The body shop i had previously used installed a cheap after-market bumper on my truck that crumbled after a very small bump. Why? turns out they were acquired by a larger company and had contracted with the insurance companies. This shop has not; they are one of very few truly independent shops in the area. They work with insurance companies, but not for them. It is refreshing to know that they will look out for me their client and not perform sub standard work to please the insurance companies.

They went out of their way to take care of me. They communicated with the insurance company about all the damage to my car and got it done as quickly as possible. They are all very concerned and very friendly. I highly recommend Center Street Collision.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for auto work done! They have excellent customer service and did a great job repairing my vehicle in a timely manner! Jaylynn was very consistent in sending updates on my vehicle and worked very hard to get it back to me before the holidays! Overall, excellent experience.

After our car got into a accident we took it to center collision. The car ended up being totaled unfortunately. They helped walk us through the process of dealing with insurance, gave us guidance on how to talk with them and helped us getting the maximum payout on the totaled car. Can't recommend their customer service enough!

I had a cracked side mirror, they gave me the best price, and were really fast to fix the mirror. Staff is also nice and friendly. Even gave a pack of chocolates as a thank you for choosing their business. Last week my sunroof on my Infiniti shattered. I called the local dealer to get a quote. $2,500. What?!I called Center Collision and they gave me an estimate of $1,250. Still ouch. Then Darren suggested a used sunroof.I picked up my car today. The used glass looks as good as the original. Total price $403.00. Wow. Thanks!!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

5* across the board! They re excellent! I ve dealt with many body shops in Tacoma over the years, Center Collision is a step above the rest. Communication was great. Even though my car was totaled they were very helpful throughout the process. The shop is clean and organized which says a lot about the kind of work they do. I had an excellent experience working with Center Collision, the staff are very helpful and friendly! They give updates twice a week and did all the negotiations with the insurance company, which was incredibly helpful and made for a stress free experience. My fianc� backed our truck into a pole and smashed the tail light. I gave Darrin a call and they had the part arrive just a few days later. When I brought the truck in they had it fixed faster than you can get an oil change. Awesome customer service, fairly priced, and quality work.

My vehicle was damaged in a collision, Center collision was the only that could see me within a month-actually two weeks I think.All the employees have detailed info, listened and explained everything to me. Always the best experience with Center Collision. Jared and his team are professional from start to finish. They communicate progress reports on a regular basis via text and calls. There is complete transparency with billing and they warranty their work for life! Last thing- they exclusively use OEM factory parts and never substitute for a lower quality. The paint they have used on my black Mercedes is blended brilliantly and I do not trust any other shop to touch my vehicle. High integrity shop, highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys finished our car a week ahead of time. They frequently kept us up to date with the status of the repair, and showed an incredibly high level of professionalism. I m super impressed with the work that was done, and our car is in the best shape it s ever been in. It can be hard to find quality workmanship coupled with great customer service. We filed our claim with progressive and the whole process of getting a rental car and paying the deductible was very streamlined.Trust these guys with your car!

Center Collision exceeded all of my expectations! This was my first time ever being in an accident and having to deal with everything can be very stressful. They made the experience easy and manageable. They were great at answering all of my questions and communicating what was going on with my car. They even finished before I was expecting them too! The quality of the work done on my car was amazing. I got my car back looking even better than when I picked it from the dealership. Don t go anywhere else!

I managed to scrape off part of my front bumper while out and about one day. I brought my car to Collision Center for an estimate. They were very business-oriented, customer friendly, and knowledgeable. The place was very clean, neat and organized inside and out. I was given an estimate, and was able to get my car in the very next morning for repairs. It took them less than 2 hours to complete my vehicle. I am very pleased with their service. I will be returning to them again and again for other services they have to offer. I left my car in their hands, and with their knowledge and sense of urgency to manage my concerns, they have elevated my trust, and their exemplary customer care is of the highest caliber.Service: Body & Trim

I found this shop on Google. They are super nice and friendly. They are really efficient and have great communication on the status of your vehicle too. The lady at the front desk is awesome (Jay Lynn is her name I believe) and the manager is really good too! They handled everything with my rental and I got my car back cleaner than I have ever seen it in my life!!! It was cleaner than when I bought it! We took our vehicle to Center Collision to fix up our front bumper that had been wrecked in an auto accident. We were greeted with such friendly, kind employees. They stayed on top of communications with us throughout the entire time we had our vehicle in the shop. We are very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be using their services in the future. Great customer service!!!! First time here to fix crashed passenger doors. They fixed it within promised times, cleaned up area on the car that I could not pay for fixing and gave me free Almond Roca. Will return for services as needed. I can t say enough about my experience here! My vehicle was the victim to a hit and run driver running from the cops. Sadly, it s brand new, haven t even made the first payment yet. Center Collision got me in at my convenience, not theirs, that s unheard of these days. They gave me complete reassurance that I was in good hands. My vehicle was done when promised. I was amazed with how beautiful my car was! The workmanship was perfect. Nobody wants to have to visit a body shop but this team of professionals make the unfortunate situation great. Service, quality, establishment, convenience, and staff friendliness is what you ll get here. I will recommend everyone I know here! Thank you for everything you did for me, I will never forget it!

Center Collision has been absolutely amazing for performance, customer service and follow through. Recently, I damaged my car on the side passenger back door. It was extensive. My whole door had to be replaced. Center Collision s staff worked with me closely through the entire process and assisted in working with my insurance company effectively. I appreciated that they were very clear about the timeline to make sure the job was done at the highest level possible. The result was a perfect match on the paint, perfect match for the door and you can t tell that it was ever damaged. Five Stars Center Collision!! I will always recommend this fantastic organization!! Thank you!

I was in an accident, fed up and frustrated with the insurance company, this auto body shop kept my sanity .They got my car in fast, I was updated twice a week(due to parts shortages and covid it took a while). It's a family run business which is also something I love supporting. I came to pick my car up today, it was clean and detailed inside and out. Customer service was amazing, I'm thankful for this company, if you ever need anything done that is in their realm of business I suggest giving them a try.. I am very impressed with Center Collision and their services they provide! They are always friendly and take the time to explain everything in great detail. They work very fast and do great work. Out of all car repair shops they were the first to ensure if I needed an Uber ride home after dropping off my car. I appreciate that a lot. Also my father really trusts them, and my father doesn t trust anybody!

I would highly recommend City Center Collision for the quality work you want for any of your car repairs. The staff have always kept me posted on the progress of their work and they are very diligent in responding back to you either phone or text or e-mails. Unfortunately I had to bring my car here 2 times within 5 months. Back to back car accidents... My luck.Definitely recommend this place. Great customer service. Kept me informed on a weekly basis while my car was taken care of. No issues.
