went in to get a diagnostics for my check engine light. Jeffery was extremely helpful, cleared my check engine light advised me to drive around to see if it happened again and if it did to google the make and model of my vehicle for extra help. So far the light hasn t come back on

The store always has what I need and if they don't, it gets ordered right away. The prices are fair and the staff is knowledgeable.

I must say that this O'reilly's has the best customer service. Scottie was so much help, when I came in he checked my battery and determined I needed a new one. He took the time to check how long ago I had purchased it and sure enough it had not yet been a year so he was able to swap it out for a new one. I thank him for taking that extra time to help me, as a single mother every dollar counts.

The store manager really helped me out a lot. ARCE is a really great manager always makes sure she takes care of her customers and puts them first all the time. thanks to her i got my parts right the first time. no guessing!!!

The technician, Uriel, was amazing! He went out of his way and came outside to show me what bulb I needed as well as showing me how to change it! I will come here from now on! Amazing customer service, Uriel!

Big store and therefore they have a larger selection of products. The store is also very clean.

Got the right wiper blades, and the helpful employee installed them for me. Wiper blades are always cranky as they were for him.

I cannot tell you out of all the auto parts store I've been to in my life I've been a mechanic over 28 years I trust with the knowledge and the know-how up their staffthey are always eager willing to help any customer to make sure that they're back on the road like anybody else
