AWESOME! They were able to get me in the same day as my accident. Maggie at the front is the absolute sweetest. I only dealt with her but the folks working the shop did a great job on my car. Their work is flawless. Also I was out of town when they finished my car and I wasn t able to pickup for a week. (My insurance didn t communicate) but Maggie was totally cool with putting my car away until I could get in. Maybe the parts on my car were easy to get but they were so fast. 2 weeks. My last accident took 2 months to repair (different shop). But the cherry on top for me was the detailing they did on the inside. They vacuumed and wipe everything down. It s the small things that go a long way. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend!

Great service, they took the car in right away. They did a great job of communication by calling to let us know they had ordered parts along with an estimate of when the car would be completed . They called to let us know the car was completed and even 1 day sooner than their estimate. They did a great job repairing the car and it looks like new. Not only that, but they detailed the complete interior. The car looks great inside and out and they did such a great job.

Took my car here, aka my baby, after an unexpected interaction with a fence. (I swear it jumped out of nowhere!) Maggie at the front was so sweet and made me feel better about the whole incident. The mechanics that I spoke with were super informative about all the needs along my repair process. Had my baby back in less than 2 weeks and I swear she looks brand new!! So incredibly impressed with the service I received. Even though it was an outer repair job, they even cleaned the interior, as a mom of 4, that was so unexpected but overwhelmingly appreciated. Any repair needs in the future, I know where I'm going!

Excellent service; washed and detailed my car, had it done within a week. Great communication, in particular Maggie was amazing and very helpful. She kept me updated consistently throughout, which is much more than I can say for other shops I ve used. Would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing! I never thought getting into an accident could be turned into a highlight of the week! Fixed the damages to my car and I drove away a happy camper. One of my buttons on the radio was stuck, that took the time to fix that too! Down to every detail! Appreciated then greatly

After getting hit while parked, my insurance recommended I go here for the repairs and all I can say is wow!!! The two guys working the front were so helpful and thorough with the whole process. Most importantly their team at the shop did an amazing job at fixing my car and taking great care of it and it looks like they detailed it inside & out! My car looks BRAND NEW again and I'm so happy with the outcome. I will always recommend anyone here now!

Customer service was good but the work performed wasn t. The entire engine bay was very dusty and from their work and it never got cleaned up. After removing the bottom cover under engine it had a lot of broken plastic and metal just laying around on it from the accident. Im talking about big chunks. A lot of wires and hoses wasn t put back to OEM standards and it s secure points, they were just loose and hanging. Few metal clips that hold the screws were bend, broken and not replaced. Few different lightbulbs and brackets were left by the mechanic in different spots inside the car interior. The steering wheel is sticky. I wouldn t not recommend.

You guys are awesome. Did a fantastic job on my jeep compass and it was like new , also thanks for the heads up on my left alignment issues made an appointment, will definately recommend to friends and family! And the receptionist was a sweetheart and great customer service, (I'm still, bugi, bugi )

I was involved in an accident in early September and through progressive had an appointment to drop off my car on September 27th. I called immediately in early September to ask if they were ordering parts now and how long the repairs may take, so I can be prepared with a rental car. They told me they would not order parts now and instead they would only order the parts after I drop off my car on the 27th and after they take my car apart to assess what parts they needed. I asked if I would be able to drive my car while they were waiting for parts and they said no. I told them it was a very simple repair and the parts needed are obvious through the pictures progressive sent them. They agreed but told me they will still not allow me to take my car off the lot while they wait for parts and rudely suggested that I "go find a shop that will do that instead." I did not want to do that as my appointment was already set up. I asked if the parts take a long time to get in can I please have my car to drive during the wait, they said yes sure. After I dropped my car off parts took an inordinate amount of time to get in, they kept saying it will be soon but never gave me my car to drive while waiting. I had a rental car for close to 3 weeks while they were waiting for parts all the while my car was still in drivable conditions. That cost close to $800 for me to have a rental car during that time. I didn't get my car back until October 16th. It was a simple repair on a drivable car. I shouldn't have had to spend that much on a rental while waiting. If you guys were afraid to order the parts early due to me not showing up for my appointment you could have charged my credit card with a hold. I'm upset that progressive sent me to this place and I will never be back.

These guys were great! After someone hit my car the insurance company of the other driver put me in contact with the outstanding crew at City Center Collision. I'm incredibly happy with how my Jeep Grand Cherokee was repaired after getting rear-ended in a car accident. I appreciated that I was asked how often I wanted to be updated on the status of my vehicle; and that they (Dan) actually keep to their word and followed through with updates according to my preference.I felt the friendliness of all the employees I came in contact with was genuine, especially Ashley at the front desk!!! She was kind, knowledgeable and super duper helpful with what to expect when my car was being worked on. (I could have stayed there all morning chatting with her!)And even better, when my Jeep was returned to me it looked beautiful!! The car was returned washed and cleaned, inside and out. The other parties insurance paid for everything, so I can't speak to their pricing. But I can speak to the quality of the work, and it was top notch. Hopefully I'm not in need of an auto body shop anytime soon, but if I was I would definitely choose City Center Collision, again.

