Ok, these guys gave me a thumbs up that everything was good after performing an alignment on my Jeep. After getting home, I checked on it and found my adjustment clamp was now hitting my draglink on the passenger side and they stripped the bolt on the driver side clamp. Also, did not center my steering wheel. Customer service acts bothered you are there. To top it off, tried to charge me $220 bucks even through I bought the lifetime alignment. He admitted seeing it in the system and honored it. Done with this place, I don t care if I have lifetime alignments or not. Unsafe. Please check over their work and get a second opinion on work/service they recommend.

My husband SCHEDULED an appointment to have the breaks done on his work van. He called early in the week for a Saturday appointment. We dropped the van off at 9am Saturday morning. By 5pm they hadn't even looked at it. They tell my husband they can get to it on Sunday. "It's a whole vehicle inspection?" they ask. My husband corrects them, "no, just the breaks." He leaves it there for another WHOLE DAY. SUNDAY EVENING comes around. They STILL hadn't even LOOKED at it. It's his work van. So he had to go pick it up for Monday. When he went in to pick it up, they rescheduled him for Tuesday afternoon assuring him they could do it. "It's a whole vehicle inspection?" they ask again. "Just the breaks." He tells them. Tuesday, he dropped it off at 2:30, by 6pm they still hadn't even been INSPECTED the breaks. My husband was LIVID. This was a ridiculous experience and a waste of our time.

On Saturday I scheduled to bring my truck in to have my spark plugs replaced on Tuesday. The employee acknowledged the fact that there were 16 spark plugs and quoted $700. Tuesday dropped off truck and was told I didn t have an appointment and got a quote for $600. No work was accomplished Tuesday but near the end of the day I called and corrected the quote because it said 8 spark plugs, updated quote $700. Around noon on Wednesday they finally start working on truck and identify again that it has 16 spark plugs. This time the quote jumped to $1100. This is when I cancelled the job, every employee took no responsibility for the mistake and would just blame the other employees including claiming one messed it up because he was quote slow .

I took my car in to have the brakes inspected, was told about the $9.99 CAR CARE PACKAGE, said that would be great and mentioned I had a screw in my front driver tire, the technician put that on my order.Got a call that my brakes did need front and back brake repair - I agreed to have the work done.I get my car back and notice that my tires had not been rotated and ALSO noticed the screw was not taken out of my front driver tire, therefore obviously not repaired but I was charged for it. Which makes me wonder if any work was actually performed on my car and we were charged for brake repair for NOTHING!I am going to take my car to a couple of shops to see what they say about my brakes

Had an appointment for an oil change at 8 am . Car doesn't get done till after 5pm .Poor customer service. They didn't even call to say they were busy or running late. I called at 3, and they said it would be an hour . Called at 4, said 30 minutes, and still wasn't done when I got there at 430.This is the 4th time time this has happened. Will not be bringing any vehicles back after spending 1000s with you guys over the last 5 years. Even have a lifetime alignment, etc. Not to mention says they opened at 7 am, was there at 715 a.m., and no one was there.

I will never return to this location, or use Firestone in the future. I scheduled a 4:00pm appointment and took time off of work to make my scheduled time. When I arrived it took them until 5:10pm to even begin working on my vehicle. The tech who drove my Miata into the bay had too much fun driving it and showed no regard for the fact they were driving in a parking lot. They told me the car would be complete by 5:30 and it was not finished anywhere near 5:30.

They had some difficulties with OEM plug change, which resulted in them keeping my vehicle for 2 days, but they were very communicative and the original estimate was still the exact price I paid. thanks Bryan, Matt and team! :-)

I cam into the Firestone in Tacoma on 6th Ave with a emergency. Well at least I believe it to be. I was stressed and Matt and Bryan reisure me that my car was in good hands. I figured I would change my tire myself had a nail in tie and ended up breaking off a lug nut after putting on the spare. They helped patched my car and made it safe for me to drive. I will be back for them to fix the lug nut. 4 is better than 5 but as I was told don't drive on four for long

You guys always answer the phone promptly and are very helpful. Also the job was very difficult your techs make it seem easy.Everyone else was either too expensive or closed when I needed service on a Saturday.

they were supposed to order my tires we made an appointment, showed up dropped off the car and just over 1 hour later they called and said they didn t have my tires. Wasted my time by not calling and canceling the appointment. We went a block down the road, they have the tires and are installing them today no waiting no bull. Will never do business at Firestone again

All staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful; they each treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say. Coffee had not been made available, but that was not a biggy.

Poor service. Scheduled an appointment at 12 pm. Dropped off at 9am to give them time. They asked a time for pick up. We told them 4pm. I called at 430 to check on the status, was told it's almost done and that they were a little behind. Understandable. arrived at 530 to be told that they didn't even start working on it. Not only did they lie on the phone, but they couldn't honor their service that they offer. Was offered a free service on the next visit. I wouldn't take free over what you offer if you are dishonest to customers. Maybe only offer services to scheduled appointments rather then trying to do walk ins as well, or only offer walk ins, but it seems that this business cannot provide decent service for both. Displeased on my last few visits after going here for years. Will try a different business moving forward.

