M truck had an action required screen that won't go off. I was a little stressed because as many I need my truck to work and other things that are going on in my life. Miranda was very helpful and was able to get me in the next day to have it looked at. I will f/u after the service is done to tell you guys how great the rest of your service was. Thank you to Miranda for setting my mind at ease.

Lifetime warranty is a joke. If you purchase a vehicle from this place make sure they give you all the previous service records or they will find a loop hole to get out of fixing anything. They do not look out for their customer. There is no confusion to this as their automated response would say. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have wanted a DuraBurb since before they made them! I was thinking of putting a Duramax into my Tahoe years ago. Long story short, my hubs surprised me with a radiant red 2023 diesel Suburban RST for my 40th bday! Jake Mayrhofer was amazing to work with, funny, logical & helped make my day special. Thank you sunset for allowing us to buy without reservations or hesitations in the service will we get moving forward.

I came in unsure if I was going to buy a car or not. I have good credit and he got me into something nice quick. I worked with Dan who made it easy for me. All the staff there were chill and the finance guy, forgot his name, but he was really good too. No one was pushy and he let me take my time & even stayed a little past his shift. Ask for Dan if you want a smooth experience.

Jacob Mayrhofer is hands down the most helpful and caring salesman. He has become a friend. Jake is willing to come in on a day off just to make sure we are taken care of. I cannot express our thanks enough. Our family has bought numerous vehicles from him and we continue to send friends and family to him & Sunset Chev Sumner whenever someone is looking for a vehicle. Nothing is ever a hassle to Jake, and for that we are forever appreciative!

They Found us a vehicle quickly, matching our exact request and specifications. Even when the first vehicle option didn t work out, they upgraded us at the same price while still matching all our specifications. Overall, a great experience.

I am incredibly disappointed with my visit. For starters, despite making an appointment, I still was put behind several other cars and it took almost a full 2 hours for my oil change to be completed. That is an unacceptable wait time for those of us who planned ahead. The only explanation I got from this from the man helping me was "it just happens sometimes". It wouldn't happen if scheduling was done properly. The man helping me was eager to constantly talk over me and explain things over and over that he had already explained. I did not feel heard. The main point that he could not stop talking about was that one of my tire pressure sensors was out. He was trying to upsell me for a 1k plus job of replacing all 4 sensors. As long as I check my tire pressure manually, these sensors have zero purpose. He brought this up over and over despite me constantly saying, no I am not spending that amount of money. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. Additionally, after I left, I took a closer look to the diagnostics that were done on my car and it shows that my back brakes need to be changed immediately. The guy helping me didn't even think to share this information with me! He was too busy trying to get the bigger sale of the sensor replacements. It was very clear that he did not have my best interest at heart. It was all about the higher priced item. I will continue to do my oil changes here because I have a special package that I purchased at the time I purchased my car, where I get them for free for life, however I will not do any additional service here. My experience last weekend taught me that I cannot trust the mechanics here to direct me correctly and with integrity. I do not appreciate the bigger, more important issue being ignored.

Worked with Craig to trade in and buy the new 2024 Chevy Trailblazer. He was great! Listened to everything I was looking for and took it all into consideration throughout the entire time working together. Never felt rushed and he was extremely patient when I was trying to make a final decision. Felt like he went above and beyond explaining the Chevy App along with the Car features, making sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. Definitely will be going back to Sunset Chevy in the future!

At 64 years old I ve bought and sold a few vehicles, 40-50ish. This purchase of a new 2023 Chevrolet Duramax Silverado from Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner was by far the most enjoyable, painless, and favorite vehicle purchase that I have ever made!! Beginning with Jacob Mayrofer my sales Professional, to the new cars sales Manager and all the way through the financial paperwork with Lap this was an awesome, hassle free experience and I m very satisfied with the entire process. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fair, hassle free vehicle purchase to give the folks at Sunset Chevrolet a chance, you will not regret it!!

From the first call to schedule my appointment all the way to picking up my car everybody and process was amazing and smooth. My left front axle went out leaving us having to tow the car in and than GOD there was an appointment the next day and you all let us tow the car in the day before. We were so so stressed about if our warranty would cover it or not (not knowing what was going on yet) and Michelle was so sweet and optimistic. I know it wasn t ultimately up to her but her disposition made me so calm and optimistic too. Thank you thank you for being so amazing.

The staff was professional and informative. The scheduled work was performed in a very timely matter. The price of the tasks performed was actually a bit lower then most other places quoted me. If I have one criticism I would have liked to have a video sent to me with the explanation and seeing highlights of the vehicle inspection. It adds a different element to the service department. But I was very impressed with the service I was provided today.

Christine has been phenomenal since the day I purchased my vehicle. Very informative and even though I have a dealership 10 minutes away from home; I would rather drive over an hour to continue to get the service and smile I have a custom too!

Once again, take my truck in for service and did not get a wash when they finished.Waited at dealership while they serviced it. Website says coffee and snacks available. No snacks, at all; and the only coffee available without charge is black. Anything else you have to pay for. Waiting area amenities not as described on their website.Kind of disappointing with what they're charging for vehicles and service.

We have multiple cars that we take into Sunset Chevrolet service department. I can t speak for everyone. I can only speak highly of Christine and Michele since they are primarily the two that assist my husband and myself.I have always had constant and updated communication, clear and front costs, and repairs that are needed. If any, and overall would I find to be the top is their personality therefore, the majority the time have a smile on their face whether it is slow or slammed. As on multiple occasions, they are they keep an upbeat outlook on the day I just cannot say enough about those two.So thank you sunset for employing those two ladiesAlso wanted to touch base on the service department, i have never personally dealt with anyone specific, but regarding our 2024 truck we just picked up, the running boards look amazing, the chip sealant looks great and they even detailed the truck.NICE JOB CREW.