My experience here was great from the beginning. They were fast friendly and did an awesome job on both my claims all done at once. Paint was perfect took less than 30 days. The unfortunate part and disappointing that I was told my car was in line for a wash then she'd be ready for pick up. I was do excited to get her back and be nice and clean....not the case my car was parked way in back dirt n gravel my passenger front door was open, I quickly noticed scrapes and chips on my driver upper part of headlight ( not there when I dropped off) my car was filthy dry water spots everywhere white chalky blotches on all my wheels, my front plates missing 2 bottom screws. My front wheels missing the lock bolt (not put back on). This all was very disappointing especially after I was told I would get a call the next day by Dan about the scrapes/chips. 1 week later no one has bothered to call. An acknowledgement and apology is the least they could do. After all, my car is a 2023 and bought it off the lot w 10 miles...it was tip top.

I was referred to this place by my insurance in order to fix my vehicle involved in an accident and let me just say I was extremely impressed. The job that needed to be done on my GTI was huge and a lot of work, but they got on it immediately and were able to get my car back to me in under a month which was impressive. They did an amazing job repairing the front end and mechanical issues impacted by the wreck as well. Let me just say it looks better than it did before the accident. The receptionist was extremely sweet and Dan answered every question I had every time I would call and was super friendly. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! Thank you guys for all of your help I am extremely satisfied.

This review is based on my interactions with the staff because due to insurance my car could not be repaired so I can't pass judgement on the bodywork they do. But as far as getting my car in, working with me when I had to reschedule and dealing with my insurance I give them 5 stars. Ashley, the main contact I dealt with, had a good personality and was entertaining to work with. Even when she gave me the news that ultimately my car wouldn't be repaired she did so in a friendly and comical way. She's also really easy on the eyes so that probably helped too. If my vehicle is hit again by some dead beat which is likely then I'll be back again.

My car was sideswiped and I took it here. They were courteous and professional, kept me up to date on progress and were super friendly. Explained all work that was done. Someone had drilled out the gas tank in my husbands truck. And City Center Collision was the only shop willing and able to take his truck in!Ashley, was so communicative about everything from what they were doing to what our insurance was requesting.When it came time to pick up the truck, they washed it and cleaned the inside. That was probably the second best thing for my husband lolAny time we need work done again on our vehicles we will be coming here for now on!

Had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting my practically new 2018 Kia Soul, but it was quickly taken care of at City Center. Now it looks like it never happened! Super glad to have my car practically back to the way it was and to have had the experience made so much easier by the amazing staff. Tim especially did an incredible job!

The staff at this location is amazing starting with the front desk associate Ashley. From the time I walked in until I walked out service was emaculate. Ashley definitely went above and beyond to make sure I understand the process and what would take place with my vehicle. While there I observed some of the before and after work and could tell right away location and technicians take pride in there work. I can't wait to see my vehicle after the repairs and I highly recommend this location.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Vehicle maintenance

Thanks to a hit & run, I had the opportunity to deal with these guys. Given the situation, they were a pleasure dealing with and had a wonderful experience. We brought our Tesla here after both doors on the passenger side were scraped. It was a really bad scrape. We picked it up a day earlier than what was quoted and it was beautiful. They got my VW beetle all fixed up after my wreck. They cleaned up the inside which was probably a big job. Everyone was professional and friendly. Information was explained in a way that I could understand which was very nice since I know pretty much nothing about cars. I would definitely recommend.

I was struck by another driver on the bed/rear passenger side cab of my F150. I originally had reservations about anything suggested by my insurance, but this shop was great. They were friendly, fast, professional, and clearly knew their way around my truck. I would happily go back here for future paint/body needs.Editing review to reflect a year out.I had to go back 3 separate times to correct issues with work done or missing items. The last thing was a rubber air dam that connects the cab with the truck bed. It was left off after the repairs and when I called about it I was told he'd order it and call me when it came in. I haven't heard from them since. Took off 2 stars for the hassle.They were very friendly but I don't like having to hold them to doing the entire job.Yet another edit- They called. My final part was installed. Adding a star for completion of the job.Service: Body & Trim

They outsourced my alignment to Les Schwab And it blew a sensor a week after I got it back. Wasn't a big deal until I took it to the dealership later. They said my alignment was off spec. It's a $500+ dollar repair. Body shop basically said not their problem. They charged my insurance over 8 grand and gave me a dollar store alignment.To their credit a different guy there did call 6 hours later asking to see the car but making no promises. Sorry guys but I am fed up. I had to go in twice for repairs due to supply issues, you wanted me back a third time for the stickers you forgot can't go back a fourth. I can't keep leaving work early and not have a car because we couldn't get it right the 2nd time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

They're nice while you're there but they said they would give me a quote for my car and never did. I was told I would receive the quote via email by the end of the next day. I didn't receive anything and when I asked about it they said they'd have it to me by the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago...now, I still don't know what's going on with my car and I have to start the process over since they can't be bothered to help. I wouldn't have minded the wait if I hadn't been told it would be ready by a certain date. I gave two stars since they're always really nice but don't think I'll ever come back and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
