THIS Place deserves zero stars, Made an appointment to get new tires, they confirmed the appointment and that they had the proper size tires, an extremely common size tire at that. When I came in for my appointment they didn't have tires to fit my vehicle, I wasted over an hour drive, your customer service is a joke, I wasn't even given an apology! How you remain in business is beyond me. Your bad and should feel bad. You lost a customer and I will advise people to never patronize this business again!

I've been this place twice already. Always best service and discount for military personnel as well. Not that many tire shops or alignment shops do military discounts, but here we are, this is the shop and also works great on after market suspension as well. They know how to adjust and work on it. Brought my 17mustang gt and aligned perfectly. Also have 6mon or 1yr warranty as well. Best tire shop I've ever been.

I always come to good o tires which was good tires before in parkland. Got my first set of tires here and have always got great service no matter who was behind the counter or in the shop they always go above and beyond from getting new tires to fixing a flat..like today I went in for a flat because a big screw went though it... they not open Sundays so I thought I would go to an other well known name that was open they took one look and said they couldn't fix it.. so waiting till today just incase I had to use my. Warranty and nope they where able to fix it right then. And where also looking for a replacement inside just in case they couldn't. This is why I go here they will get u back on the road as fast as they can and if for some reason they can't that day they will do everything thay can as fast as they can for u. From ordering part online and have it shipped there to running to other location to get the part they you need. Thank you for today's team Chris, Billy, and Cameron you all rock.

The service here was excellent! Mohammed was very helpful and polite.I've been needing tires (and brakes) for a while but haven't been able to afford and nor able to apply for regular financing as we're in the middle of a home loan refi. They have 100 days same as cash plan which works perfect for me.When they got my tires off Mohammed called me out to the shop to see I needed brakes as well. I already had the brake pads at home but my husband kept procrastinating doing it. They said they could put them on for me for $100. Had my husband bring the pads down and had them install them. Also had an alignment down. My 2018 Santa Fe drives so quietly now and I'm not worried about my tires and brakes anymore.I highly recommend Best Tires!

I replaced all 4 tires with Big O on August 25th and the experience was great! But it wasn t until today when I had to get one of the tires patched that they proved to me just how well they take care of their customers in the long term. You guys have made the tire buying process so much easier and I was made to feel like my business was appreciated. I will continue to tell my friends and everybody about you guys.

Cameron and Mohammad are the best ! i was having an emergency situation and they were able to stay a bit late and got me right !! Some of the nicest dudes too , Definitely coming back !!

EDIT:Four tires and a spare, saved hundreds, In and out in 30 minutes!! -I came here because they were going to save me hundreds of dollars on 4 tires and a full-size spare. But then I got more than that. I got friendly service. Plus they got me in and out quickly so I can be on my way up to the mountains the next day. This will be my go to tire place. It s so refreshing to get good customer service these days.

Hands down best customer service ever by far! So I am moving to Massachusetts the 10 of September and I needed some new tires but no one had the tires in stock I wanted. I ended up ordering some online through a site called simple tire at the end of August. They had the tires in stock and when I ordered them they said they would be shipped in 1-2 business days and be at my house in 2-3 days. Well a week a half went by and they still hadn t shipped and I am now leaving for Massachusetts in a few days. I hadn t received my tires so I canceled the order and got my money back. I immediately went to best tire center and spoke with Brandy and told her my situation and what I was looking for as far as tires go, something semi aggressive. I told her I was also looking into getting some rims for my ride as well and I finally settled on some TSW Sebrings. Brandy was on it, she personally went down to Burien and got the tires for me well in the meantime the rims were being delivered to the shop. In a matter of a few hours after talking to her I had brand new rims and tires on my vehicle and was blown away by how much effort she put into helping me out! I understand it s part of her job to help out customers but she went above and beyond I feel to help me and make sure I got what I wanted. Much love to Brandy and Lopez and everyone at best tire center who helped me out and get me out of here on time. Great quick and professional service from the whole team but mainly Lopez and Nick got me back on the road in no time and they will offer to do an alignment check for you at no charge that just goes to show they are looking out for you and your car!

I made an appointment online for tires and alignment. When I got to the store the place was packed and no one was wearing a mask even though there is a sign on the door. The service person at the desk was overwhelmed and short-handed and short-tempered. The appointment was not in the system and the tires were not in stock. The service person showed me other tires that meet my needs and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I'm here now and it's much better. I think I am the only person here.

If you re thinking about coming here, I recommend you do without any hesitation. I brought my Mazda here which is on air suspension. I needed a new set of tires and a alignment. The workers here have great customer service and was quick and knowledgeable at what they do. They respected my car when servicing it, which by the way I really appreciate. I was in & out within 2 hours and the cost for everything was for beyond reasonable! To anyone looking for tire service or alignment, I recommend this place to any future customer!

