Had a great experience today. I needed some windshield wipers and was having a hard time finding which sizes I needed. Keshawn helped me find the right ones and even installed them and showed me how so I can do it next time. It was so fast and easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Employee extremely helpfu, friendly, and very throughout. Aggie made sure to check for what I needed and helped with installation with car parts and double checked to make sure everything installed properly. Outstanding service!

Needed assistance finding a specific item. Even though the product was in stock, it hadn't been placed on the shelves yet, leaving its designated spot empty. Several staff members were visible, seemingly unoccupied and chatting amongst themselves, while numerous shelves remained poorly stocked. This lack of attentiveness to inventory management significantly impacted my shopping experience.

2-16-24 open 12 min late and never had the product that said it had available online. A waste of time. When lady open the door, there was no greeting and no apology. I ask what time they open and she said 730a. I look at my watch and it was 742am.Also the item I was looking for was not there even tho online said it was available. AA is close to my house but I'm gonna go to oreilys which is about a 1/4 down the road. They always open on time and happy to help you. So went down there after and found the item for a $1 cheaper. Use to go there before AA opened up shop.

Store #4108 took care of my battery needs and even installed the battery for me with only 2 people staffed. Manager Megan and Daniel who installed it were incredibly helpful and gained my business. The store on 56th/ South Tacoma way sent me away after Miss reading the cold cranking amps and depth of my battery, and they had three people staffed plus a manager. Not very helpful especially somebody who just purchased the battery.

It was pouring rain today, and I needed to replace a windshield wiper. However, I had no idea how to attach it. Thank you so much to the employee who kindly who came out with me to my car, in the rain (getting her long hair wet!) to help me, so that I could drive an hour home safely. You're an angel.

Well thus store was good up till I just went to try and return an item that I didn't need and the manager guy from what he said almost wouldn't even help me with looking up my info to return this item since I bought it with my card and not cash, but the manager was like I still Need a receipt, so I took out my phone looked at my card statements looked up the purchase because the gut apparently couldn't just look me up by phone# or name. Anyways I found the purchase and everything from there was gravy. The guy who sold me this item was actually really nice guy who reminded me that if this product didn't work for me that I could just bring it back with out a receipt even since transaction was done mostly through comp. So in the end all was good. Don't get me started with the parking though. The people doing the parking,ugh.... lol...

Been here a few times and have gotten help for what I needed. Workers help without treating female customers badly which is a big reason why I go back to this autozone. Really appreciated the help of Megan!

It's convenient but you pay greatly for it. Prices keep rising rapidly. As is usual, they hire people without much automotive skills or they are not trained in auto knowledge.

Samuel helped me a lot and replaced my light bulb and windshield wiper gave me some tips on how to clean the headlights. Here is a before and after photo after I actually used his advice on how to clean it

The sales clerk was upbeat and professional. As a woman I will say It was nice to walk in, ask for the part I needed and not be asked "you sure that's the part you need? What's the problem? Here let me look it up just to make sure?" Yes women know how to work on cars.So, Thank You, for seeing me as a costumer not a dumb female.

I was going to be driving the pass, and was a bit scared. Terry helped me find the best chains and gave me tips. I ended up needing to return them as I didn't use them. David was a huge help returning them, he is so kind and professional. Both Terry and David were helpful, patient and kind. I will definitely go back to this store!

My battery light and check engine light both came on in quick succession, and thankfully I remembered that Autozone will run their computer to diagnose issues free of charge. I arrived and did not have long to wait before the very professional and kind employee Rafa came out to help me. It turned out that my battery had gone bad after 2 years, but there was a 3 year warranty so they replaced it with a new one free of charge. My check engine light indicated the catalytic converter was having trouble. I was concerned, as I'd heard that could be a very expensive fix. Rafa took the time to explain my options and recommend a more affordable, universal style catalytic converter replacement that would work better for my budget. Then he even went so far as to recommend a local muffler shop that he trusted, and gave me their contact info. In a matter of minutes my battery issue was resolved and I knew my next steps for my other necessary repair. This could have been quite stressful, but he helped to make it easy. Thank you!

My sister and I came in late at night because her headlight went out and we had a long drive early the next morning, so we wanted to get it taken care of. It was dark, rainy, and cold, and we weren't sure they'd be able to help. We went in and asked and an employee named Daveed was inviting and enthusiastic, and his service was absolutely amazing. He helped us get the right part, and changed the light for us in just a few minutes and we went on our way. It was the best customer service we'd experienced in a while; we shared this with him and he simply said he loved his job and helping others. Overall an AMAZING experience thanks to Daveed, I hope his management knows what a star they have working there! I will recommend this location to everyone!

David and Rafael went out of their way to help me with a difficult return of a bad part, and were very understanding. They saved me a lot of headache and took care of everything so I could move forward and get the parts I needed.

I came for an oxygen sensor and penetrating oil, both of which were in stock which is always pleasant. The employee was incredibly friendly and made sure that I even had the right specialty tools for the job before I left. I also appreciated their steering wheel and seat cover selection while I was wandering around.

Awesome service and staff. Battery died at the doctors office. Nice man helped me jump start it . Called 3 different stores to get the battery replaced. This Auto Zone on 38th was the only one to say they would help me. I was frazzled (I am older and this was a first experience for me). They helped me by installing it, and went so far as to do a free diagnostic system check too. I highly recommend this Auto Zone if you need help. Thank you!!!The staff was really awesome and caring about me and my problem.

The only Auto parts store that I am a rewards member. They have a comprehensive supply of parts and Auto accessories. If they are out of stock they can unsally locate the part at another store or order it. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional. They offer a range of free services as well.

Had a really nice young man change my battery on my yukon xl, he when above and beyond because theres a bar that covers the battery and a tie down. I went somewhere else and they weren't willing to change my battery. He didn't even want the tip. I wish I got his name but I forgot too! Thanks for caring about your job and the customers!

I came here often because they re close to my home. but I was very disappointed for the dishonesty of one of their agent! I brought my battery to be charge. and see if the battery was good. he gave me a ticket said come back one hour later. when I got back, he said my battery will not hold charge. I need to buy a new battery! I asked him if he was sure? he said he s positive! I said That s OK let me think about it. I took it to another shop, another brand store, I did the same thing. they put the battery on charge. hour later the battery was fully charged!!! for me it look like he just wanted me to buy a new battery. I really didn t need one!. It is very disappointing selling tactic!!! to lore people to buy things that they really don t need. Always have a second opinion!

They seemed to busy to help customers. The man at the counter did his best but I saw 2 other employees wandering aound in the parts and not coming out to assist. The line was backing up and other customers were hunting for what they needed the best they could. I had looked my part up online before entering the store so found it easy enough and just had to wait in line for a while.

I went in at a very busy time and the employees were outnumbered way more costumers than expected and the Two employees did a outstanding job taking care of everyone and in a timely manner got people what they needed and if they didn't have the items they had the information on where to go to get it "Ross" was professional and quick. I didn't catch the name of the other employee but she held her ground aswell. I recommend this store it's one of my first choice before any other. Ps the store didn't carry what I needed but Ross told me where I would find it and I did. Thank you.

I really like the great information and excellent customer service I received from Mia the other day. She guided me to a few other thing's I needed for my vehicle that were within my budget. Problem solver. Great hire Keep up the great customer service.Sincerely a repeat happy customer...

It's always nice not being treated like I don't know anything lol. Happens almost anywhere trying to buy things for my cat. But they were helpful without being condescending
