Have been enjoying wireless Apple CarPlay in my 2000 BMW thanks to a Dynavin D8 upgrade expertly installed by Autobahn Specialists. It integrated with my steering wheel controls and factory DSP amp, so now I have all the the features I have been missing in a unit that closely resembles the factory head unit. Super duper happy with this.The installation did not go perfectly and that's why I am giving them a fifth star for excellence -- when they ran into trouble, they worked really hard to figure it out and ultimately solve the problem (not their fault - it was a corroded pin in one of the legacy wiring connectors) to get me on the road in style. They had good communication and their attention to details was top notch. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Recent move from FL to WA. My 2014 Audi Q5 Quattro needed to find a new doctor. I am a fanatic about my Audi's health and care. I am happy to say I found Autobahn Specialists who love Audi's like I do. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and almost 2 times less than going to a dealer for less exact work. These folks do it all right and really seem to care! Thank you Andy Correia and Crew! I look forward to future service calls. :)Cheers

These guys were very professional they took in my 2004 Volkswagen Passat, They fixed a major coolant leak and informed to me that my water pump had also gone bad and that was going to costs an extra $1400 whichi was unable to do at that time, They were very open and honest about the pricing when I went into pay for the repairs that had been done. It was the exact price that he gave me over the phone. He informed that the car still leaked coolant but he Did it fix My check engine light problem. Although very pricey they do fantastic work in extremely honest and I and walked out without being disappointed about the service I had ricived.

Andy is amazing! He is knowledgeable and honest. His prices are much lower than the Audi dealership. If he doesn't know the answer, he will find it and call you right back. Shop prices are reasonable, and work is done right.

Jeff, Andy and the gang took care of my Audi S4 and SQ5. Both needed major maintenance with the 3.0Ts and now the cars are back at home with healthy hearts. The shop was knowledgeable, professional and was able to handle the job in a good timeframe. They were great to work with so I sent my dad with his Benz GLS to them and he was happy with his service as well. Thanks guys!

Andy took care of me and my family as we were leaking coolant on our Audi Q5 TDI. Our alternator went out as well. The team kept us updated on the status and they were very knowledgeable on the vehicle. They even let me drop of Amsoil for an oil change. Will definitely come back for all my Euro car needs.

You definitely get what you paid for from them, they're really knowledgeable, and it seems like they get the work done properly. They found some severe engine issues with my car and advised me against proceeding with the upgrades and get a new engine instead. Will definitely bring my car back to them when all that's done and for future repairs.

No need to drive to Seattle to get your Audi serviced. Never go to the Audi dealership in Fife. My son needed some work done on a used Audi he recently purchased. Well not only did they get that car running like it clearly had not been in a very long while, they were honest. I was so impressed with this place I immediately reached out to two family members that have European cars to make sure the support this business. The secret is out.

These guys are amazing and have taken excellent care of my Cayman S and my Macan S. Wayyyyy better experiences here than at the official Porsche Tacoma service center. If you need to have your Porsche/Audi/VW taken care of in the Puget Sound area there s nowhere I d more highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this business! Andy and Jeff were very professional. I had to tow my bmw 335D to their shop and they were very thorough and honest about the repair job. It was a very complicated problem but they communicated with me the whole time and didn't even charge for some parts of their service. You can trust your car is in the right hands with this shop!Services: Electrical, Engine repair

Love this place. Took my "old" (2012, 90k miles) Audi in for check engine light. Very knowledgeable, gave me all the into they found, answered all my questions, called before doing any work. They made some recommendations which were all reasonable. I passed on one of these for next time and there wasn't any pressure. Done same day.

I had a wonderful experience here. 2013 BMW x5 needed all new control arms. Jeff got the job done in just a day. Came in at the price that was expected. Friendly and great customer service. Very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I highly recommend.

I had to have some repairs and maintenance done this week for my BMW of course at Autobahn Specialist. The only place I trust with my car. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I can always expect accuracy and precision and quality service every time. Definitely I highly recommend Autobahn Specialists!

These guys first and foremost are just great guys. Secondly, they are German Auto enthusiasts. Finally, they are great mechanics.They are exactly who you want working on your car. They will perform a thorough inspection of your vehicle before doing any mod. You must begin with a sound vehicle, and they will make your vehicle sound before discussing any type of modification, whether the suspension, motor or computer tune. You can trust them to do the right thing for you first. Tschuss!

