I have used City Glass for years and they have consistently been incredibly reasonable, on time, skilled, and always perform at the highest level. I cannot speak more highly of them. They always rush to help me with emergency projects and never charge any extra fees. I recommend them for any job!

Very helpful on the phone while placing an order and also friendly and helpful during pickup of product. Quick turn around on a shower panel and specs were correct upon pick up. Price was very competitive and fair!

Needed to get them to customize a large mirror for me, and they were great! They got my job done the same day, and the price was terrific. The quality of the work was flawless! Nice job - I recommend them to anyone with glass needs.

I recently got new windows for my rental house, and after this experience, I highly recommend City Glass for anyone needing a similar service. The price was very fair and everyone we worked with, from the office staff to the install crew, were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The old house had a mix of windows of various ages and styles, and were all single pane that didn't open. The new windows are a hit with my tenants since they can now easily open them as needed (it's also going to save them a fortune in heating bills this winter). We also really like them because we live next door, and it's so refreshing to look out and see nice looking windows that match and are in great shape!

I ve used City Glass for a few window installs on my house, and for a frameless glass shower. They ve always been fair, honest, accurate and professional and at a fair price. A very sentimental one of a kind wooden framed mirror of mine fell abs broke. I was on a desperate such for a repair place. What truly came to my surprise and was the most reassuring was when I explained my situation, the staff were so familiar with what had occurred and agreed to fix my mirror. In less than 24hrs, I received a call early morning to pick it up. That was truly the faster repair I have encountered. The business repairs basically any type of broke glass, from windows, to storm doors, bathroom showers etc.

We are beyond thrilled with the product quality and service we received from City Glass. First of all, out of the 3 glass companies we received quotes from, City Glass was the quickest to respond to our request for a quote, quickest to get us a free estimate, the quickest quoted turnaround time and was BY FAR the best price compared to their competitors ($700 less than the closest estimate, and $1000 less than the largest estimate)!Today their professional installers installed our frameless glass shower door. They were right on time, very courteous, did a fantastic job on the install and it took them less than an hour! We could not be happier or more impressed with our experience with City Glass. We will be sure to refer our friends and family, and will most definitely be City Glass customers for all of our future glass needs.

Called this company looking to get a bid, they let us know they would show. They did not show up, we called to see what happened they said they did not know. Call this company again looking to get something scheduled, they tell us someone already went out but never took down any contact information. I ask who will they send the bid to, I m rudely told That s what I was trying to tell you they didn t get contact information Mistakes happen, but the person answering your phones customer service is cringeworthy. Not once did they say I am sorry for the confusion or show any empathy. Wouldn t recommend doing business with this company.

Highly recommend City Glass and Upholstery. These folks came out and measured for our showered, delivered on time, installed quickly and professionally. The shower looks great and I couldn't have asked for anything more. They even have me a free piece of glass when the shelf I ordered didn't quite fit. All this and they were by far the lowest quote!Skip the others and go with City Glass and Upholstery!

Since Kurt took over from his father Dave, it has been downhill for attitude. I have had 6 conversations with Kurt over that last few years and each one left a bad taste in my mouth. He is just nasty and especially arrogant in his approach and speech. Each of the 6 times we spoke, he told me he had 25 years experience. On many issues, he seems to only have about 25 minutes of experience in my opinion. I placed an order for a window on an apartment complex that his father installed years ago. By the time Kurt and his nasty attitude were done with me, I just canceled my order and walked out. It s too bad Kurt does not have the attitude of his father, who was an excellent businessman and had great customer service. Shame, shame on you Kurt !!

Brought my car in for windshield replacement. The interior was clear of any debris from the install. Quick turn around and great customer service at a competitive price. Plan on visiting again for glass shower door quotes.

City Glass installed for me last year a heavy (thick) clear glass door and support enclosures for my neoangle shower. The City Glass project certainly represented an investment bigger than off-the-shelf shower door kits at the big box retailers but with its sleek lines, water-tight qualities and minimum use of trim metal it looks like it should be in a fancy spa that is how great it is in my bathroom. It was money wisely spent.

We went overboard and got five bids to replace a window that our "athletic" dogs broke with their play fighting. City Glass was by far the least expensive, but they also did what we feel is the best job. They were quick, fast, and sent the bill (amount as quoted) promptly. We had a broken furnace and were running around like crazy trying to get it fixed, so we forgot to pay. We received a polite call from them, and I promised to stop by the next day to pay. I then forgot. They were nothing but polite and understanding. I'll always use them!

Instead of a typical shower curtain for my bathtub/shower combo, I ordered a custom frameless glass tub enclosure from City Glass. While it looks great and City Glass handled a supplier generated snafu in a timely manner, I am not totally satisfied with the experience. The techs were very friendly/respectful but didn t have much to say/contribute when they came out for the initial measurements. I felt I was kinda guessing at what the best demensions would be (defeats the purpose of custom anything). After using my shower/tub for a month or so, I believe the glass should have been a bit longer. My expectations of a custom experience would be more dialogue/ input from the professional s perspective to ensure the best fit for the space - that is my only complaint/feedback

We had a deadline showed up however short glass on truck.We replaced glass in 5 windows. Caulked horrible. Complained to Kurt. Insisted on coming by to see work Agreed sent another employee one week later. Cost us 550.00 complained however Kurt insisted be more with someone else. Glass was 30 each rest labor at 3 1/2 hours. Poor communication with receptionist on bid. Suggested to Kurt train employees, better communications, and definitely should have come to house to bid this easy job. He took 100 bucks off. Would I do again NO WAY ! Terrible customer service. Pictures available or you may come and look at our windows prior to hiring. Ty

complete and total rip-offs. i spent more than 5k on storm windows including installation and hardware. City Glass kept the hardware, insisted i pay the bill in full before installation- which i foolishly did- then refused to install the windows..saying they no longer did storm window installations. they said they would make an adjustment to me to make up for the fact i have a bunch of worthless glass windows in my basement with no way to install them and no hardware because they kept it....there has been no adjustment or payment to me what so ever. I'M STILL WAITING- ALL THE OWNER DID WAS YELL AT ME AND NEVER DID FIX THIS PROBLEM. I'VE STILL GOT WINDOWS IN MY BASEMENT, NO HARDWARE, AND NO REFUND OF MY $5K.Service: Window installation

Do not use them for auto glass repair! Had them replace a back window on our truck on 11/8/17 and the window has leaked ever since. Took the truck back three times and it still LEAKS! They said they don't know what to do to fix it and have REFUSED to give us a FULL refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible service I call to cuote for a large commercial window when I call they tell me is gonna show up from 10am to 12pm when I call around 1pm they tell me the technician was stuck on traffic I keep waiting in till I receive a email whit a cuote for a some broken window don't know from were they don't call me anything just lost my day waiting for nothing. I hope the owner look for this unless he doesn't care about the business .Service: Installation

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing! The individuals arrived at my door, on a rainy day, and when I asked them to take of their shoes inside the house before walking on the carpet, they said that they can't do that. I asked them if they always walked on homeowners floors without removing their shoes, and their response was "all the time".

I called city class a week and a half ago for a m appointment to measure glass doors on the day of the appointment no one from city glass called or arrive I called city glass and asked if someone was still coming out to a job site the lady on the phone when I called stated that they do not come to Graham I said may I talk to a manager She said Stop being rude I said let me talk to the manager she said he is standing right here next to me she started to laugh and hung up the phone I do not recommend this place they are very unprofessional and very very rude I am a homeowner and a general contractor and I will never use them or Refer them to anyone
