Though we'll stocked, the staff was rude and unhappy to help. I came in 15 minutes before closing, which I understand is not ideal, but I'm getting brake parts, not sitting down to eat. I did not just up and decide to come in before closing, it's just how things went, unfortunately. Though treated poorly, I was polite and respectful in return. As amechanic, I deal with customers too, and plenty of times have had to stay late to help one out. As long as they are not rude, I am more than happy to help. Because of this, I will no longer being doing business with Cascade Friction and will be using Commercial Brake in Fife, whom I highly recommend to anyone needing brake parts.

Great customer service! Awesome sales people! My company's and my personal first place to get parts that I need to do my job! Fantastic place to get what you need the first time and only the first!

Chris s handling of our rarified air brake shoes for an antique Studebaker Truck was amazing... 24 hour turn around and more than reasonable price for a product that is considered unobtainable. I have read the reviews of the staff being rude but I have been dealing with these guys for over 10 years and have NEVER had anyone treat me poorly. Great place helpful staff and always willing to take the time to help.

Working with the guys down there is always a pleasure their knowledgeable they have most everything you need when you get in there and if they don't they do their darndest to find it and get it for you

Spent more than $1,600 on parts and they didn t accept ~$35 part return. Thanks for service ... Some of the workers are unprofessional and rude. That was the first and the last time I buy from them.
