They are so great, and the lady at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. The whole team is awesome and they even repaired my vehicle earlier than expected. Great communication and customer service! I ve done repairs twice at this specific location. Highly recommend.

Staff was super nice except manager, he ate food when I came to pick up my car and walked around after giving eye contact but never greeted me. I kinda expected the manager would appologize being my car had to get re done because it still had half of dent at time of first scheduled pick up. They ended up keeping my car about 6 more days and never notified my insurance who initially scheduled service with them. Because my insurance wasn't notified, the car rental place I was using was never notified by my insurance to extend rental and I was charged. I however did like that they washed my car, it looked great. Not sure if I would bring my car there again since they would have let me drive away with the dent still there is I had not of noticed. Will probably most likely stick with where my family and friends only experienced great service, Lakewood Auto Body on 108th.

If you ever need repairs, this is the Caliber Collision to take your vehicle to. The professionalism is unmatched because it is not just their expertise, but its mixed with a whole lot of warm hospitality that put a lady like me at ease from the start. This was a first-time experience for me and Jordan made me so comfortable and confident. They made sure the rental was there for me when I arrived. They kept me informed all along the way and my vehicle looks brand new again. But, I have to say that they are a special breed in this establishment and they have the perfect manager in Jordan. We are friends for life. Thank you Caliber Collision. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!

I m giving them two stars because the job was done to their most capable ability. Not exactly the highest compliment considering I basically had to tell on them to the insurance to order my car part directly from the dealership rather than using Lee Johnson to save them a quick buck, but the job was done regardless.If I had to describe this branch in one word, reliable would not be on the list of possibilities. The amount of times where they have said the front desk or the manager will give me a call back by the end of the day when I have asked for updates and then they don t call back is insane. Likewise for their Inspections team that didn t show up on the day they were supposed to, twice. Instead of dropping my car off at this shop once, and picking it up fixed, I ended up having to drop it off at least 4 times due to them not being able to determine the problem. Even after picking it up for the last time with the new part delivered, the problem still persists. Though I can t fully blame them for that, I ll have to get the dealership to look at it directly, essentially 3 months wasted of waiting for the shop to get this fixed.Overall, you will have better luck taking your vehicle to a different shop. Maybe even just a different branch, I heard the Fife branch usually knows what they re doing.

Vehicle looks great and was finished four days ahead of time. They kept me informed by text twice a week. Overall, I am very impressed with their service and customer service.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Very good customer service! Not only did they fix my van promptly, they even vacuumed the inside out! I highly recommend coming here and would come here again if needed!

Everything, phone conversations, adjuster Jourdan, and communication was top notch. Extremely satisfied with the repairs & paint job done for hail damage on the hood & roof of our van. Service people even detailed the inside of our vehicle.

I had my jeep fixed here. There was some drama with insurance about the deductible. When I arrived for my repairs of course Caliber Collision said it was going to be $500. I said that was wrong, it is supposed to be $100 and I was not doing the repairs if they could not get it correct. They called my insurance and got it straightened out and I went ahead with the repairs.Now some lady Stacy has been repeatedly calling me trying to tell me I owe them the remaining $400 even though it was all straightened out before proceeding that it is not true. I don't know what kind of scam this place is trying to run but I wouldn't trust them.

Caliber have been holding our car hostage for almost two months. They consistently lie to us on the phone about whether the car is done or not, if parts need to be ordered, even who is in working that day and who is not. They have not contacted us once, we've had to track them down every time and when we've done so they've had a different story.I would love to get my car back, Caliber.This experience has been worse than the accident that made us have to put our car in with you in the first place.

Worst customer experience ever. Full stop. They've had my car for over a month, they keep telling me they'll "Call and give me an update tomorrow" and never do. I have to call them every time and they seem frustrated and inconvenienced that I'm calling. They have two managers and I get different updates based on which manager I'm talking to. Either my car has not been touched at all because of insurance or they're almost done with it. Either way, it's been over a month now without our family car and all I'm getting from Caliber is excuses and lies.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I received a red light ticket for $124 in the mail because someone from the shop decided to blow through a red light in Tacoma. I saw the footage, it wasn't even a yellow light. It was completely red. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Repaired my 4runner as an authorized facility for USAA when under the name Abra. Didn t catch a damaged lift gate hinge which caused latching issues and paint damage. Never replace latch with correct torque screws. Bumper is now popping out on one side and has already chipped.

I had a bumper replaced and was so concerned about color matching as I had a bad experience at a different location. This time I was so surprised I cried. Caliber Collision on Washington St kept me updated about the progress the whole time. I was 100% satisfied with their work and how they cleaned my car even down to the rims after the repairs were completed. Thanks to the front desk woman who was always friendly whenever I had any interaction with her.

Numerous avoidable delays in finishing the work, including not ordering a Latch for the new hood so then we had to wait again for that to arrive. terrible. Took nearly two weeks to fill two screw holes and paint a rear bumper cover. Screwed it up, twice. Reattached it crooked, reattached backup sensors crooked, now car beeps on flat ground when in reverse. They were sparsely taking lunch in our car, found parts from other cars in and around back seats. The warning sign should have been the repair job they did in their lobby of their leaking window frame. See pic. They taped paper towels to it!

I am blown away at how well this company treated me! Their customer service is beyond excellent. I rescheduled my appointment last minute without them making me feel guilty. On top of all this great customer service my car was finished a lot faster than I expected. I brought my car on 2/17 @11am and it was finished and ready for pickup on 2/19 @1pm WOW! Definitely would revisit and Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you again Caliber Collision @ 4112 S Washington St, Tacoma, WA 98409
