This place is LEGIT!! Our whole family get repair work done here and the mechanics and staff are the best! My car is driving way better after having them fix another auto shop repair and I cannot be any happier with the level of care I received. They called me every time they found another issue and discussed my options and pricing. Very transparent. Worth every penny!

Walk in on Saturday noon to do an estimate for headlight installation service. They provided me an affordable quote and able to do it within an hour. They finished quicker than promised and help seal the front bumper at no extra cost. Smooth service makes my life easier. Thank you.

This is the first good experience I've had getting work done on any of my vehicles. I typically do most of my work myself but obviously can't do an alignment. Spoke with Dave and Dan, they were straightforward, honest, got my appointment scheduled and they had everything squared away in a bit under an hour I think. I'll be going to Eagle from now on.

They attempted a repair and ended up damaging more components of my car and after the repair they misdiagnosed it 2x and it s still not fixed. Avoid sending any German cars here. They also lied to my face about what another shop did and I have it recorded as well, such incompetent and deceitful mechanics here. Still trying to get it repaired 2+ months later

My car was in an accident and my insurance recommended me to a collision place nearby. Eagle Tire did the alignment work mfor them and when I got my car back, it was ever so slightly off. I took it back and they had my car in an out in less than half an hour and back in tip top shape. Thanks guys!!

This is the only location I go to for my car needs. Dave and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing ! Hands down the most reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.I have been going to this location for over 18 years and refuse to go anywhere else.I have had a few "lot's " of emergencies, and they have always come through for me without fail . My vehicles are older , regardless, I am treated with as much respect as the tesla owner sitting next to me. I am beyond grateful for their amazing services , professionalism and reasonable pricing.I would recommend no other place !Tell them Christina sent you !!

Went in for an alignment and found out there was more work needed. Bearings, tires and the alignment for $1,374.07. Even though it was almost $400 more than the initial quote my car rides super smooth now. So smooth it's kinda scary . Like driving on oiled glass it's so smooth.So I guess that's fine

Needed front/rear brakes done right away, Eagle Tire was able to schedule me right away. Reasonable prices and excellent all-around service, got me in and out of the shop in half a day!!

I had to hobble my way in to their lot today on a spare tire that was almost flat itself. I didn t get the gentleman s name but he was so helpful!!! Instead of trying to sell me a crappier tire, he suggested I contact the dealership where I bought the tires and see if they were under warranty. I didn t even think of that! So I called and got it all worked out so he aired up my donut tire and off I went!Thank you again for being so honest and helpful! I really didn t have the money to spend on a new tire so I was so glad he was honest. Way to have good old school customer service!!!!I will certainly consider using you in the future!

I previously had a bad experience here but I wanted to update my review.As bad luck would have it, I had packed my car up a few weeks ago for a quick road trip to Canada only to discover as I left my house I had a flat tire. I live right down the road and was literally passing the shop. Stopped in expecting them to be busy (it was a Saturday) they actually got my car right in and got me back on the road in under an hour. The man working the desk allowed me stay inside with my dog and was incredibly friendly while they worked on my car. Thanks again!Services: Engine repair, Auto tire replacement

I don t usually leave reviews but these folks knocked it out of the park! I accidentally left my wheel on the side of the road and Todd offered to go find it for me, so that it could be used with my new tires! Who else would do that?? My usual experience as a female is to be charged and taken advantage of, but not here! They were so nice and kind, even taking the time to get to know me. I will for sure be returning to Eagle Tire and Automotive! Let s keep these folks in business forever!Service: Tires

The service at Eagle Tire & Automotive has always been exceptional! I have been going here for around a decade, prior to them moving to the location they are at now. My mother has been going to them longer, along with my brother and his vehicle. The people that work there know what they are doing, and do not up-sell/over-sell items or services. If you are looking for an auto repair shop with individuals that actually care, and are not trying to break your bank, than have your vehicle serviced at Eagle Tire & Automotive. A big kudos to Tod and the crew!

