The shop came to me highly recommended by a friend on the east coast who works with Coopers as a wholesale client, so I knew the team would be solid. Scott responded to my question about getting an inspection done on my 25 yr old truck quickly & was able to get me scheduled within the week. He was flexible with drop off & really helpful over the phone & email. The report they sent me within hours of dropping off was very thorough & identified issues other shops hadn't caught. When I called to discuss the report, Donovan was happy to chat with me for over 15 mins to give me details, estimates on work needed, & help prioritize what repairs to do now vs later. He didn't push me to do extra work or stretch beyond my budget which was so refreshing! Can't recommend this shop enough - kind, knowledgeable, & honest folks!

These people were not only professionals when it came to the work that they performed, but also professionals and how they communicate and interact with the client. The email that you get showing you pictures and giving you a description of everything that needs to be fixed, is beyond genius and make it very easy to determine what the next step would be. They finished my vehicle and a timely matter and are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning to them for future work on my vehicles.

We needed a one stop trust worthy mechanic shop. I m getting too old to do some of the repairs I used to be able to do. So Cooper s is just down the street from our neighborhood. Well they did a great job and it was quick service. My family of 5 drivers will be returning.

Great place, love Coopers. Got a diagnostic, and they explained everything that was wrong with my car, starting with the urgent problems first. Also, they answered my many questions with patience and understanding. Lastly, they spoke on their finance options in case I want to get the problems fixed there. So I give them a 5/5 review!

My 2003 Ford F-250 Broke the ignition actuator rod , this is no easy fix involves removing and replacing the airbag as well as new ignition parts. It was done at in a timely manner, and after picking it up, seems like nothing ever happened , the cost of this was very reasonable. I am very happy with their service.

Staff was very friendly and informative. A lot of general knowledge and experience knowledge was provided in response to my questions. Shop manager and employees seem to care and want to take care of their community. I even got a text to A web-based inspection report for all other things checked in the vehicle during the oil change which was a full markup.

Had a problem with my E350 super duty van.Took it in for a diagnostic. There was a couple additional items that we were aware of prior to taking it in. Scott, Donavan, & Dylan, went out of their way to make sure I was aware of everything that was going on, and really made the process go smoothly. They worked as a team to get all of my problems resolved. I am very thankful for their professionalism, as well as their crew for taking care of me. They came to me highly recommended, and I m going to recommend them to all my family and friends!

Best service ever ! Always been my favorite most trusted shop! 10000/10 recommend if you want a trusted local family feel shop they never over sell and truly work for customer needs. These guys are great! They inspected and repaired my calipers instead of replacing them, bringing the cost down considerably. Really nice crew, great customer service, will definitely go to them again!

Coopers is my goto auto repair. Fortunately I don't need them to often; but when I do the are always professional, honest and get the work done in a timely manner and get it right the first time.I highly recommend Coopers Auto repair.

I didn t actually have the opportunity to use Cooper s for a repair, however Scott was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper s for my next repair needs.

I have very high expectations on customer service and very rarely do I give 5 stars but the customer service here was the best I have ever had at an auto repair facility. We ended up choosing not to get the repairs done as it was not worth it to fix our car but I would use them in the future!

We ve been taking our cars to Coopers since I was in high school. I am continually amazed by the employees customer service and quality of care.I appreciate their vehicle condition report. It s so nice having a report that shows you the immediate repairs, as well as possible upcoming repairs.We have used both locations and service is great at both. They get us in as quick as possible and do their best to get that car right back to us. They don t set expectations they can t make, they are honest about their timeliness and quotes.Whenever I have talked on the phone with their employees, I have felt well taken care of. When I didn t have a ride to pick up my car, they sent a shuttle service to come pick me up free of charge.Love Coopers! We will definitely keep bringing our business back to them.

Worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I schedule my appt a week in advance. On said day it was 5pm and no call from Coopers. I called and was told they were too busy to look at my car (The same one I made an appt. for). This repair was being paid by my insurance so on the day to pick up my car I was told I owed $1000. I said that's funny my insurance should have covered that, I was told this next "Our policy is that we tell the insurance company to pay the customer then the customer pays us." And the kicker is that nobody at Cooper's contacted me about this so called policy. What a slap in the face that was. I was constantly getting emails that my battery was low. Confronted somebody at Coopers at which they blew it off as this happens when a car is stolen. I asked "So you are not concerned? Apparently,not! I then went to look on my car{it was parked along canyon road with the rest of their vehicles that I'm assuming had to be repaired} have I walked up to the vehicle I noticed that all the doors were unlocked and the hood was not fully closed. Here I am thinking down my car just got stolen and now they're setting it up to be either ripped off again or somebody tearing into it. I was told that all my fluids would be topped off. Didn't happen. Apparently having cracked rims is not enough for Coopers to forward a pic or 2 to my insurance company to get covered in my claim. Smh. I had to take the pics myself and send to my insurance company. Nobody at coopers took the time to show me or inform me how badly cracked the rims were. They're concerned with solo that they allowed me to drive the car home. If you have insurance paying for your repairs plz look elsewhere. Best tip I can offer to anyone even thinking about Cooper's handling your repair

I received a flyer for an oil change, so glad I did. The staff is extremely kind. The oil change cost was unbeatable!! They also check out the car pretty much felt like top to bottom to make you aware of any issues. And no they are not trying to create a bigger bill. I found Coopers honest and that is so hard to find.Everyone I know of heard about my experience at Cooper's.

We brought it in to Coopers not knowing exactly what was wrong with the air conditioning unit thinking we just had to recharge it. But it turned out to be electrical connector damage of the wires to the air conditioning. So we had them go ahead and repair it, which they did promptly less than a day and a half. In addition they vacuumed my whole car and put air in my front tires that have been low for a couple of weeks. That was over and above what we brought it in for. The Cooper auto repair specialist knew exactly what they were doing, how to repair it and called us to let us know what the problem was and to get the approval to go ahead and send us an email..very professional and courteous. Thank you Cooper Auto Repair. We have already recommended them to acquaintances and they're planning on making appointments. Thank you again.Service: Electrical repair

Chose Coopers from a Google search because they advertised a comprehensive list of repairs. I was traveling through the area on a long vacation and they were able to fit me in to an already tight schedule. I was one of those customers with my truck is making a noise complaints. Totally honest and up front with me about what it might be, what it may cost, and how long it may take. They provided photos and a description after diagnosing the problem and before starting work. They finished ahead of the anticipated schedule and right on the cost estimate. This job has a 2 year warranty. I would definitely make them my garage if I lived in this area!

We are on our first road trip as a family and had some issues with our car and they showed up in our Carmax Network of mechanics.Without a doubt the best customer service and experience I've ever had in dealing with any automotive problems in my life.We're 500 miles from home and they bent over backwards to help us get everything repaired, ready, and on the road again. Even if you don't have a car through Carmax I would recommend coming to these guys for whatever issues you have with your vehicle. You know it's a good business when the first thing you see when walking through the front door is a quote on the wall about the importance of having a good reputation and keeping it for as long as possible in the community.These guys know what they're doing, and they genuinely care about what they do and how they're represented in their community.

When I was looking for an affordable oil change on my newer truck, these guys beat everyone! I came into the office where a very professional and personable man named Dylan greeted me. He was absolutely transparent about every detail of the oil change and even accommodated me by answering some questions I had about other work I am looking g at getting done. From start to finish the whole process took 1.5 hours and I appreciate the pictures they took during the process! I highly recommend these guys if you need a simple oil change or full motor work. Went in this past Saturday for oil change and coupon for free rotation, service advisor Dillion did nothing but persuade me out of it for second time in a year after a few mins he finally said they would do it only to pickup vehicle and it wasn t done and washer reservoir was left low which means wasn't checked,other than that clean shop and vehicle was done in timely matter.One last thing someone was supposed to reach out to me about this and never did

I have had a lot of work done here. I called and wanted a price to replace valve cover gaskets on a 2003 Toyota 4Runner 4.0. I had had cleaned it off with brake clean. And then started it up, it was pouring out the valve cover. Would not give me any kind of a price, said he would have to check it out first. Just a ball park figure would have been nice.