Since the alignment work that your shop did on June 10, 2023, I have had problems with my Jeep. I want to point out that I was not having any alignment issues prior to my dropping my vehicle off. The only reason I was getting the alignment done was because I had my tires balanced and rotated at another shop and I was under the impression that alignment should always follow any tire work. I have since learned it to be untrue. Interestingly, after the work was done, Nick, your worker, stated that he had to do a lot of twisting, turning and banging to do the alignment. So, after picking my Jeep up from your shop right before closing, I then had actual alignment issues. My drive home was scary and upsetting. My steering was all over the place and my car was pulling and swaying, as if something very bad was wrong. Since the shop had closed upon my pickup, I had to wait to bring my car back in. I had an appointment schedule with your shop to have the sway bars installed the next day, so my plan was to address the problem at that time. When I came in the next day and expressed my concerns with my Jeep and its new problem, I was told that they would do another alignment after the sway bars were installed. I was told that the issues would resolve at that point. I was also informed that Nick had to do a google search to learn how to do my alignment. All of this is very concerning since I later discovered that there is zero twisting, turning and banging performed during an alignment. Needless to say, the issues did not resolve and I am still dealing with this very unsettling issue. Following my attempts to seek understanding on what exactly was done, via an alignment report, I realized that I was getting nowhere fast. I was told that the printer was down and so the report could not be obtained. I had reached out to your shop multiple times asking for a refund, as well as monitory compensation and an apology of some kind, and all to no avail. In addition to the shoddy work that was done, your worker slandered me to other customers, who were sitting in the lobby when I came back for the sway bars. I am assuming that this was because I voiced my concerns about the alignment issues that occurred the day before. It was highly offensive and extremely unprofessional. Customers were told, She doesn t take care of her car. This is untrue and outrageous! I have my vehicle routinely serviced for all scheduled and required maintenance and I am a safe driver. I drive around all day for my job and I pride myself in being a responsible car owner. This slanderous verbiage was in an attempt to deflect the issue at hand, which was that your shop messed up my Jeep. This day I wanted to talk to the manager and waited 2 hours for him. Not even 2 minutes after I left the manager returned to the store. Manager was Raph and I also spoke to Steven another employee that day. After realizing that your shop was not going to own the damage done to my vehicle during the alignment, I went to two other shops, whom I trust and who have done work for me in the past. Both of the mechanics who assessed the situation, indicated that there was damage done and that they had not seen the damage previous to my bringing my Jeep in for the alignment. Your shop is trying to blame the damage done by your worker, on my previous accident, over 7 months prior, where the repairs had long been completed and did not include damage to the underside of my Jeep. They also tried to blame the company that did the repairs on July12, 2023.The damage is new and occurred when their shop attempted to align my steering by doing a lot of twisting, turning and banging underneath my car.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had in a auto shop. I mean these guys are very knowledgeable and very well versed in there line of work as well as great prices on there rims and tires I bought from them. They are awsome and I would recommend them to my families and friends.

I called so many mechanics and Big O was the most affordable. Lopez was very professional and didn t try to sell me 1 million different things that I didn t need. They replaced my brake pads and got me back on the road super fast!

This location was closer than the other Big O Tires I have gone to in the past. They just got bought out by Big O Tires, but they are doing everything they can to help old customers as well as new. Have patience and they will work with you and get you back on the road as quick as they can. If you have purchased tires from another Big O Tires be sure to bring your receipt with you to prove this though due to how the system is now. This way you can get the lifetime free rotation and balance that comes with brand new tires.

A big thanks to Brandon and the guys at Best Tire Center in Spanaway. After getting a flat tire from a huge dent on the inside of one of my wheels, I was able to purchase four new tires, four new wheels and four new TPMS sensors at a reasonable cost. Best part, I was in and out in under an hour. Keep up the great work guys.

Brought my 2011 Cadillac Escalade for some new tires and wheels. The manager went above and beyond by providing me some outstanding information regarding offset/back spacing/ proper wheels and tires that are suited for my vehicle. Not only that they ordered and picked up my tires and wheels the same day but they did an outstanding service! I will definitely come back for my other vehicles whenever I need new tires.

A++++ I'm incredibly satisfied by product, price and staff. Had them mount Falken ZE950 A/S 225/50R16s for my BBS Style 5s. This recommendation by the staff was so on point. These tires have reduced body roll substantially and I'm able to feel so stable in rainy conditions. Thanks, gang.

I'm hoping this is just a breakdown in communication on their part, because my initial interactions with the team at the shop were incredibly positive and professional.That being said, I had my alignment done here, and within a week of the work being done my suspension was making noises that it never made prior to me taking it in. I was legitimately scared something was going to fall off my car while I was driving - that's how bad the noise was.I brought my car back to the shop within the warranty period so they could figure out what they did to make it so bad, and it has now been 10 days and I haven't heard a peep. I tried to call the shop, but no one answers, and because they don't have voicemail I can't leave a message.This is the only car that I have to get to work, which means I have been spending about $100 per day for the last 10 days to take an Uber/taxi. When I called the corporate customer service line, they said someone will get back to me...in 2 to 3 business days. There goes another $300 down the drain while I wait for their corporate "support" team to help me.Again, the guys in the shop were great when the service was just standard, but I can't recommend anyone risking the experience that I've gone through over these past few weeks.

I ve been using this tire shop for years and have bought multiple sets of tires from them. I had previously left a 5-star review. I went in to have my winter tires swapped today, which were already mounted and ready to go. They charged me $66 to make the switch. I ve never seen this before and I m pretty disappointed. If I had known, I certainly would have swapped them myself.
