"I had the pleasure of encountering Emmanuel while visiting AutoZone. He not only assisted me in locating the tail brake lights for my car but also installed them for me. Thank you so much for all your help today. Everyone here at the 56th and South Tacoma Way location were super nice and helpful. They made sure I was able to get back on the road safely. 5/5 stars! Mani at Auto Zone (March 14th) is a gem! My daughter and I visited to get the codes ran on her Jeep, and Mani went above and beyond to assist us. Immanuel Johnson was very helpful. He helped me find the right alternator and showed me how to test my fuses to find my wiring issue. Highly recommend stopping by to see him for any auto issues or concerns.

*This review is to make up for the one I wish I would have written for the times I have been in the store*The management staff I have interacted with at the store at great. I have had the most interaction with Jason, and this review is mostly for him (again the staff is great). Jason takes care of his customers with pride and tirelessly exhausts his resources creatively to serve the customer until satisfaction. I have had multiple interactions with Jason and not a single one has left me felt negatively about my experience in this store. Everytime I enter this location when Jason is here, I feel a positive atmosphere, and forget that I am annoyed that I have to make yet another trip for a part I forgot for my DIY projects. Jason goes out of his way to help every customer, in person or on phone, and it makes me want to come back. I feel as if Jason has poised himself to be a strong asset to AutoZone team, and sets the example for how every customer representative can serve their customers. Hiring this guy was a stellar move.Jr

Really rude customer service. I m an ex assistant store manager so I know how the computer system works and the female manager here straight lied to me about how they look things up either because she didn t know how or because she was too lazy to do it. I feel like they need some more training here.

Welcomed me from the parking lot while helping another customer. Followed me in and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was on my way in minutes. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Excellent treatment of females

Been an AZ customer for years, but that may change. Was told originally, they don't price match at all, possibly a new employee. Then a parts sales manager tried to help, showed them the price from O'Reilly's ( I prefer AZ parts), manager asked if O'Reilly's is their competitor......Was then told I would have to have the item information printed out to show that it's not an online only sale or item.....which the website clearly stated that it wasn't.

Got what I needed in a round about way thanks to the employee that helped me. Would have been 5 stars but a couple other employees behind the counter weren't being very professional and should have taken their conversation elsewhere. It was a small misunderstanding that could have been handled in a more professional manner.

We came in on 01-13-2023, and a young lady named Melissa helped us with our car. She was amazing and found the problem. We went home and it happened again, came back and she replaced the fuse again. And she suggested buying a different charger to see if it would stop blowing the fuse and it worked she is amazing thank you so much Melissa for helping us out.Tina wells.

Sure miss 24 hours but it was too off the hook and got ruined. Staff always helpful and keep pace with busy location only store I go to unless necessary to go elsewhere

I came in yesterday with an order placed for pickup, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and they let me know they d be with me shortly, they were so much quicker than I was anticipating which was perfect. The entire crew seems like they get along well which is rare in a workplace, every person who talked to me was super kind and helpful. The assistant manager is great, the sales associates are great, this is genuinely the best Autozone I ve been to from Auburn to Tacoma. They were quick, efficient, helpful, kind, honest and didn t make me feel like a dumb girl in a car parts store. I think this is the only store I ll be shopping at from here on out! It s worth the drive from Auburn to get better service.
