Cody and team you are absolutely awesome! You have had my daughters car for a few days and not only did you do what you said you would, you went above, WAY ABOVE and BEYOND. Cody and Paul were absolutely amazing! Great communication and friendly atmosphere, made us feel like family. Made us feel so confident about getting our vehicle repaired correctly and no worries about matching the paint. The car was cleaner than when we dropped it off, they even performed a full detail. Helped us get our car promptly before insurance tried to charge more for our rental. Was recommended to us by Eric at South Tacoma Mazda. The workers at STM have never steered us wrong. Super accommodating to us being so far away, making sure we didn't waste any time. This review is long overdue. I found out about this place via Google and stopped by to have a dent in my Toyota Corolla looked at for repair. Cody (owner) fixed it, and when I asked about the cost, he told me to not worry about it (rare). So when my wife's Subaru got rear-ended by a pickup truck, I had no hesitations to bring it to Collision Specialists. They were awesome! The repairs took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait to have it done right.

Amazing work! Knowledge and experience go a long way, but the key to a great result is when the guys doing the work know how to make the contours flow like they should on a vehicle. These guys don't settle until the work is done right. They did an amazing job on my Alfa Romeo!

I have a Miata MX-5 that had some minor damage from a car that hit the driver's side door. I took it in to Collision Specialist for an estimate. I spoke to Paul and another person regarding the damage. They looked at my car and recommended another shop that they trust to get an estimate being that the damage was minor and that I could save money on the repair. I took their advise and went to the other shop for an estimate. I had my car fixed at the other shop because of their recommendation. Bottom line is the integrity of Collision Specialists, they are top shelf. If I ever need any major repair on my cars, Collision Specialists will have my business. Thank you Collision Specialists!

Absolutely top notch service all around. My brand new Prius got smacked in a hit and run. Brought it over to these guys and they immediately made sure I knew they'd get it back in shape.Excellent team of people, Rodell in particular was awesome. Straight shooters, didn't lie or meander, let me know way ahead of time about a minor time delay.All around grade A+ service from a group of people who know their trade. It will benefit you to go out of your way to get to these guys, their customer care and quality of service is absolutely worth the effort.This is a company that has earned my trust. I advise you to give them the chance to earn yours as well.

I went to them to get my bumper fixed on my MINI, I was paying out of pocket and they gave me an honest quote and spoke with me about options to help save some money. They did an amazing job! It was less expensive then they quoted, it looked better than I could have expected. -Paint and body work was great!My only qualm and the reason I gave it them a 4/5 is that it took longer then they had originally told me and I had to call for the progress. I prefer to wait for better work, so it was fine with me, but I can see this being an issue for others.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work on their vehicle but expect it to take a few extra days to be done right and don't be shy about calling to get a progress report.

Although I haven't had my work done yet,these guys are NICE! VERY helpful and explain things well. I went in to have a piece painted and installed but they will be checking out an electrical issue and water leak for me as well...I'm sure I'll be very happy with the outcome.

Stopped by to have the spoiler and rear bumper on my Firebird redone and Rodell (the man to see) managed to give me an unbeatable quote. The customer service there is warm and pleasant, the environment clean and they are military friendly. This shop went the whole 9 yards to make sure that I received my car with better results than expected. I will definitely be returning to Collision Specialists for any future cosmetic repairs.

Can't say enough how good these fellas are. Took my 750Li n for a dent in the back diffuser area. It looks brand new doesn't look like anything ever happened to it and on top of it they even cleaned my car. Inside and out. I'd say that's going above and beyond what I expected. Price quoted was the price I paid. They scheduled me appointment and had it back to me 2 days ahead of time. Will take all my damages there for any future dents dings or mistakes.

Due to my own carelessness and having teenage drivers I have been to Cody and his team many times. I refuse to take my cars anywhere else! These guys are friendly, professional and definitely go the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone.

My car had a damage on the sideskirt and it affected the chasis, going to a lot of places I got denied,they said they cant fix it, the others are asking too muh money to fix it. I went to the collision specialist for the last time and they said they can fix it, and they gave me an appropriate charge. When the finished the work, I was so amazed that it looks like nothing happend, its all new, they repaired it professionally. And also they got my car washed and waxed. And clean the interior of my car. They got a good customer service aswell. Taking care of their clients and being concern to the clients health from the collision. Good job Collision Specialist.

Went there because I couldn't open my hatch on my santa fe. Guy comes out and opens it then tells me how to fix my problem myself to save money. I'll be back for sure. Great people and great business.

My car looked brand new! Collision Specialists has been my family's go-to body shop ever since we moved to Tacoma, 22 years ago. I won't take my car anywhere else. Cody is the best!!

I was just handed a load of B.S. by the person in the PLU sweater about my Honda motorcycle. After three emails and a phone call with no return, I stopped by the shop and the guy said they only do trim work. I'll say this though, he gave me an alternative shop to take it to. They need to change their website, it says they do collision work on motorcycles, not only that it also says specifically that they do Honda motorcycles. Change your website! But I'm still leaning towards him giving me a line of b.s.
