Hands down one the best experiences! I had been trying to buy a car here for over a year now and due to life struggles kept restarting the process and having to bow out. But we worked with a great guy named Marquez and he stayed with us personally through the whole experience, and worked to make sure we got a good deal. He worked hard to find me and my family a great reliable car with no shmoosy salesman crud. The process was smooth and the whole dealership was amazing as well ! With the child friendly environment and close knit vibe it definitely made the experience! If anyone needs a car , THS IS THE PLACE !

was misled by car hoppers, told they had many truck options but they only had 1 truck. drove down the road and stopped in at cars r us. even though they were packed, I was in the truck I wanted and needed within a few hours. They worked with us on pricing, and on down-payment. they even shopped insurance quotes for us. 10/10 recommend. If you're looking for some good guys selling some good cars stop here first.

Marquez and Kurt were awesome and I got a great deal on a 2019 Chevrolet despite having the absolute worst credit score possible. For those who think it s hopeless but are working check this place out!! All the staff are kind and helpful, not pushy or rude. Impressively honest about the vehicles on their lot. Rhonda made the paperwork a Quick & Painless process, Thanks again

Girlfriend and I went in on September 28th, 2023 to purchase our first car together. We started off wanting some cars that were a bit unrealistic for our newly developed credit situation but Marquez was able to help us find a car that we both agreed upon and was several thousand dollars cheaper. He was friendly and welcoming throughout our ENTIRE buying process. We noticed about halfway through our time there how bad some of the reviews are for this dealership but it was either no names being mentioned or names I wasn't familiar with. But what we did notice was every single review that mentioned both Marquez and Fernando (both of which were there while we were) were beyond positive and I'll stand with them. If you come to this place to buy, request one of the two. We went through Marquez and I regret nothing about it, very genuine guy. Feels like I ended up with more of a friend selling me a car rather than a typical salesman. Hats off to you Marquez, we love our 2015 civic!- Jen & Wes

Marquez was SO helpful, we went in to finance a car with little hope we would get approved for the car we wanted. Not only did he get us approved but he also made sure we left with all of our numbers looking good. Most helpful person we have had all day on our car searching journey!

I was looking for a car for months and months finally came across something I really liked, was working with Marquez and he was great and actually held on to it for me til I could actually get there to look at in person which was amazing! They worked with me to get it my payment around the range I was looking at and was very happy with how they handled it. Definitely would recommend to go see Marquez if you are looking for a car he made the process very easy and simple and kept it real.

I did not end up buying the car that I wanted from this dealership because the entire experience was just awful. It left me with such a horrible feeling that when I went to a legit dealership it was completely night at day and really highlighted just how terrible it was at Cars R Us. Double-teaming, constantly talking and distracting from the car at hand, forcing to run credit in order to test drive, refusing to disclose work done on the car, telling me that there was a hold on the car (then saying that the hold had expired so it was available to me.)From the very first moment that I set foot on the property I could tell it was scuzzy. The car I wanted was blocked in by another car, had a crack across the front windshield, smelled horrible, and the center console lid would not close. I was pretty disappointed right off the bat.I had already run the KBB and my aunt works as a financer at a dealership in Cali so I had the information on this car and it was valued at 9.2k but they were listing it over 11k. Originally two weeks prior they had listed it for 9.6k, so I asked what they put into the car to justify the significant increase. They couldn't tell me and diverted the conversation.The worst part was that they required to run my credit in order for me to test drive the car I wanted, and needed to know that I was a serious buyer. I had come to the lot with a pre-approved loan through my credit union and had a large down payment in my pockets, so that should have been serious enough. I wanted to test drive this car so I let them run my credit, it took them about half an hour to be able to provide me with their offers that I did not need.In retrospect they communicated a lot of red flags and I should have listened before letting them run my credit. Don't go here, save your money and your time.

We bought my truck from cars r us recently and had the best experience. Jason is a great salesman! Great price, great customer service, and no pressure on us to get into a vehicle we didn't want like some dealerships do. Everything was smooth and on point.

I bought a car there today and I was so impressed how I was treated and the selection of vehicles was awesome! Mycredit was Mediocre at best. I ended up with a 2020 Nissan with only 23k miles on it. They got me credit union financing with a great rate. So happy I went there. I highly recommend Cars r Us on South Tacoma way.

Marquez, Daniel and the whole team were very friendly, a little pushy at times, but really helped me get what I want. They were able to get me down to something that I could afford and I m overall stoked about how things turned out. Would recommend to anyone for sure.

This was my first time buying a car and I had a great experience. Customer service was great and I got into a car that was within my budget and good on miles. From when I walked in to when I left it was stellar service. I ended up with a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and I'm completely happy with my car. If you need a high quality used car and have any type of credit go here. And I special thank you to Marquez Bell without him I wouldn't have had the great experience I had.

Worked with Fernando! Great guy and cared about my vehicle preferences that most dealers don t care about. Fernando went above to make sure that i was able to get a car that i wanted(personally and financially). He even bought me lunch and cared about my time ! Shopping for cars is always a very stressful experience however Marquez made sure I was comfortable and let me know he wasn't going to sell me something that was unreliable or realistic. He took the time to show me a few options and the features they offered. He made sure I found something in my price range and was very helpful I recommend asking for him he was a great help and I'm so happy with the service

Cars-R-Us is awesome!!After having one car stolen and the other totaled, I was having trouble keeping hope. My current situation is not one for the weak, but these guys here showed me anything is possible even in the darkest moments.They were patient, relentless, and without judgement. Marquez helped my dad with getting a jeep wrangler that he's been wanting since he was a kid. Didn't do the typical used car salesman pitch to push a purchase on us and just did his part to get my dad in a vehicle he wanted...definitely a good experience here
