I took my car here to buy new tires, and the service was not great, but not bad either. The technician with whom I spoke appeared to be knowledgeable about his job and described to me in detail what would be needed. The service to change the tires took a long time, as most auto services usually take at this place on the count of being busy. The work itself was good. Due to my incredibly bad luck of getting a flat tire on the way home from this service, I went the following day to have the tire repaired, and they did it almost right away. The prices for the tires were quite reasonable considering the quality, and the warranty was not bad either.

They messed up my tire because of over torqued lug nuts

I took my car to get the tires changed and I picked it up with one tire censor not working. I went back in and told them about that one censor that was not working so they took my car back into the shop to see what was going on. Then when they pulled it back out to give it to me they gave it back to me with all of my tire censors not working. When I complained about it they say said it was probably because my censors needed to be replaced and they couldn t fix it until we bought new ones. Before I took my car in all my censors were working! I was very upset! I took it into Tire Factory and they reprogrammed my censors within 10 minutes without having to buy new ones. Never taking my car back to Walmart auto again! They tried ripping me off by having my buy a whole new set of censors. It s was ridiculous

After an hr 1/2 of waiting I get a call asking me to return the center the guy tells me ALL OF THE LUGNUTS ON EACH TIRE ARE STRIPPED & I NEED new one's. Weird since no tired had been changed at all since having the car. I go sit down the man comes back tells me the appt had to be canceled that I can take my car to Les Schwab ask them to losen the lugnuts replace each with new ones then go back. As the man is telling me this it's snowing I tell him thank you for allowing me to drive in this dangerous weather condition. I go to checkout he calls again asking HOW TO START THE CAR. I then realized as I was leaving it was 6:30pm he'd walked to his vehicle before I even buckled my seat belt he just wanted to go home early. Please do better Walmart are your customers not worth anything? Literally letting a mother with her daughter leave without even trying to change a tire? I DO NOT RECOMMEND WALMART TIRE CENTER THE WORKERS ARE LAZY

They required I make an appointment for tires. When I got there a few minutes early for my appointment, they were busy and acted confused. They couldn't get to my new tires for 3.5hrs! I'm hoping they did good work (knock on wood, that my tires don't fall off), but they sure had a hard time getting to my rig for the simple purpose of selling me some new tires!

I showed up a bit before 7:30 AM on Saturday. The two technicians who opened the tire and auto center were quick to attend to me and did an excellent job of mounting and balancing the tires I purchased.

Even when you give them very specific instructions they screw it up.This location is managed very poorly and there customer service is below average even for Walmart!3 hours to put new tires on and I was the second one in line!Finally got my car and they forced steel wheel weights on the outside of my Aluminum wheels!The manager seemed very irratated I asked them to redo it.I will not return again now matter how affordable and convenient it is!

Called beforehand to make sure they were open because my trip takes about 20 minutes. But when I got there within the hour they were closed due to lack of staff showing up for their shift! I added that extra star for the nice kid that was apologizing and felt terrible. I know it wasn't his fault but sounds to me they need a new manager!

Rarely can you get them to answer the phone. But they did a great job with my tires. And they were very nice.

Super service. I was helped by the service manager today. Ended up buying 4 tires instead of 2 and am extremely pleased with the service I received. My experience today really improved my overall opinion of Wal-Mart.

Tried buying a tire and the rep manning the station was making the process ridiculously difficult. Added star for the 4 other reps that did everything they could to make sure we got a tire.

They got oil all over my car upholstery and took an hour and half to do an oil change. Will never go here again

Bad costumer service. They didn't want to talk to us if they have time or not and this is the 3rd time. For me this will be the last time.
