I went into the dealership not really expecting them to be able to help me get a vehicle. John Valentine had already done the preliminary stuff and he assured me that I would get into a vehicle that day; needless to say I still didn't believe him. John showed me many Fiat 500 vehicles because I kept changing my mind about which one I actually wanted. He would go to the finance guy each and every time and plead my case. Some of them wouldn't work for me, but we actually did find the Fiat 500 of my dreams. This is a vehicle that I have wanted ever since it came out and just didn't think it would ever be possible because I had less than perfect credit coming out of a divorce, but John and his finance guy made it all happen. I am so happy that I took the chance and the opportunity to meet with them. John even gave pointers to my son on how to drive a stick, so we could both drive it. I very highly recommend this dealership and especially John Valentine if you are looking for a vehicle. He is not like your typical salesman; he actually cares and it shows. Thank you very much John for making my dream car come true. You were wonderful and both my son and I appreciate you very much. You definitely deserve a raise.

I bought a 2013 Fiat Abarth here in February 2019, and thought I was getting a great deal at the time. It was like new, and had only 24k miles on it. After driving it home, it smelled like there was oil leaking and had an oil burn smell as well. Called the dealership about it, and they stated this was normal with a multi air engine. (Note that this was within their 3k mile 30 day warranty period.)Fast forward 3 months and the problems with the oil leak persisted, and it has an evident leak on the ground wherever I park, as well as the oil burn smell also. Along with this, the clutch was having an issue where it felt a bit jumpy in 1st and 2nd gear.I called to get my oil changed and have the clutch inspected, and they stated they won't look at anything without a $120.00 charge for inspection, so I opted out of the clutch inspection. After my oil change, within 40 miles of driving, the check engine light came on. I used a friends code checker to see what was the issue, and it gave a general sensor fault code.I called Fiat of Tacoma service to ask if something they did caused the engine light, as after researching online saw that changing the oil filter required sensors and vacuum lines to be removed, and they yet again stated it was a $120.00 charge just to look at it. I asked if they could also look at the clutch for that charge, and they said no, that each issue is a charge of $120.00 to be inspected. I reluctantly agreed to pay for both issues to be inspected. It took them almost 3 hours to do the inspection, and they came back with the following:-a cracked ejector T and a bad solenoid sensor.-a bad rear main seal that fouled the clutch with oil and was the cause of the oil leak. This cost me $303.00 to find out, and then they wanted an additional $3,809.51 to fix both issues. (See picture of quote and inspection report)I asked if they caused the ejector T crack and sensor issue, and they said no. I asked if they knew about the rear main seal and clutch when I bought the car, and they denied it saying it had been inspected prior to sale. I said these repairs will cost a third of the cars worth and they didn't seem to care about my thoughts on the matter.I took my car to a mechanic friend to see if they could do the work, as they would do it for much cheaper. The parts alone were only $530.00 compared to the $2,154.96 Fiat wanted. After they took apart the transmission and inspected the clutch and flywheel, they found that not only was the clutch still brand new, but also that the rear main seal was perfectly intact as well. The throwout bearing was causing the clutch issues which had nothing to do with what they said was found in the inspection. Also, after resetting the CPU, the check engine light remains off 250 miles later. I paid the man for all his hard work. (See side by side part pictures for comparison)After this it is apparent that Fiat gave me an excessive estimate for something that wasn't broke, set an engine light code that required me to come back in for service, and charged me for inspecting something that they clearly did not inspect properly.I would not suggest anyone buy a car here, nor get any existing used car serviced here as they are using some shady service practices. Now I am stuck with a car I still have to find an oil leak on, and the value to cost ratio has me in the hole on it.tl;drThis dealership and service department sold me a car with know issues, charged me to inspect things they didn't inspect, and then gave me an excessive quote to fix something that wasn't even the real problem to begin with.

