These people were phenomenal! Had my truck towed to their shop due to a serious road breakdown. Pulled the truck into the shop within the first hour after arrival (FAST!) Service writer (Eddie) was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and helpful! The mechanics allowed me to hang around and look on as they worked. (Something seriously important to me) Since it was Friday, they warned they may have to finish Saturday morning. The Mechanics saw this as a challenge and proclaimed they were going to finish Friday night. They stayed and worked non-stop LATE into the night, but they held to their word and had me rolling out of their shop at Midnight! As is the case with most repair shops, parking was at a premium, however, they allowed me to park until Sunday when I needed to leave. I'd strongly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone in need of truck repair. They listen carefully and address any task head on. I can't say enough good words about this shop. They will be THE "go-to" repair shop for any and all of my future requirements in the Tacoma WA area!

Professional and courteous mechanics and office staff. They know their job well, especially if you have volvo truck they are really good at diagnosing issues, which otherwise you get diagnosed at other mechanics shops.

Best shop in town we've been using them for the last 10 years.
