Extremely professional and highly transparent. I haven t met a mechanic yet to explain in great detail the problem with my vehicle. He went so far to allow me to watch him do the work, explain each step, and how things work together. 9 Blue Samurai is a mechanic of exceptional integrity and I would and am going to recommend him to others looking for a highly skill, honest, and affordable mechanic.

I was referred to him from Autozone. Very respectable and soft spoken! Explained everything in great detail about what he was doing and gave great options that would work best for me and my price point. He was very thorough and professional. I reached out to him and he responded immediately and was able to take a look at my car early the following day. He communicated with me and updated me through the entire job. Would definitely recommend and will be reaching about again if I need any more work in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very prompt, detailed extremely knowledgeable he has fair prices and he will work with you. He fixed my radiator in less than an hour, very honorable man I recommend all to go to him if u want it done right at a fair rate. A1 service A1 person.. replaced my radiator I. Word of mouth. That's how I heard about him. Autozone staff member recommended him. He replaced half my spark plugs, their wires, and the ignition coil, as we tried to figure out why the car was misfiring. $200, work in my driveway. He asked for a review then, but I wanted to see how things went. I'm glad I did.At first all seemed well, but after about the first five minutes on the freeway, the engine light warning about the misfire came back. I'll admit, at this point I put it off, but after a month the car started having trouble starting, and the internet implied that a misfire could be related.Last weekend, he did compression tests dry & wet, $100, and looked around but couldn't solve it. Sent me back to Autozone for a battery test. Battery, alternator, & starter all came back good. Started suggesting I sell it.Then this weekend the it all came to a head. After driving, the car didn't restart. He told me to test the battery again. I managed to get the car to restart the next day, drove it to Autozone, to do the test. Battery was fine, but car refused to start. He told me to get a second opinion. Two more managers mentioned how good he is during this time.However, he also stopped responding to any of my texts. I gave him half a day with no further texts and one the next morning. Still no response. I'm now of the opinion I've been blocked. We'll see after this review.Then the second manager spotted smoke coming from the wire lead to the starter when the car was attempting to start. Now, between the tow to my regular mechanic, and a new starter + labor I get to pay an additional $600+ because he hooked things back up wrong.Three recommendations, five stars on Googles with 25 reviews.#26 isn't so pretty.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First off, only guy we could get a hold of on a Sunday, and recommended by auto zone. Second, he answered the phone quickly, and told me he d be where I needed him in 45 minutes (arrived much earlier which was appreciated). He got right to work, fixing a radiator hose leak which left me stranded, was done in no time, and charged me a fair price. I would highly recommend, you re doing yourself a disservice if you call another mechanic.

This gentleman is the best mechanic I have ever had the distinct pleasure of working with. Truthful, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped me with 2 problems, and the price was very reasonable. The service by LaSard aka 9 Blue Samaurai was top notch on a scale from 1 to 10 the service was +++20 and ten stars **********rating. From the vehicle inspection to the actual work LaSard took the time to explain in detail what was the issues with my vehicle and what he was going to do to correct it. This man is a true Professional. And he made me feel like as his customer he was training me about my car. I wish I could give him 10 stars. He is definitely the definition of customer first. On time, communicative, knowledgeable and most important HONEST. No lies, really cares about the client, extremely fair pricing. Got my job done super fast while showing me what he was doing. Felt like a close friend or family member was doing this job for me. Very professional, excellent work, great prices saved me thousands of dollars on my breaks and rotors when multiple mechanic shops were trying to get thousands out of me. I d recommend going to him if you need anything fixed he goes above and beyond with repairs even doing stuff that most mechanics won t do.