I was looking forward to receiving the survey to leave this feedback, but I never got the email. So I'll leave my thoughts here instead. The service was terrible, Brandon was my service advisor. After dropping off my car, Brandon never called me to update me on what was going on with my car, I had to place several calls that went to voicemail... I left a voicemail for the service manager Christine requesting an update- she didn't answer my call or return it either. The only call Brandon placed to me, was to advise me my car was ready to pick up 2 days after dropping it off. 3 days later, my car is still having the same issues it had when I dropped it off earlier this week. The customer service here doesn't exist at all, neither do the mechanics complete the work & repairs on the cars as they are supposed to- either due to lack of knowledge, intentional lousiness or both? I'm not returning to this location. I rather commute to the service center in Kirkland. I'm giving two stars, only because they returned my car to me sooner than anticipated.

Super friendly and professional dealership! My wife and I both traded in our vehicles and got amazing deals and walked out with even better deals on two new cars! They made the process simple, understandable, and went out of their way to make it as easy and painless as possible. Their attentiveness and professionalism is second to none, and I couldn t recommend this dealership higher.

We bought 2014 Fiat 500L, and we love it! It's so comfortable spacious, and very solid! The back seats recline, and fold over if you need extra room...The moon roof is amazing, this car is very bright, and has lots of other cool features! It's fully loaded and we got a great price. We did our financing at the dealership (on a Sunday night), and they got us a good rate through a local credit union, which we are very happy about. Their sales and management staff were all very nice and seemed to work as a team which was great. We were very comfortable with the buying process and they made everything quick and painless. Our salesperson was Teresa, she was great! She put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase, she was very knowledgeable about all the different features the car has, and answered all our questions.Although we live in Seattle we chose to go to the Tacoma location over Kirkland and Seattle because of the positive reviews for Tacoma Fiat. It was a little out of the way but truly worth the extra drive. We'll stick with Fiat of Tacoma for services!Great experience!

Scheduled a Saturday appointment earlier that week, very courteous folks over the phone. That courtesy carried as well in-person: the service department treated me very nicely, and kept me updated on the status and things of note for my appointment. At the end, they had replaced the headlights with the ones I brought over, the fog lights were replaced with LED ones I also brought. Overall, very happy with everything, other than being over an hours away this is a great place to have my Fiat serviced. Would take my car there again!

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used Subaru Outback from Dermick Vaughn at this location. He was very helpful and even took it over to the Subaru dealership to have it inspected for me. Got the price I wanted and vehicle has been great.

Absolutely amazing vehicle and the dealership was extremely supportive throughout the entire sale. I highly recommend John as a salesman as he walks you through from beginning to end and is not pushy in the least bit. Absolutely had a great experience... And yes I have purchased many cars and can say this was by far the best experience at a dealership - ever.

Never buy a Fiat! We totally got screwed over here! We were sold a defective car. It was a brand new 500x. 6 months into owning this car it started leaking/consuming oil. Kept taking it back for oil changes. They would only top it off. Finally they diagnosed the problem had the car for 2 weeks for repair. Got it back only to keep having the same problem. Twice the car completely stopped in the middle of the freeway because it had no oil. They couldn't do anything for us ended up stuck with this car which is overpriced for such a cheap car. Rip-off!

I have had great experiences with this location 100% of the time. Their service team is always helpful and efficient. The last visit I made I arrived unscheduled and in a panic, with a malfunctioning car, en route to pick up my son's birthday puppy. Chad was patient and took incredible care of us. We were in and out in no time. He saved the day!

At first I wasn t sure about buying a used car, nonetheless, at Fiat. However, the minute I walked in I was greeted with kindness and smiles from Jim. Later I met Alton. Both have amazing customer service and they re dedicated in making sure their customers leave with a smile and are satisfied. Jim was patient and answered whatever questions that I asked and he filled me with great conversation the entire time. I ll never forget our great conversations. Alton made magic happen by making sure I left with prices that worked well for me, and when I emailed him the following day about a minor concern he didn t hesitate, but immediately solved my problem with no problems. I am now sure of Fiat and would love to purchase another future vehicle there down the road. I walked out with my dream ride, a 2018 Jeep Renegade and I m in love with it!! Actually I m obsessed with it

This review is only 4 stars because the first two times I called the service department and left messages to get an oil change, no one called me back.A month later when I was able to actually get someone live at the service desk, I spoke to someone to bring in my car for an oil change. I was able to bring in the car quickly, unlike any of the other Fiats I had been to. The showroom was clean and had wifi and coffee while I waited. Staff was friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised when they said the first oil change was on them!

