Hana B. Was so helpful and amazing, she went above and beyond for me and found a air intake hose I desperately needed. At first she said it wasn't available, but she looked past Z net searched it up on the website and found that there was one in the store. Her and the other employees looked around the back of the shop and found it. She got me the spark plugs i needed and the best ones at that, she was very knowledgeable of everything I asked, she helped me find the tool i needed, i had no idea what to look for. (My husband sent me in with a list) I am very grateful for her service in store and also in the military. This wonderful woman definitely deserves a raise or at least a full time position!

I would like the opportunity to say that Hana is the hardest worker for this location because I have been to this location several times. She is very knowledgeable and smart about the facts on lots of vehicles. She is the only person that I would go to because she doesn't ignore the issues and tries to resolve them in autozone rules. Hana is a very great employee and deserves a raise for everything that she handles with proper care for customers. I have seen Hana when the store is very busy, and she has very professional experience with getting everything done.

Went to auto zone today to change my battery. I was helped by Hana and managed to get my new battery on warranty, and she showed me how to change my battery. Even though the plugs didn't reach the terminals, she found a way to get them to reach. I'm very appreciative of her patience and taking the time to help me .

DAVE IS THE BEST !!! He s helped me a few times before, but EVERY time he provides excellent customer service and is very helpful! I Would definitely recommend this location.Give that man a raise

I had a great customer experience here. The staff was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. Parking here is a little cramped, but manageable. They exchanged my battery for a new one, honoring the warranty. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

This must be a Federal way thing to not give recipients and not very happy to exchange returns both time no receipt and the second did not get the phone number to be able to return with the app. so I am stuck with the purchase. Not a big deal with brake fluid but just so different than the high dessert store.

Hana was fantastic and made my life a whole lot easier! She helped me find the right size windshield wipers, changed my key fob battery for me and set me up with a good deal! 10/10 service and she was super sweet!

Jesse and Amanda were very helpful at this location. They did their best to change my the headlight on my 2013 Subaru. Unfortunately, the wire was bent, so I'll take my car to the mechanic. I did appreciate them trying different strategies to access the headlight.

Life savers! Dave the night manager was amazing. Both my headlights went out just as the sun was setting on a Friday night and I had a 75 mile drive to make it home. Stopped into the 6th Ave AutoZone just in time. Dave helped me find the right lights and installed them for me. Thanks so much!

The Backbone of Working America - Went into Auto-zone shortly after being advised I needed a new battery from my VW Golf. Went I went in this gentleman (I believe his name was David) was professional, recommended a battery and even fitted it for me. Was extremely pleasant, time efficient and talked me how to change the battery. This fella deserves a raise. From what I understood he was working here as a second job! Salt of the earth! Thank you.

Dave was super helpful! He was kind and informative. He offered himself to install the windshield wipers for us even though it was in the rain. He was very patient in teaching us how to do it as well. Definitely recommend the guy and the store! They are good at their job but also have fun doing so.

I've been here twice in the last 6 weeks best customer service I've had with any auto store greeted and offered assistance directly in the door super helpful Amanda who I think is a manager there is fantastic to deal with couldn't ask for anyone better and Kendrick is seems to always be happy to help I'd be willing to drive out of my way to this location just based on their kindness alone

Scanned things. Reset code. Tossed Holy water on the car. Replace oil pressure sensor. Llike Magic, the check engine light is off. Now to fix the Short between the driver seat and the steering wheel. (I'll see myself out).

Kendrick W. went above and beyond to assist with buying my new battery and then installing. He stayed past his shift - and we even had to return/purchase a new one to fit properly in my vehicle.I really appreciate the extra attention and the positive attitude. I know there is short staffing all over and Kendrick was so helpful and patient.Much appreciated! 5 stars!

I had an incredible experience here! I went to get my battery checked and found that it was dead, like dead, dead. The woman helping me was so helpful and even drove the same car as me! My battery was under warranty and the process was so smooth. She took care of everything so all I had to do was sign my name and get a brand new battery installed! I love this location and appreciate their customer service!!

This is our neighborhood autoparts store. Always helpful service. Shout out especially to Jack for his help running back and forth to my vehicle multiple times with the engine code scanner and for helping us find the parts we need. Very easy for returns if you accidentally buy the wrong part and a solid warranty for failed parts. David has been a great help, too. Good team at this store!

I went in to get wiper fluid and wiper blades. I was helped by Amanda, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind and patient with me even when I had no idea what I was doing. In addition, she knew exactly how to help me and clearly had a lot of knowledge about her work. I appreciate all the help, and it was an overall great experience.

David and John were absolutely amazing. From helping me pick a battery, to actually putting it in for me. I live about 45 minutes from this location, but they make me want to drive all that way next time I need something.
