Car went into the shop the first week of March, they charged me over $4,000 to "fix" the problems with my car, after taking multiple days to fix it.They did these repairs: Maintenance Tune Up 4Cyclinder- $912.83 New Timing Belt - Replace - $1,539.59 Bardahl Cooling System Flush- $128.99 Thermostat Replace - $576.39 Valve Cover & Gasket Replace - $461.18 Oil change - $79.95Yesterday on EASTER I got stranded on the side of the freeway & had to have a friend come help me.My Coolant System was BONE DRYMy oil was completely gone, I added more to get 5 blocks to safe location.My car overheated 3 times in 4 blocks.After letting my car cool down we lifted my car.Oil & Coolant completely covering the bottom of my car of what I just added, went through a whole 5L to get 5 blocks !My belt was completely shredded and not connected.My battery was dieing and not being able to gain a charge even when my friend tried to jumpy car.All these things should NOT of happened 20 days after getting my car back.Spending over $4,000 to "fix" these things, that clearly weren't fixed !5,000 mile warranty on their work- better fulfill that.At this point I fully believe they need to pay for my car to get towed & fixed under the warranty.

I had these guys do a custom exhaust on my titan. I wanted something pretty specific and they nailed it. I drove it for about a week and realized that it was just louder than I wanted it to be (my fault not theirs). I ordered some different mufflers and tried to get in the next Saturday. They were pretty busy but managed to fit me in anyways which I really appreciated. The mufflers were installed and the exhaust sounds and looks perfect. This will be my go to shop from now on.

A couple weeks ago, someone tried stealing my car and destroyed the ignition cylinder, rendering it useless. This was also during a cold snap, so I knew finding a place with availability would be tricky (sure enough the first place I called told me it would be a three week wait). Shelby told me to bring it in ASAP and I had it towed there. I thought I'd be lucky to have it back by the next week, but he repaired it and had it back to me within 24 hours! I greatly appreciate his help and would highly recommend this place to anyone I know!

Came to Bucky's to get my stolen catalytic converter replaced. I got a free estimate and same day service. My wife and I were happy with the price and Jeromy went above and beyond dealing with our insurance. We'll be back!

I have been a Buckys customer for years and am always impressed with how they treat their clients. They are upfront about what needs to be repaired and are very proficient.My oil change was done quickly and I'll be back this week for rear brakes.

Came in because my skid plate had come undone and was scrapping in the ground. They got me in quickly, fixed the plate, and got me out of there so fast! I was so thankful considering I had my baby with me. They are amazing!

I have been using Bucky"s Tacoma Narrows for all of my family's auto needs for over 20 years. They have shown me the upmost "honest" care in cutomer service the entire time. From major work, to just stop by checks, I've learned I can consistently rely on their expertise to help me out. Manager, Shelby will always be my "go to" guy for now and in the future.

I went here heart broken, when a mainstream tire dealer and installer damaged exhaust components that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. No big deal right? Wrong, it is an Apexi N1 titanium coated cat back for my 02 Nissan Sentra spec v. A lot of work has been done to restore and tune it. Cody and the team at this location are amazing. They gave my a no bs approach to the repair when I couldn't find the parts and wanted to save a now rare/legendary piece of import tuning culture. Once we found the pipe was mild steel they were set loose and I was completely satisfied with the results. They repaired a crushed bracket and relocated the hanger to better suit the stress placed on the resonator. Repaired a hole left from the damage and coated their work with a heat tolerant matching color. They respected my car and treated me beyond professional, like family. I will definatly return, thank you fam!!

I want to stress I have never left a bad review , I am very understanding of the cost of business and labor costs , but this is shady. I went to go get my brakes done due to noise and performance problems. I was able to drive my car in to the shop and leave for inspection . over the phone They quoted me a price of $3400 to get my brakes and a front bushing repaired , stating i need new calipers on the back and rotors and pads for all 4 , so a half hour after I spoke to them, I went into the shop and told them I decided not to go with them for repair and then at that time they said I was unable to drive the car out of the shop due to the rear wheel locking up , there was no mention of this when I spoke to him on the phone he only told me this after I said I would not be using their service, and then he said that my car would have to be towed he couldn t let me take it and that it wouldn t move anyway . He then offered to do the repair on the one tire in order for my car to be driven off the lot at $100 for his labor if I go and buy the parts myself or to get towed , I chose to get it towed to Tacoma Subaru dealership and for the same repairs an added alignment and a full synthetic oil change it ended up a total to $2200 for all the repairs I needed plus the added services . The $190 tow was well worth not having to use this shop and the questionable business practices.Service: Auto brake repair

I am giving an honest review after everything that happened. It was not the best experience. My car was giving off certain codes. In their defense they took the codes and got new parts for what it said was wrong. However that was not the issue. Something else was causing the main problems i was facing. So after spending about $1600 on the first day on a tune up and new belt i didnt need (the belt, i needed a tune up) only to leave and find all issues came back not half an hour after leaving the shop i was angry. They were closed the next day so i had to do my own research find the problem then bring it back monday. They made me pay for the new extra parts which was nearly another $300 but did not make me pay for labor and robert the manager did the work himself. Robert was a good kind guy the whole experience. Im not happy about spending all that money on issues that should have been see first and not overlooked. I dont need excuses about bad technicians i needed the work done right. I had also hoped they would have eaten the cost since they should have done better. So 3 stars.

Appreciate their speedy only response via email. It's very helpful when I'm constantly working and can't step away to make calls.They were able to identify a suspension issue my car developed unlike one other shop that is down the block. It is always nice coming here I love the customer service and I'm happy they were able to fit me in so my truck could be fixed. The gentleman was even nice enough to give my son a quarter for the gumball machine my truck was fixed pretty fast thanks for all your guys hard work .

Bucky's will take advantage of women. I watched the Narrows Bucky's charge a lady and her daughter for a new heater core. I was having a new catalytic converter on my car. I watched them change the thermostat and thats all they did and charged the lady for a new heating core several hundreds of dollars more. This place lives up to the stereotype of how to over sell a woman by herself who knows no better. I d hope that s not it but at this point, who knows

Had a Great experience speaking with Jeremy on the phone and in person when I brought my car in for an inspection of my Temperature Guage. Turned out that I had Busted Thermostat which they verified before actually replacing it. Informed me of another issue that would need addressing at a later time, didn't try to get me to have it done at that moment. Cost was reasonable, with great experience. Thank you to Jeremyand the crew at Buckys. We'll be coming back

I drove in from out of town for a dental appointment. Suddenly, my car started making huge rattling noises from its undercarriage. I was afraid the engine was going to fall out or something! I called ahead and made it to Buckys, they took it immediately. I had damaged, some plate connection, they took out the broken screw put in a new one and tightened everything up. It was ready in 30 minutes. When I asked how much they said, have a good day. Huge thanks to manager Jeromy and repair person Shelby.!I got to keep my appointments and go home to my own bed tonight!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bucky's is the best honestly, I trust them 100% with my car. They work with you as far as cost and they might just surprise ya with a few other small ,free ,adjustments/fixes. This shop is a blessing.