Picked up my Corvette today 10/12/23 after 9 days at the dealership, what a disappointment. I dropped off my Vette clean, I get it back dirty as hell and greasy fingerprints on the driver glass, driver door handle area, interior driver door and trunk. No care was given at all. I ll never bring my car back, I ll drive the distance to another Chevy. Also thanks to the tech working on my car who assured me he d top off my dot 4, but didn t.Lastly, if you re looking for a fair trade in value look elsewhere. On the Kbb sheet that was provided to me, it didn t even have all the features of my car, even said my car was in fair condition. We can agree to disagree. I ll just leave these pictures for reference. Find someone else to low ball!As a retired Army Veteran, I d definitely not recommend this dealership.

Owning an awesome C7 Grand Sport for the past 3 years that I originally purchased from Sunset has been great. Since the C* came out I wanted one. I dropped my car in for service one day and got a call from your appraisal manage telling me he wanted to buy my car. When I picked up the car the next day is when I met Craig Weidner. We through some numbers around , but I was not ready and they din't have the color I wanted any way. Recently I seen the C8 I wanted on the website in transit. Craig called once it came in and the rest is in the books. Craig worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. He probably lost 5lbs running back and forth. I decided to get some decals on it as well and he worked closely with the service department keeping me informed all the way. Lap in financing was extremely helpful as well. He worked with me and ensured I understood all the extras I was purchasing. So, with Craig, Lap and the service department you have earned my business for my next purchase when my lease is up on my truck in July. Thanks again Sunset Family.

I enjoy the entire team inside of Sunset Chevrolet Service and have complete faith in their care of my vehicle . I have come to know them over the years of service lives my vehicles have held there . Christine, the lead/ manager of Sunset s Service Dept. always greets me pleasantly both on the phone as well as in person at the desk and she never fails to find a way to handle anything that has come up in the needs of my 2015 Suburban expediently . This includes Cars for rentals for over night detail etc as she knows times can be tight in pick up and drops she seems are always ready with everything well put together .I initiated the relationship with Sunset Chev in 2010 with my 1st new Suburban LTZ . My 2015 is the second new Suburban with them in service and now finishing up 2023 with superior services and a great Suburban to trade for a brand new look soon in 2024 ! I look forward to a new reveal and face of the new Suburban 2024 and a new cycle of Sunset s Chev and Christine s care in the same way for the foreseeable future . We were told the car oil and fitter were replaced. We picked up the car and the air filter wasn t installed, the panel was open and a drill was left on the passenger side.

Easy to deal with, transparent pricing and excellent customer service experience. I regret not taking my truck to this dealer years ago. Although I have a maintenance plan and I have to submit a claim for reimbursement, it s worth it based on experience. My service advisor Christine was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gained my trust and I ll continue to use their services.

I have been a customer of Sunsets service dept since 2016. They have never surprised me with cost over runs. The techs behind the counter are very professional. Just wish I could afford the beautiful corvette sitting in their showroom.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sunset Chevrolet's service department. The staff was incredibly professional and attentative, making sure all of my questions were answered. Most notably, Rex Hays. He kept me updated on how the service was going with my truck repair. He also went above and beyond to book a temporary rental until the repairs were done. They truly care about their customers and it shows in the level of service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Sunset Chevrolet. Huge thank you to Rex!

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in customer service. I went in to get my headlight change and they quoted me 75 dollars. I double checked once I got there because that's all I could afford especially being a single parent and Christmas a week away. After waiting for about am hour they came out and told me that they couldn't change my headlight because something had melted and it was going to be an additional 190 to repair it. I said sorry I can't afford that. So they put the headlight back on about 30 minutes later they came out and said I was all set. They said I still had to pay the full cost even though they didn't actually complete the service that I came in for. I understand that they put labor into but I felt that should have came out of there side and it was very wrong and inconsiderate to still charge me. Nobody seems to have a heart anymore and all about greed and money. Now I'm out money and received no service. When I said I didnt think I should have to pay they refused to give me my car until I agreed!! Thanks Sunset and Merry ChristmasPlease don't do business here!

Sunset Chevrolet always does a great job and provides great service. Had my oil changed recently and I was in and out quickly and having the lifetime oil change is always a bonus of one of the perks they offer on buying a vehicle from them.

Awesome service I was in and out of there in less than a hour. From the time I pulled in to the time I left I was treated with quality customer service. Chelsea Garret at the front desk was courteous, and professional.Easy access. There is someone there to guild you in from the moment you pull into the service dept.

Sunset continues to provide excellent customer services. The Customer Service representative, Christine Warren always schedules for technicians to pick up my vehicle for maintenance which is so helpful for me as a disabled senior customer. I also appreciate that when you purchase a vehicle from Sunset you re entitled to free oil changes for life.

On top of a great buying experience, a few of the team at Sunset really helped us out. We were returning to our home in Montana from a very stressful trip to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. Our truck was full of belongings and we needed to get a trailer to put snow tires in. The staff stayed late, helping us transfer all items to the new truck. Absolutely professional! We'll be back next summer to purchase another vehicle!

I had no intention of buying a car when I visited Sunset on the 4 th of July. The car I went to look at was gorgeous! I was impressed by the service I received from Dan. He patiently took me for a test drive, got me the deal I wanted for my trade in, and the whole process was the best experience I ve had at a dealership.
