Getting good work done at decent prices, that s hard to find. Good customer service as well and we just found out that if we do buy another used car in the future we can bring it to Bucky s for a thorough inspection before buying. Wish I knew that last December.

I've had a great experience with this buckys shop. They inform you on every decision and help you know which jobs need more attention then others. I know a good amount about cars and valued their knowledge and appreciated the way then helped me cut costs down to necessity. They definitely understood my budget and as long as this staff is at Buckys, I'll be going there!Work I got done includes:Motor mount, ac compressor, and tune up.

quoted me nearly $1900 for brakes, rotors, calipers, drums. went to an honest mechanic and spent less than $200 for actual repairs needed. reporting this business to Attorney General for deceptive and fraudulent practices.

Bad attitude and poor training. Misdiagnosed my coolant leak and bad mouthed a local jiffy lube, which they knew nothing about and has 2 highly trained master techs. Its sad cause that Jiffy was trying to bring them customers. Ended up going to dealer and getting repair. The master tech at the Jiffy on 138th and Pacific Ave was 100% correct about what I needed to have done.

I dropped my truck off into the guys here because I was feeling vibration/wobbling feelings at certain speeds. They had 2 different techs drive it and put it on the lift and went over my truck, even though they couldn t replicate what I felt, they didn t charge me for their time/inspection. Very honest guys and they earned me as a customer

My favorite place to get an oil change that's close to home, done quickly and with the friendliest service. Right next to Saar's, I like the convenience of not having to drive too far into the city. They have new owners that care a lot about the place and the people. Definitely recommend for oil changes and more!

Bucky's Parkland is an honest repair shop that does good work at a fair price. I had to have my motorhome towed to Bucky's from a different shop Genesis RV (never go there) that ripped me off. Genesis disassembled the brakes and then wanted several thousand dollars more to finish the job. Bryce really took care of me, and did the brakes for a MUCH more reasonable cost than Genesis. Bryce also further helped me by writing a "second opinion" letter that I submitted to Bank of America to dispute the Genesis RV charge on my credit card.Thank you so much Bryce!!These guys have worked on my '94 Honda, and my '68 Camaro also. Always good work for a reasonable cost and they often can get you in the same day you call. 5 stars. I'd give them 6 if I could! :)

This Bucky's location far exceeds any expectations I had when looking for a repair shop.Nick the manager is the man. He has a way of making a repair that seems complicated and therefore expensive actually become a minor deal and finished the same day, if you arrive early. Things become less of a financial hardship because these guys, well Nick, is able to find solutions. They don't just order expensive parts for every situation just because it's easy for them. One example is they are able to do in house welding and that oftentimes repairs parts that otherwise would be a major purchase.I can say that of all my experiences with shops, this is the only shop you don't need to brace yourself for the bad news when you come in to find out what the damage is going to be - review your bill.I'm aware of customers that I know who travel to come to this Buckeys location because they trust the manager and know they are in good hands.Go talk to Nick at Parkland Buckeys if you need someone who knows the industry and you can trust to save you money whenever there is a way.

I went here as part of a Groupon deal which is an oil change of regular oil or regular synthetic blend, tire rotation, and inspection and fluid top off for $38. They did a great job and although it was a first come first serve the manager got me in and out very quickly as he knew I could not drop my car off and had to wait, very happy with the service and work they did.

Zero Rating. Incompetent. Took the car there 3 times. 1st visit after having the car for several days they came back with the camshaft sensor gone bad. Replaced those. Days later check engine light on again. Took the car back. Informed the sensors were bad and they were replaced again. 24 hours later check engine light on. Took the car back. Then we were told it was something with the oil hose. 1 week later no further information. We call, and were told the car was being driven and they would call back. Nothing. We call again the assistant manager then says he needs to talk to the general manager. About.... we don't know. We call back again, note they are not calling us. They were then extremely rude to my son in law and even hung up on my daughter. I told the kids go get the car. I call corporate to see what answers I can get. I just got off the phone with the regional manager and 1 he called unprepared to speak of the issue. 2nd changes the "diagnosis" to what he "thinks" is now the timing chain. He states he is unable to give me a factual response because he has not spoken to the assistant manager.....so he literally called me to do nothing or without any knowledge. He starts to try and insult my intelligence and tried to get rude. He says "we fixed the problem, I don't care if it doesn't work". Although he just seconds ago said the timing chain could be bad. " but they fixed the problem". I have in the past taken all my cars to Buckeys no matter the location. This is the 1st time I have ever seen a shop with this level of untrained individuals that cover for one another at the customer's cost. And we'll it goes all the way to corporate.

I was in a real jam and they got me in to take care of my motorhome muffler and they were efficient and the price was fair. The Manager was super nice to fit me in the very next morning since he knew I was staying in the motorhome. I stayed in the store parking lot next door till they could fit me in. The guys doing the work where great and nice with my dogs and I. I will go back!

I've found my forever mechanic! They were quick, ready to answer any and all questions, very kind and honest. The level of care they take to insure that their work is done quickly and efficiently, and that their clients are well informed from beginning to end is why I will be sure to return. All referrals from me will be to go to the Bucky's in parkland! I appreciate that they care!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I stopped by in the morning and spoke with Bryce the Service Manager. He said to give a call later in the afternoon before i got off work to see if they could squeeze me in since I got off at 5:00pm and they closed at 6:00pm. They were able to get me in and stayed a little later than 6:00pm. Major props to the welder that slapped it on my new muffler as he stayed after quitting time to make sure he sent me off looking and sounding good. These guys came in lower in cost and over delivered on genuine interaction. I highly recommend these guys!

At this location, the mechanics are awesome. They are not your average franchise mechanics. These guys know their stuff when it comes to vehicles that are old, new or are classics. I happen to own a classic and know how to fix most things myself. But sometimes when it comes to labor intensive stuff you don't want to get into, you need a mechanic that's straight up and gritty that you can trust your baby. Hell, I'd trust these guys with my wife! I am so thankful to have found these guys. In fact I'm taking my 78' 4x4 camper special down in the morn to get the worn flex plate replaced. I was going to attempt to do it myself but when I looked at where the top bolts on the bell housing were I said screw that. I'll just take it to Bucky's and get it done right, no bleeding knuckles, no crushed fingers and at a reasonable price.

Just went in today for an exhaust issue, they were very straightforward in their repair process and were very quick. I'm normally leery of going to repair shops for service as they normally pressure me for additional services, at no time did the Parkland Bucky's employees pressure me into any additional services, and the repair was affordable. I would definitely go back for other services if needed.

The dealer told me my Chevy trailblazer needed two catalytic converters for $1,000. Bucky's found out I only needed one and welded it in for $300 and some change.I found out that their weld wasn't complete which made my check engine light turn on. They had two techs come pick up my car and repair it, then drive it back for me for free. I feel like this was excellent service. If you get work done here, check the welds before you leave. I will return here though because of how eager they were to make sure I was taken care of when a problem arose.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a turn signal out...something that should have been no more than a $200 or less fix. Got a call saying my radiator/brakes and rotors were bad although I never had a check engine light or leaks on my garage floor. But said what the hell...it s tax season just fix it! $1,000 later...now my truck has heating/cooling issues since the return of my vehicle. Took it back twice and they wanna charge me another $1000 to fix that issue which wasn t present at the time of the original work. I m a disabled/unemployed veteran that doesn t feel like this shop is very competent or reputable. I will be going to Military Legal to see if we can stop this type of shady business from operating especially to unsuspecting service members and veterans like myself.
