Incredible Staff! Wednesday 1:30 PM 3/20/24 I believe his name was Barney. He was so kind and helpful, had us laughing. His Coworker was also very cheerful and good attitude, (she was the bilingual woman with long hair). Both prompt to assist guests and knowledgeable. Was a fun experience even though I hate going to the auto parts store with my husband. (:

As usual, great service. Special kudos to Barney for his help. He has to be one of the most patient counter persons that I know. I have been a little under the weather and not thinking too clearly. He got me headed in the right direction and loaned me a few tools so that I could replace the thermostat in my wife's Honda right there in the parking lot. This guy is an asset to Advance Auto Parts/Car Quest! Sometimes I'll shop here even if they're not the cheapest just because of the service. The store is clean, well organized and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't take my word for it, experience it yourself!

EDIT: though my original post remains true I have to go from 5 stars to 2. As it turns out the brake pads I bought were not only NOT for the front end of my vehicle, they didn't even fit the same model vehicle that I own. The friendsly silver haired man that helped me that day, although making the experience pleasent; was not as knowlageable as I had assumed. Living in poverty, I can't afford to buy anything that is useless to me. in the time it took for me to realize the error, my recipt was long gone and the packaging of the pads destroyed. Making a refund or exchange impossible. I'd love give this location the 5 stars that my psyical experience there deserves but as it were the $ is what's important to me, and I'm assuming every other customer that walks through the doors of any business as well.Advance auto parts has not returned my mailings asking what I can do about making it right, so the 2 stars for the corporation as a whole is generous.Friendly service by kind employees. Good selection at fantastic prices.

They had the parts I needed and they were very personable and patient with my many questions. A little more speedy then some of the competitors but at least they got it right the 1st time. Wich is more then I can say about the other parts store nearby. I won't use their name but I could say O'Schucks it only took 3 times to get the part I asked for the 1st time.

Barney has been extremely helpful over the phone and in person at this auto parts store. I was able to get an antenna and some trees that smell like a new car for my new car. Also a locking gas cap was a good find too. If you are gonna pay out the ears for gas you might as well lock it up. Thanks for the super service Advance Auto Parts!

Awesome staff and great parts. I've been a regular customer of autozone and oreillys forever. But after the false information and parts that don't seem to fit, I'm definitely going to these guys now. Knowledgeable, and they remember their customers. Went above and beyond to help me get the right part. Seems they have more options to choose from than the average auto parts store. Would definitely recommend. Establishment was very clean and well lit.

It could've been better..I was going to Tacoma from Seattle and my alternator went out so I was stuck on the side of the freeway, so I ended up walking 5mi (one way) to advance auto, when I arrived the Associates were so slow walking around like I wasn't standing there waiting for assistance at the counter. When someone finally helped me he tells me they don't have a alternator for my car and he just began telling me about that they have one in lakewood..I said "I called down here before I came and the lady said she had one, then he says "oh wait"went around the corner and came back with my alternator and says she took it out of the system, mind you he and her were the only 2 employee in the store and she was standing near us and never said a word about taking it out of the system or chimed in when she heard me asking about the alternator. Please work on your customer service and act like the customer might want to be in and out. Thx

Military / veteran discount offered. Employees are friendly and courteous. Clerk looked up part number for an item I needed for my truck and I bought the part. Tried to install it and found that it was the wrong part. Took it back and exchanged it for the correct part. Simple mistake I guess, he probably fat fingered the year of the truck or something when keying it in.It's a part store, nothing really stands out - nothing really bad about it either.

Gave it a 3 because I didn't stay to purchase all I needed had an unruly granbaby with me but prices seemed around average to most auto stores. Listening to staff behind the counter (4) while waiting seemed helpful with questions and also knowledgeable unlike some chain stores. Quite a bit smaller in size verses the major part stores but inventori seems to carry moat of what is needed. I would go back again.

I went there today looking for a car part. They guy who attended me was very nice and even helped me get the broken part out of my car and checked my engine oil for me. He was very helpful and provided top quality customer service. I will definitely be there the next time I need to service my vehicle.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! The guy couldn't be bothered to help out or provide any assistance. Instead of assisting me with getting the correct light bulbs he would rather tell me to go spend money at a dealership. Thank goodness for auto zone and O'Reilly is!!!!

Shout out to Emad! What a nice guy! I called in to find front brake parts. Almost everything was in stock and he offered to go out of his way to get me the parts that are not in stock. This is customer service! And as a first time shopper with Advance Auto Parts I m impressed!

Pretty much the best chain auto parts store in the area, with a newer store at this location and in Lakewood. Used to be Carquest until they were bought out. Good prices on items and fairly good knowledge on parts as opposed to some of the other chains in the area.

I've always gone to the old Carquest for my car parts. I'm loving the new location they got from merging with Advance! They have the same great crew and there store is clean with shiny newness. I can even grab a bag on my favorite Bugles at the checkout, yum!

Reasonable selection of products, but not great. It's likely that you'll find something close to what you need, but probably not exactly what you're looking for. When I went there was one guy working the counter and a bit of a line of people waiting for either parts or to check out. It's ok in a pinch, but if it isn't an emergency you can probably find a better option.

. Never use advanced auto parts. They Sold me 3 bad fuel pumps. When I picked up the 3rd one the guy told me that they would not refund or exchange it again and that there is something else wrong with my van so I went back so I went back and and returned it for the third time and told him to give me my money back I'm going to go somewhere else I went down to O'Reilly's but one pump and my van is running I'm going to call corporate and inform them that they cost me an extra $400 for selling me bad pumps and making me believe it was something else and on top of that 3 weeks of stress please never shop at Advance Auto Parts