I called to make an appointment and a female answered and set my appointment. I show up to the store and was told there is no female that works there or an appointment set. The employee said the calls are going through a service that makes the appointments. Very disappointed because I took time off work to make the appointment. This is not okay and something needs to get figured out on customers calling in to make appointments. I m losing out with my job on hours because of the incompetence of whoever is scheduling service appointments and the store not knowing about what is scheduled or not. Pls get it together! Frustrating!!!!!!

I took my car for an alignment at 3:30pm and never received a phone call so I decide to walk back and get there at 5:10 pmI wasn t greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. Finally when I was helped I was told they were not even able to do the alignment and that I need 1200 dollars in work done.I m wondering why I was never called and my car was just sitting there. The second they realized they couldn t align it, I should have been called.Very underwhelmed with the customer service provided on Friday.

The job took longer than they told me it would. They suggested three things for service that I did not need and if they had taken the time to look under the hood of the car they would have known that. They left tire mounting lubrication all over the sidewalls of the tires which i had to clean off. And the tires were not properly inflated. The right rear tire was 4 lb higher than all the others. Doesn't say much for a tire store that can't mountain balance four tires correctly being generous with a two

Brought my car into Firestone because my engine light turned on. Service tech Chris told me they could change my oil & diagnose my car the day of my appointment. After waiting all day, I called the store who told me they needed the car the following day to complete the diagnostic. I agreed. Called back around the end of the day the following day, and service tech Chris informed me they forgot to look at my car and would need it an additional day. Not ideal, but I got over it. The real trouble came when the employees informed me that next day what happened to my car; they stated it was damaged by the wrong viscosity of oil being used. They then told me repairs would be over $400 + oil change and labor charges. I asked why I was being charged for damage caused by the store employees, since I ve been going to this Firestone for my oil changes for over a year. Chris the service manager told me he would look into it and get back to me. Hours later, Chris called me back demanding I pay the full repair costs. I argued calmly explaining why I thought this was unfair. The employee did not budge. I will never be going back to any Firestone location after this. Clearly they care far more about the check than customer satisfaction. Would give a 0 out of 10 if I could.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The gentleman increased the tire pressure in all of my tires. Their professional attitude, along with their humor, was impeccable. He informed me that I could return any day to recheck the tires when the Firestone was open. Overall ten stars double the star power.

I definitely will NOT use the Tacoma Steele street location again!! Called to get a quote for tires. Versus looking up my vehicle, he said that he needed the size of the tire. I could have done the same thing he could and look it up on my computer especially since #1. they sold it to me #2. they took them off, #3. their computer tells the sizes. They just lost hundreds of dollars in sales, plus a loyal customer b/c they were too lazy to look up my tire size.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Bryan was right about my tires. The rubber was too hard and created ridges as they wore, causing a shake I could feel in my steering wheel. We swapped them out for Sure Drive tires. I could tell the difference as soon as I backed out of the parking space.Service: TiresService: Tires

I just cannot believe this store let me drive away after 5 hours waiting for a diagnostic. With the wrong oil in my car, smoking etc.I do not understand why I had to sit there for 5 hours, Waiting for the diagnostic And I got to pay for the very diagnosis I told the counter man on the phone that came up on my code reader. However, I got to drive away with the biggest problem at moment still a problem .I did not find that funny as he did telling me to come back in four days and possible damage that could be done to my car. I did not find it funny sitting there with my disabilities/ situation to be treated like thatI leave even more stressed over my car smoking because of the wrong oil. I luckily went to jiffy lube after being let go from Firestone who had it changed out in less than ten minutesThank you Jiffy Lube, you saved me and charged less. And did not make me wait five hours or laugh at me Or find my situation laughable.Very upsetting I wasted my money here. I hope they were at least entertained that day. Because I was notService: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed my front passenger wheel bearing replaced and I called two firestones. This location was able to get me in within 2 days! They ordered the parts and rush delivered it. They end up doing a great job. I was able to drive off the parking lot without all the noise I had before. Brian the store manager was very nice. Since I lived close by, he drove me home so I didn't have to wait 3+ hours. I also got my radiator flush. They were able to squeeze that in no problem.

They cancelled my oil change an hour before my appointment because it was an accidental confirmation. Rescheduled appointment and at 10am drop-off they told me it'd be 7 hours for an oil change to be completed. An oil change that was scheduled. 7 hours. Joke.

I bought four brand new tires two weeks before one of them went out due to a screw. Went in because I knew I had a warranty there literally took 8 hours just to replace one tire after coming in exactly when they opened up it took them 4 hours just to look at the tire after they looked at it said it couldn t be fixed/patched they would need to replace it guy at counter says he needs to go somewhere to go pick the tire up takes like an hour and a half cool comes back and instead of making the guy put the tire on my car that was working on my car before going to lunch he goes to lunch for an hour when replacing my tire would of took 10 minutes. In all I spent 8 plus hours for one tire.i have never in my entire life had this bad of an experience with any business I would NEVER spend a penny with this company or any other Firestone againThey still charged me $40 after waiting all that time and having a warranty bad business stay away..Service: Tires

I called 2 times, 7 days apart, trying to order top of the line tires "alenzas". Was told that they are out of stock but could be ordered. Was told both times I would get a call back. It has been 3 weeks since my first call. No call back so I stopped by but nobody was working the counter at 10am. Don't waste your time. If you must, go to the Tacoma mall location instead.
