I brought my 911SC, that sat for 20 years & had multiple issues, to Bristow's. They diagnosed & fixed everything we couldn't. The staff was super friendly & kept me informed. Good work isn't cheap, but they stayed in the ballpark of what I expected to pay. Thrilled to have my Schatzi back on the road. My classic car was towed to Bristow s completely seized up. It was freshly detailed at the time of its arrival and also when I pulled out of there. It was closely diagnosed as they made sure every step of the way that I wanted to proceed as the labor and parts started to add up. All the while, making sure I was satisfied. Also, in depth discussions as well as educational elements were always involved relating to my classic vehicle and the necessary of particular parts and fabrication work and custom work was always described in great detail and a lot of the times simplified so I could understand what needed to be done at that step or process. My BMW X5 was running really rough and misfiring. I had already had the spark plugs and ignition coils changed prior, but it was still not fixed. I took it to Bristow s Auto Repair and Kathy and the team were fantastic. The friendly service from start to finish was brilliant, they had the car running smoothly and had all the electrical issues fixed in a few hours.Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled auto repair garage, especially if you have a European car!

We recently had both our Mini Cooper and Lexus serviced at Bristows. They did our brakes, new battery and oil changes for us. Pete, the owner, and Kathy and the rest of the staff (and office puppy dog) were so great to work with. They did an amazing job getting us in and keeping us posted on how work was progressing. They are an amazing group of people, do fantastic work, and we would highly recommend them.

They did a Post Purchase Inspection and an oil change. They were friendly and helpful and explained their review for me. Pete Bristow is quite a guy! Then, as I was leaving, I found my tire was flat. They took it, repaired it right away, no extra fuss. I appreciate the service and will be back!

I had Pete and his team corner balance and align a new coil over suspension I installed on my BMW track car. Before work began we discussed goals and the positives and negatives of different settings. The friendly staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I will be back!

Top shelf service. I am very pleased with Bristow's work performed on my Alfa Romeo 164. Quality of customer service is excellent as was the mechanical repair. They were fast, efficient, clean, affordable and super nice to work with. I recommend them highly. I have never had better service with any vehicle we have owned. We gladly make the trip from Everett to have Pete's crew perform services in Tacoma. This was the first time I went outside a BMW dealership to get regular service for my car. I am wondering why I didn t do this sooner! Service was excellent and fair. I got what I need and nothing more. I ll be coming back for sure. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service was perfect. Very pleased.

I came to Bristow s Auto Repair looking for a specialized shop that will take care of my Audi. I am certainly happy with the service I received and the interactions I had with the staff. The pricing was fair, it was nothing I wasn t expecting. I ll definitely bring my car back in the future.

Bristow's gave me a professional experience from the start. They communicated throughout the entire process, giving updates quite frequently on the work that has been done and also asking for approval before proceeding with any extra work that may need to be carried out as well. Pete the owner is friendly and passionate and his staff follows suit. I cannot recommend their services enough; Bristow's will take care of you and Bristow's will get the job done right. Take your car to Bristow's.

As a retired Air Force ground support mechanic, loved working for Pete as a service advisor a few years ago, I learned so much! Although, I learned that I definitely needed more experience in the automotive world, I appreciated the opportunity to learn this in such a supportive environment.I DO bring my vehicle to Bristows for servicing and maintenance because I know and trust the mechanics. They ve always been patient with me and my questions, which is extremely important for the customer (and young co-worker!) to feel at ease.I greatly appreciate Pete and his badass knuckle-busters for the tough work that they do! The grind never stops in maintenance and I saw their hustle everyday. Mad respect for all mechanics! Mike, Emmanuel, Jeff, (and of course Pete!) are a WEALTH of knowledge and experience. And thank you to the newest service advisors who got me in for a battery drain issue the same day!There s so much to appreciate about the awesome team at Bristows!! Service: Electrical repair

Had to get my Jaguar checked out. It had been awhile and the engine light came on. The dealership can't and won't work on it because of its age (2005). I was referred to Bristow's and after talking with Scott, took it in. They put a scanner on it and gave it a complete "check up". There were two things that jumped out at me when I picked it up and drove away. I really think the dealership would have charged more for all the work that Bristow's did. It needed a lot and they did a lot. My car was driving like it was brand new. I couldn't believe it. I stepped on the gas and it almost got away from me. Everyone I met there was friendly and professional. Now I know where I can take my car when it needs work. Bonnie D

Great experience with Bristows servicing my 2017 GTI. Pete and Cathy took the time to get the diagnosis right and were able to get my cars issues addressed the same day as I dropped it off. I'll be a return customer as they know what they're doing, reasonable, and are great to work with.

I've taken my Jaguar xf to Bristow's since I bought it, and won't take it anywhere else. Prices are fair as well compared to places I've tried to go to before them. My E46 had a number of issues and the Bristow s team did a great job of fixing them. Many of the repairs included updates for performance at the same time. Most shops are not able to accommodate my needs in this area and Pete and his entire team excelled. We will be back soon for some more work.

I have been looking for a shop to service my SUV as dealerships are getting too much. By faith, I found this place! Cathy has been honest and very professional with all the communications that needs to be done. She has a caring attitude with the client's need. Amazing team! Late to the gate in posting this but I did not have a great experience here. I brought my car in because I had a rat that had chewed around a little bit in the engine compartment. They charged a lot for the diagnosis, $255, which they said was standard for a diagnosis but I've never been charged this much for it. They found a hose that needed replacing that cost around $150. After they replaced the hose they did another diagnosis which cost me another $255. So to diagnose and replace a $150 hose cost me over $700. I'm sorry but to me it seems like you opened the hood saw immediately that the hose needed replacing and that was $255? Then replace the hose and then do another $255 to do another diagnosis. I get that they needed to replace the hose before they could do a complete diagnosis but you shouldn't have charged me $255 just to open the hood for literally 2 seconds to see the hose and replace it. I will not be taking any of my vehicles there ever.

As always, Bristow's goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly. I recently purchased a used Lexus and had a couple items checked plus oil change.