This is hands down the best sales team I have experienced. I shopped around for a car that would fit my needs and financial state. I spoke with sales people from Mount Vernon to Olympia and I must say that Matt and John are the best! They are super no-pressure and made the whole process fun. I drove over an hour to get to their showroom and I was not disappointed. If you want a great car buying experience you need to check these guys out.

Normally when we've gone to any car dealerships. They make my wife and I feel pressured, however, coming here we did not. We worked with Fred, Doug and Monae in the used cars sales and they were knowledgable, found a truck that fit our budget and met our needs. Doug was also very sweet with our son because he offered him some of his Chicken in a Biskit crackers. We also dealt with Robert in finance who did an excellent job at making sure we got the best bank rates possible which is also very appreciated. Overall, we were very happy to do business with Fiat of Tacoma.

After purchasing THREE new Fiats from this dealer, all my brand loyalty has been lost due to their service department. Our 2016 500x had ongoing transmission issues for the entirety of the time we owned it. The service department never once properly addressed the problem, resulting in the vehicle at the last stage lurching into traffic then shifting into neutral leaving my husband a sitting duck and barely escaping a major accident. I escalated the issue all the way to the corporate level and was given more excuses. A brand who does not value the safety of their customers above all else is NOT a brand who is owed any loyalty.

Great experience! Fiat of Tacoma really came through for us. John, Gabe, Sales Manager (Larry, I think) kept it simple and stayed true to their word. If your in the market and considering a Fiat, I highly recommend giving them a shot.Thank you FIAT TEAM for doing your part in making my daughter's wish come true!

I am very disappointed about the experience for service department of fiat in Tacoma. This is the worst one I ever had in my life. The first time I was here because my engine light was on. They said it just needs to replace a part. I got it replaced and changed my oil also. Twenty days after my engine light was on again. I went back there and they said it needs to replace another part which makes me feel like so unprofessional about the pervious service I had here before. Also they had to charge me the check fee $120 which is the same concern the last time I was here. I paid and ordered the new part for my car. They called me when the part was here. Every time I called the service department they never answer the calls. Every time I left a message they never called me back. Finally I made an appointment to get my car fix my oil change light was on which I did last time. I was late for haft an hour but when I get here they said there no rental for me which I made a reservation before. What kind of customer service is that? At least I never had this kind of experience in Audi before. I will always tell my friends family coworkers even my customers or strangers my worst experience here in fiat Tacoma hope they wil find another place or just don t get a fiat at all.

I came in about a month and a half ago to look into buying a new fiat, and got a 2014 fiat 500 L with 11,900 on it. Have been very happy with the car, I have not had to have it serviced yet so I can't speak on the service end of things. The car purchase experience was great though, and no complaints.

Very friendly staff! Went in for my first oil change for my Abarth. There could have been more seating in the waiting area and possibly some snacks for purchase. Also it would have been the extra bonus if they could have did a quick car wash.

A Fiat is far gone from the Fix it again Tony. It holds some of that history in market depreciation, which is great for their used car market. In addition to that, their reliability and fun-factor is stellar. Sales person Danny is my personal recommendation, a jovial welcoming character at the dealership. Manager Domonick, and mechanic Richard were all great to talk and connect to and glad to give them my business. The whole team knows their customers well and even spoke a little to the previous owners meticulous care of what is now my car. Their selling I would say is aggressive but eventually purchased the used vehicle at a great deal that is now my dream come true daily driver sports car. Even after my due diligence in finding financing, they offered me a better deal through another credit union. Go to them for sales, go to someone else for service.