When I first contacted Autobahn I was happily surprised to have someone who listened to what I wanted to have done with my 2015 FIAT500C, and was told that could be done! The FIAT was taken in two days later and back in two days with everything I needed to have done accomplished! On-time and honest. My BMW required some repairs just before a busy holiday week and a road trip. I called Jeff as I was sitting at BMW Northwest mulling whether or not to pay the premium for dealership repairs. He answered my questions and said he had an opening that morning so I headed over to his shop. Once there he accommodated more questions and guaranteed he would have it back to me the day before I needed it. I picked it up on time and WELL under what the dealership was going to charge. So far, so good.

This place is a ripoff. Took my care there and was charged $4,500.00 and car still had same problem. Still didn t repair my car. Stay away from Autobahn Specialist

Andy and Jeff were very thorough when replacing the heater core on my 04 Jetta. Found a couple of other problems along the way (to be expected with an old high mileage VW) and were very honest and helpful with solutions. I also had them do a stage 1 Apr tune while they had it. My car runs and drives amazing now. Great place to get a VW repaired, serviced, or tuned!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

Not sure why a tune up was quoted at $1700 plus tax. The owner was nice but just seemed like he saw a Mercedes owner and immediately went to over 2k out the door. Just make sure to get a second opinion is all I'm suggesting. Even figuring out their labor and a generous amount for plugs, coils, and wires it was nowhere near $1700.

My 2014 Audi A4 had never had any issues until recently when the CEL came on and was throwing a code for the High Pressure Fuel Pump. I brought it in to be serviced for the first time outside of the dealership or doing my own work on it. It was expensive (probably doesn t need to be said since it s European), but they ended up replacing the HPFP. Fast forward about a week and the CEL comes on again, but by the time I bring it back in, the CEL has turned off and they can t replicate it. Fast forward a few more weeks and the CEL comes on again so I go in again. They order another HPFP and a sensor as this may have also been an issue. They tell me there is a possibility of another issue, unrelated, that could have to be fixed IF they have to remove the intake manifold while completing the work and it would be costly. I finally bring it in again and they called me to tell me once it was finished... the replaced the HPFP under warranty AND went above and beyond by purchasing a tool to avoiding removing my intake manifold AND they scoped into the intake manifold to ensure it didn t have the issue they were concerned might be lurking. All of these visits, all of this time, they charged me only for the initial appointment. They were determined to find the issue and get it fixed! Thanks, Autobahn!

After calling 4 other shops and telling me they were booked up until November.. Andy answered the phone pretty quick and was able to gdt me in same day. I had my hpfp go out midway to Seattle along eith my spark plugs, coil packs, and a relay went bad. They were able to source me the parts and get it all done same day and in the time I needed which wasn't much time to begin with. Roddy was one of the techs that helped work on my car and he dis an amazing job. I was in a huge hurry to get my car to the shipping yard and they helped me when nobody else would. Thankyou guys so much for all yhe hard work. I HIGHLY recommend Autobahn Specialists. Good people great service. Fairly priced

Between part replacement and upgrades, they have never done subpar work. My car is always done on time and parts are sourced that fit my budget. Many other shops around tacoma have did work on my car, and I always have to go back to Jeff and Roddy to fix those mistakes. If you need dependable high quality work at a really good price then stop here

When Safelite cancelled the appointment the same day they were scheduled to replace the door glass that was smashed when my car was vandalized in downtown Tacoma, I called Autobahn Specialists basically in desperation.On a Friday.Jeff ordered the glass the same day and was kind enough to park the car in his garage and give me a ride home. I park my car outside so that was huge for me.I knew that the starter was on its way out but wasn't planning to get it fixed right then, but Jeff made it easy for me to say yes and he replaced the starter while he had the car, and also worked with me til I paid off the bill about 2 weeks later.Never had that happen before with someone who didn't know me and I don't know them, but I appreciate him working with me like he has. Now I understand why the place was referred to me pretty highly & Jeff's my official mechanic dude !

A friend had a Saab that needed some repair work. He called Autobahn Specialists and they said bring it on down and we will take care of it. He had already gotten a list of codes from a code reader, and he took that list with him. They didn't care about the list he had... they wanted to hook it up to their machine at a cost of $130 an hour. He agreed reluctantly. When they were done... their list of codes was identical to his and THEN they told him that they do not work on Saab's. Of course he was then charged $140 because it was a little over an hour and turn around and limp his car the 20 some miles home! Waste of his time and money that shouldn't have happened if they had been honest in the beginning and told him upfront, when he originally asked, that they do not work on his make of car!

We've had our Land Rover serviced here twice and have had a great experience. These cars are finicky and sometimes difficult to work on, and its good to know that we're in good hands. Its worth the drive.