Didn't have the tire size I needed but ordered one for me. They called me about 2 hours later to let me know that they went to the warehouse and got the tire I needed and got it done. HIGHLY ENDORSE AND RECOMMEND!!! It took just over an hour of phone calls, shopping for that rare combination of quality and value, to decide to go to Eagle. Excellent prices on a quality product and outstanding service. Bought a new set of tires for my wife's car, and had an alignment done, also. All in all, a great experience thanks to doing a little extra homework. I will definitely be a return customer!

So this is premature, as I'm going to eagle later today for the first time. I'll be having front brakes replaced and rear brakes inspected. I called this morning and talked to a gentleman named Dave and he was very polite and professional, so far, so good. I'll be back on here tonight to share my experience and rate the work performed. I sincerely hope it's as good as these reviews say because I'm going on a long road trip in a month or so.

I went to this place to get an oil change. I called before I went in and got a quote; after oil change the price was significantly different. The guy said it was the tax but I thought it was unreasonable and felt the man was about to get argumentative. I asked them to fill my tire at 30 psi and swap the tires. ( This is a basic service and the man said yes.) I thought it was done and when I got home I realized it was not. This is lying to the customer on two counts. I also noticed oil marks on the inside of the car. I would not recommend this place due to their lack of ethics and carelessness. You are better off paying a little extra for a better establishment.

NOTE: Below the business responds with "No record" but they certainly worked on my car and have responded with me relative to complaints I've lodged: Dishonest.I brought my car in for new tires and it went very poorly...2 years of ownership: no issues.I got new tires put on at Eagle and a couple days later I had a broken wheel and a flat tire...It was the same car on Wednesday as it was on Monday, except for Eagle Tire work on Tuesday. I cannot prove it, but I feel pretty confident in saying my tires weren't installed correctly and that made my wheels susceptible to damage. They did not take responsibility for anything when I brought my car back and told me that I must have hit something; I hadn't.I bought a non-matching replacement wheel (and another new tire) and went on my way.Service: Tires

I will give nothing but 5 stars to Eagle Tire!I had 4 new tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment and they got it done at a really good price!Very happy with their service and how David and Todd treat their customers.

I have been to several dealership service centers before and never left satisfied due to low quality service and communications between them and myself. (Kia dealer in puyallup and ram dealer in puyallup/tacoma.)This is an awesome place to get your vehicle serviced! Took my ram and kia here and they did great! Although they couldn't service my ram due to a complicated transmission transfer adaper needed. Even the dealership can't do it. I still recommend this place 10x over the dealership!! I will never go back to any dealership for service again! I'll be back when I need service again!

I've been a customer here for over 10 years with a variety of different vehicles. I've ALWAYS been treated fairly, all charges/repairs have always been discussed w/me before any work completed and they've always stood by their work, you can't ask for more than that.

TL;DR: They give you conflicting info and are overly aggressive. Clients here will be man-splained to until the staff feel they've asserted their dominance. Don't use this place for tire repairs/replacements.Prepare to be man-splained and fed conflicting information about payment status! I told them that my insurance would pay them directly and that there was a stop-payment issued on the check that was sent to me, and they told me they'd call when they received payment.The next day Eagle Tire tell me everything is good and to pick up my car. Because of my partner's work schedule and my lack of car, I went to pick it up the next day, driving 30mins out to get there. They then tell me that they haven't received a payment and that they can't release my car! Strike #1 for making me drive out there expecting to leave with my car because they told me that I could and wasting over an hour of driving.Here's the worst part, however: the entire time I'm talking to them, they're being overly aggressive and man-splaining to me why they can't release the car. I counted how many times the phrase "you can't leave with the car until we've received payment" was said to me by the men there: eight times. After the first time, I acknowledged that I'd talk to my insurance and get an update for them. They didn't have to bash me over the head with the same information an additional seven times! Strike #2 for terrible communication and tact.I'm going to come back to this review after I get the car. We'll see how terrible they are then and if they get an additional strike, and therefore an additional family-wide boycott, then.