I will start off mentioning that we did not buy a car from Fiat of Tacoma, but we will once we decided it's time to get a new one.The sales guy we had was very nice, and far from pushy. He worked very hard to show us only cars that were within our price range, and said he would NOT sell us a car we didn't love. One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. So like I said, if we buy a new car, it will definitely be from Fiat of Tacoma!

I have had a car buying phobia ever since experiencing high pressure, sneaky sales a few years back at another dealership so I was hesitant to say the least to give car buying through a dealership another try. Luckily for me my perfect car was at Fiat of Tacoma. From my first email to the dealership through financing the vehicle it was such a positive experience. I can't speak highly enough about Jason Sandford, the internet sales manager and the entire staff at Fiat of Tacoma. It was certainly worth the trip down from Seattle to be treated with such honesty and fairness. I would and will recommend this dealership to my friends.

Beth got me the information I needed to make the drive down worth the effort, Danny was approachable, knowledgeable and attentive, and Dominick was very precise with his information and negotiation. It took me longer to drive there and back than it did to negotiate and purchase. I Highly recommend, and I would go back in a minute-

Bought my Fiat 124 Spider from Fiat of Tacoma six weeks ago: one of the best purchase experiences I ve had in 30 years. They were willing to locate the exact car I wanted, and I was able to agree on a price remotely.Weeks later, when I needed them to take care of some aftermarket items, they set up the appointment with the installer, and had a loaner vehicle ready!Special shoutout to John Valentine for a professional, excellent sales experience. If you are looking for a Fiat or Alfa Romeo, give them a call.

Aaron in the parts department is quite rude and condescending to customers. Refused to look up a simple price and asking me how long I'd been working with their ultra complex computer system where you have to enter year, make and model. He must have gotten a degree to figure that system out. If I heard an employee speaking to a customer like he does, they would be out the door on the spot with no questions asked. Needless to say, I didn't purchase about $800 in parts that I was going to buy there and will not be in the future.

My wife and I purchased a used 500 e fiat with a very damaged windshield. In the contract with the dealership they were to have the windshield replaced within 30 days of purchase. It has been nearly 2 months and all we have received from them is the run around and empty promises.Update, after I made this initial post FIAT of Tacoma finally got around to making the arrangements for my windshield to be replaced. I certainly won't be going back to a dealership that only fulfills on their promises after they are put on blast in a Google review.

A big thanks to Jaclyn and Tom for making the buying experience enjoyable! I had been talking with another Fiat dealer at first but wasn't getting the "warm and fuzzy"feeling about the deal being offered so I called Fiat of Tacoma. From the very start I felt very comfortable with Jaclyn and felt she truly was listening to me and addressing my needs and requests. Tom did everything right in assuring we were 100% happy with our purchase and the entire process was very positive. Give Jaclyn a call- you wont be disappointed!

Fiat of Tacoma is the WORST dealership, the service department is rude and unreliable. I took my fiat in to have the radio fixed. I dropped it off the night before for my apt at 9am. Just to find out when i came to pick it up at 1 pm they had not even looked at my car. And on top of this they did not even have the radio in stock. I made my apt a WEEK before and i called and confirmed the day before and they tell me they cant fix it today because they dont have the radio in stock. By the way what kind of new car dealership doesn't clean and wash your car for you when you get service done? The service provided by this dealership makes me wish i never bought a fiat. I spent around $20,000 on a new car from here the customer service provided is sad.

The dealership was great up until financing, which has been a nightmare.1. They asked for proof of residency 3 times and threatened to cancel the loan if not received, even though I sent it in 3 times via text and email.2. We stated from the beginning that this was not my car, that I was just a co-signer. I specified that when I saw the paperwork because it didn't look right, I was told it didn't matter and that my GF would be the primary.3. Once the loan was financed, it was not correct. I am the primary and it was added to my account. This causes a nightmare of headaches when trying to manage the loan, such as the loan not appearing under the other persons name and making payments easily.
