This shop offers everything that you would expect a motorcycle shop to offer. The guys here are very helpful and have a good amount of patience.i would rather spend my money here or at another small shop then at the big distributors where it only seems they are out to make a buck as opposed to the independently owned shops were they take pride in the work they do.

Dropped the bike off at the appointed time to replace a front brake switch that I provided and find a short that kept popping the 15A Auxiliary fuse. Rip called later the next day to say it was done and when I went in to pick it up he only charged me $50 plus tax! Are you kidding me? Didn't even charge me for a full hour because he said it only took him a half hour to replace the switch and the short was at the wiring connection on the same switch. I am very happy with the level of service and honesty that Rip and Easy Street provided. I will be taking my bike back for any and all service needed as long as they are in business, you should too. Thanks Rip!!!

Great little shop. The customer service and guys make you feel like family. Whatever is wrong, or not, you'll be told straight up. Looking for that older hard to find part? You might find it there. They treat women riders just like one of they guys. Fair.

Took my bike down there to have it looked at the gentleman named ribs are really nice guy he seems to know his stuff ended up taking it because they were booked out to somebody else and they ended up finding that was supposed to be a crank problem tried to call back to see if rib could schedule me guide name Mike answered the phone his partner very very high high overpriced the gentleman Mike he wants to double that 1 hardly wants live one hardly once he was very rude on the phone I would stay clear

Fantastic customer service. Wired my handle bars for my '11 Ultra. Very competitive pricing. Will be my regular motorcycle mechanic until I have to move.

So over 2 visits these so called mechanics found nothing.... yet charged me a total of 750$ the last time I literally told them to crack open the transmission to find the bad bearing, but instead they rode the bike and told me my trasnmission fluid was low charging me 250$ So on the ride home my drive sprocket shaft seal started leaking badly forcing me to limp the rest of the way home. Turns out the bearing was assembled wrong and failed so I ordered the parts and fixed it myself. Don't waste your money.

Very knowledgeable group of guys. They don't beat around the bush, they are upfront and honest. I'd definitely choose this shop over the competitors.

Had a charging problem on my bike stopped in they did a complete system check right on the spot told me my problem.at no charge.that is unheard of in today's world.these guys know what they are doing.I've had alot of bikes and been in alot of shops and have never received the personal help that these guys gave me.they have my business for sure.
