Dennis was amazing! Showed up quickly from Sunnyside to Yakima. Efficient service and Dennis was able to lift my mood with his humor, as he brought me home. Definitely would recommend!

I'm not sure about their towing but I definitely would not recommend them for a car lockout. If you don't have lock-picking capabilities, proper tools, or even the ability to use the wrong tools without causing damage, you should not offer it as a service. I didn't get a discount, reimbursement, or even an apology.

Great experience with Salgado's towing. They were the 3rd towing company I had called because I wasn't sure who to go to. They will be the first from now on. Very fast, friendly and upfront with pricing.

If I could give negative stars.. I would! Very rude and disrespectful. Instead of offering solutions, my family and I have felt like he is making an already stressful situation (totaled car needed towing) extremely difficult. Would NOT recommend.

The People that run the tow yard were actually very friendly and helpful. We were there picking up my cousins car , which had been sitting for a few days so the battery was dead And the gentlemen that were working that day were very helpful in getting it pushed out to where it could be jump started. .Thank you , to everyone that helped us that day, very much appreciated You Guys AWeSoMe

Exceptional service & Highly recommended business! Geico had dispatched a company that never called or showed up. After a lot of callsThey dispatched this company, of whom doesn't have a contract with Geico. Not only did Salgado's call us to confirm our location of where we were stuck with a broken down truck within 5 mins after being dispatched to us, they showed up 10 mins ahead of the ETA that we were given. Very professional & great communication the whole time!

Horrible experience with this company! It s obvious they just mark up their prices to take advantage ! Added an extra hour to the charge ! Give them 0 stars if that was on option.

All personnel is respectful and punctual, you can definitely count on them to get the job done. They are well organized and are trustworthy. You won t be sorry you called when you most need the help. The best thing is they're a 24/7 business. They will come to you when no one else can/will. Thank you Salgado s Towing you are number 1!!!

Had a nail in tire while traveling today with a horse trailer on a toasty Sunday afternoon. Hector was quick, professional and knew what needed to be done with getting my large trailer jacked up to change the trailer. Much appreciated!

Because of the law, this company was able to charge an astronomical amount of money for us to retrieve our vehicle. Mr. Salgado was not willing to work with us, even though he did not mail us the paperwork out within 24 hours as he is supposed to according to the law. When we received the paperwork, we called to work with him on the price, and he would not, he instead stood to charging us $1379.00. In addition to that, he then charged us an additional $84.00 dollars to tow the car 5 miles down the road to the junkyard. To take it to court is a hassle, because it will cost you more money to miss work and pay filing fees, so I guess Mr. Salgado can continue to rip people off and get away with it. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I recommend Salgados towing 100% . Every time I need a car towed they are my number 1 to call and my road side assistance already knows it they always call them for me too. Great service!! My keys were locked in my SUV with the ignition turned on. Arrived quick and it it literally took a minute to get it opened without damage! Very friendly!! Highly recommend!!

Juan came all the way to Tri cities from sunny side at 9 pm to help me when everybody else refused due to havin only 3 clearance on my car. He did a fantastic job getting my car on and off with no problem. (: I would recommend them over anyone! Means a lot when someone puts in great work and time when everybody else turns there heads saying they can t. Thank you thank you thank you again. You guys are awesome and if I ever need a tow again I know who to call. -Great serivce and performance highly impressed, you go Juan!

I'll only call Salgdo's others have left me waiting for hours or don't even answer and I have wasted so much time with all the other towing company's listed in the past Salgdo's was there fast unlocking my car and I was on my way in no time dont waste your precious time with others only call the one that cares Salgdo's towing
