership hands down manager Calvin is the best

This location is terrible. I have gone to Firestone for 6 years and other locations are night and day better operated. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation at 10am. At 12:30 my car was ready . The tires were not rotated despite telling associates multiple times over the phone that I would like this service. I went out to my car and found that a bolt had been lodged in my front left tire which was not in my tire before showing up originally. I have spent in total, 4 hours at this location for what should have been an hour and a half job. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I took my vehicle in for complete front brakes. Including rotors and pads . There was a bad noise afterward , and returned to have the brakes checked . Was told I should have had rotors replaced ,got the receipt which showed the rotors were disposed to gave been replaced . OPPS ,they put new rotors on,still had a problem. Took the vehicle to another shop, second opinion so to say . Was told no way the pads only had a few months' use . The new shop will replace and check for other issues on brakes as well . Then I'm going to bring in the replaced pads and talk calmly to the manager . There have been other issues working with this shop . Please, if you go here, ask to see the replaced parts . Better yet, go someplace else .

Two times I have tried working with Firestone, because of thier weekend hours and "branding" I thought it would be safe to work with them, I was not correct. The picture is of work I requested, clean and condition battery terminals of my wife's car.The terminal was not cleaned, the just sprayed conditioner on huge amounts of acid build-up and charged me.If you enjoy doing work you payed a shop to do, have a blast!

Inspection incomplete, oil change took 2 hours for a light customer day. No sticker and low front tire. I came for a oil change and a courtesy inspection. They brought the car in and dumped the oil and left it for 2 hours. As a former Firestone lead mechanic I know what a courtesy inspection consist of. I'm having a problem in the left front suspension with a loud popping noise from the left front on hard left turns. I suspected a control arm bushing but a inspection on a lift should have seen the problem. The left front tire wear is another indicator of worn suspension parts. The left front tire is very worn and leaking air. I got it back with less than 20psi. Also no one was wearing safety glasses in the shop. The worst run store I have ever seen. I was ready to fix, align, and replace tire yesterday. I'll go to Les Schwab for a proper diagnosis.

Bought a lifetime alignment, they set it up. It was good. It was adjusted so the bolts on my linkage smacked the bracket on my front diff, threw the whole alignment off and damaged my diff and tires and they refused to get me in to fix it. I went to another mechanic that told me I should sue, poor customer service from raj. They told me on the phone to bring it in and then told me when I got there they didn t have time until the week. Don t waste your time and money here.Service: Wheel alignment

I'm hoping someone looks at these reviews and know you may be lied too, to pay for more than what your car needs, they tried that with me a few times. And I think that's why they sabotaged my car. Found out after I brought my car in for a alternator waterpump belt both my belts broke from loose tensioner pulley of my power steering belt ripping from one to the other belt. I know my tensioner pulley and power steering belt were 100% fine before I went here and after I had no car for a week. And I almost lost my car on the free way because of the belts. Here's how I know, my battery wouldn't hold charge, my power steering locked, both belts snapped on the freeway, and my cars tempature gauge was at hot. luckily I made it safely home before my car decided to blowout. So thank you firestone for ruining my car. And thanks to my father who actually did my belts, my car is running like new. So better to do it yourself or find someone you know that knows how to work on cars.

I was able to get my truck in for an alignment last minute. Picked it up the next day and it seems to be in spec, except there were a couple issues. I brought it in and specifically asked to have the toe aligned so the steering wheelnis straight. After the alignment I have to hold my steering wheel even more crooked than before. They torqued my cam bolts down to only 6 ft/lbs of torque. Manufacturer spec says they need to be torqued to 100 ft/lbs. I could hear clunking over bumps and the bolts shifting in place when I turned my wheels. It did not do this before I brought it in for alignment. I have to take it in for another alignment now. It's a good thing I crawled under and double checked their work with my torque wrench.

Do not go hear they have no management. My car needed a simple fix 2,000 later plus they ruined my car seat with gas. After picking up with 5 minutes the car broke down and was leaking gas I had to pay after towing costs 300.00 2 times because yes you guessed it had to be towed again. My car is just sitting in my drive way unusable and I forgot to mention that it took 3 weeks to fix absolutely nothing. They have not refunded my money or have not done anything including there corporate office who I have contacted numerous times. Unless you like to throw away money away don t go here. I hope I saved you the headaches so you don t have to hire an attorney.

My tire was damaged on the freeway so Ipulled off and pulled into Firestone, the manager Kyle Walden refused to service my tire. He said he had 2 more cars and was going to close up shop. I asked him to please fix my tire, he said he would not repair it until morning, that he was about to close. Kyle expected me and my little dog to spend the night in a parking lot at the Tacoma mall behind his shop. I told him that I wasn't from around there, I was traveling through to see a friend in Olympia Washington and look at some properties for sale, I am from out of State so I asked him please would he fix my tire, and Kyle said no, not until the next morning. It's pretty sad when I had to call my on road service to put my donut on In ordered to Get to my destination To get to my friends house. to sleep for the night and Have to go somewhere else The next day to get my tire repaired. While waiting about an hour For my on road service to show up Kyle shop was still open. And Kyle and his worker or still there. I saw him Open up the doors to service somebody else but still did not service me. The security lady for the mall and the on road service could not believe this man would not fix my tire. This man Kyle who works as a manager for Firestone has no compassion for others. I did ask Kyle if he could send me or tell me somewhere else I may get my tire fixed and he said no everybody else was probably closed. So Kyle knew that I would not be able to get my tire repaired anywhere and still felt it necessary for me to have to stay the night until he could fix my car in the morning what an a hole. My family and I actually by Firestone tires but because of this man we will never buy another Firestone tire again or go to their shops for any services ever. I guess I have to rate this place In order to post it it don't deserve the one star I'm going to put.

This crew doesn t even do what they say for a simple oil change. Certainly wouldn t trust them with any sort of major repair.Firestone, if you care about any of your locations, I would take a hard look at this one and do a complete overhaul.

Called them and god what a huge waste of time. I spoke with a guy named raj spent 10 minutes on the phone and he couldn't tell me whether or not they had 16 inch tires? I asked if there was someone else I could talk to after 10 minutes of getting no where with minute long pauses in between of umms... and he said it's just him on Sundays. Just so baffling how easy it could have been and bad it actually did.

pre-pay for everything pior / and make appointment at the same time they wanted to charge a significant amount more for a tire then listed online when questions they didn't seem to know anything said taxes, but the price online included taxes, they did offer a discount but it was still 12$ more then if pay online so i asked if i could just pay for it online and they didn't know if that could work which didn't make sense. overall, not confident in this stores professional skills and appear to be shady with their prices

Horrible customer service. Drop my car off for an oil change with an appointment at 10am. I get a call at 12pm there was a little more work to be done and will be done by 2pm. I understand sometimes it s takes a little longer so I showed up at 3pm and vehicle was still not done. Lack of communication and transparency. End up getting my car back at 5pm after they kept pushing the time back.

I brought my car in at 10am for 4 new tires and an alignment. It's been 3 1/3 hours and they said it will be another hour. 10-2:30 while I'm waiting in the lobby. Very little communication. They said someone called out today.... but this is ridiculous. They also tried to charge me $100 for an alignment when the website says that alignments are free with a purchase of tires.

So, went in for an appointment i made online a week ago and was told that all online appointments are not honored here and i have to wait another week because they were too busy which they very much was. I decided to change my oil and filter myself at home instead because im stubborn. Found out that the last time they changed the oil filter for me they gave me the wrong filter which some how still fit the thread but was the wrong size i looked it up and found this could lead to oil starvation... i will never go here again and wont recommend to anyone i know.
