My dealership recommended Smart Choice for a lift and wheels and tires for my new truck. Gave them a call and found that Kelly was extremely helpful in selecting the right combo for my truck and to make sure I was totally satisfied. Before leaving they made sure I knew I needed to come back after 500 miles to have everything re-torqued to spec. Now after 5000 miles I stopped by for a free tire rotation and they squeezed me in without an appointment and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Very honest shop and great customer service. You can't go wrong having them work on your vehicle.

I've had an on and off again flat tire for quite a few weeks. Today I went in and they were so great, very quick, amazingly professional and fixed it for free! I am so incredibly grateful! I love feeling comfortable that I know they'll be there for me and their service is great.

Stopped by today and they fixed leak in tire and did some other maintenance, wonderful job and didn t break the bank !!!

Stopped by after realizing we had a nail in our tire, turned out it was actually a nail and a screw. We have after market rims and we couldn t find the key for them. The lady at the front let me know they would figure out how to get it off and it would be maybe $20 more to get the lock off. While we waited she came and interacted with our little one and pulled out the coloring books and showed where the colors were. It made the wait much easier. After waiting a little bit we were called back up to the front and the gentleman that worked on our car said he was able to get the lock off and provided us with a lock key in case of emergencies. This was so thoughtful. He said we were all good to go and I stood there waiting to pay, the lady at the front said not to worry about it! I was so surprised and genuinely grateful, definitely found our tire shop. What a stellar first impression, genuine care for their customers, fast service, clean restroom and just good people. We will be back for all our needs. Thank you so much!!

The reviews speak for themselves. There is a reason they are ranked so high. They got me in last minute, and did what it took another shop that said it'd take them an hour and a half, in 30 minutes. As well as a better price too! So faster, better, and cheaper? I'm coming back to them 100%. I'm so impressed, it's unbelievable. Super friendly, and professional, over 5 stars, give these guys a call, I guarantee you'll be happy with your decision not to go to the big name brands

The guys at Point S fixed up my Honda Ridgeline with new struts all the way around. The ride was much better. With over 100,000 miles the old truck still runs like new.

I ended up going here due to another issue I had and was refered. Luckily it was not a big deal and was fixed in a fairly timely manner. About two days later, I was detailing my vehicle and noticed that the shock pin was completely out of its holder. Luckily I was able to fix it myself but I don t remember this being out before I took my vehicle here. It is possible that it came out by itself, but I had a weird feeling when I was there. I remember as I left I shook the guys hand and as I was leaving he said I ll be seeing you again. Seemed like a weird thing to say. Totally a red flag. The place just screamed shady. Won t be going back.

I don't normally leave reviews but i was very disappointed on my second time to this store back in the beginning of the year i had them do an alignment they did a great job and i was satisfied. Fast forward to September October of this year i had a steering wheel shake between 60 and 70 miles per hour it was terrible . Made an appointment to have the alignment checked and the tires balanced. I was willing to pay again. Got to my appointment on time they took my truck back and less than 15 minutes later told me everything was fine they never even put it on the alignment rack then tried upselling me on tires saying my tires we're old i took it to another mechanic who found that my lower ball joints were shot and the alignment was off . Not only did you lose a sale you lost a customer. And according to my new mechanic having a lowee ball joint fail on the freeway could have been fatal .

I had a sensor go out on one of my tires and they changed it for me and then my light was still coming on and they were so good to me. I went back three times and they helped me every time until my light finally stayed off The sensor they replaced was a bad sensor and so he switched it out for me and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I just thought it was great customer service and I definitely will be going back

So glad I found this tire shop. Great rim selection great customer service. Its so nice to find a option other than swab or discount the Service at S Point above and beyond any other shop around. I'm not a big review person but I had to. Price*Service*Fast Service

Fantastic service today on my flat tire! Repaired, put back on the car, they checked the air in the other 3 tires. And No Charge today! All within 30 minutes! Made the end of a very stressful situation almost joyful! Thank you

Bought a set of tires from here. Months later, tore the sidewall of a tire(most likely my fault, not the tire's) and came back to buy a replacement. They gave me a partial warranty for a cheaper price on the tire and slapped it on for free. Would recommend.

Went down to have some new tires mounted. Assistant Manger Steve helped me out and was very honest and professional. Shop had a family feel to it and really nice guys. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends and family! All 4 tires mounted and balanced on new rims (not easy tires either-very stiff 305's) in under an hour! Excellent work, very happy

I came in because I had a nail in my tire; as it turns out, my tire had not only a nail in it but a screw as well. The reason I decided to post a review is because of the excellent customer service the shop provides; Mr. Wilson was outstanding and very professional. I would recommend it to anyone I know.

I payed almost 500 for my fluids to be changed I explained oil, transition ,radiator and power steering befor I brought my car in I looked at my oil filter and on my receipt it says oil filter they changed me for a new one but never replaced it and I have an account through them last time I have them do anything and they spilled power steering fluid all over my engine my belts were squeaking and I had to fix that and my oil is 4 inches over the fill line

For the love of God, stay away from this place, They are a bunch of upselling con artists who take advantage of people who Are not mechanically inclined. Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I have had in my 50 years Of doing business in Pierce County. The staff was almost threatening when questioned about their work. My best advice would be grab a can of fix a flat and go to Les Schwab, At least they're honest

I've had a couple of oil changes here and have always been extremely happy with the service. No funny business and they get the job done on time. My husband ordered me tires and once in stock I stopped in without an appointment and they quickly put them on and I was on my way. Happy again! Once I got home the hubby realized that they took off 2 perfectly good tires. I didn't know I only needed 2 and initially he had asked for a quote on all 4 so it was an understandable mistake, neither at fault. Without hesitation Dan gave us a refund and put back on my perfectly good tires. Even after i had drove to renton and back. Dan is awesome so kind and a great person to be the face of Smart Choice. Customer service is a top priority and that is obvious when doing business here. He will take care of you and the guys behind the scenes are doing a great job as well.

I have been going to this place for years and it has always been a great experience. They have never once charged me to rotate my tires and instead just insist I return when the time comes to get actual work done, so I always do. The manager makes sure you're happy, just today I got a brake job and they were very busy so they had my truck in longer than expected. Well, they gave me a discount and appologized several times. Its not the first time they've taken good care of me, just another example. I will be a customer for life.

This store is awesome! They are super honest and friendly. They took the time to go get some tires from a different to make sure they had them available to install on Christmas eve! Also on a different vehicle I had slipped off the road after hitting some black ice, I thought I had popped both my front tires but they found out it was just mud that got wedge inbetween the rim and tire when I went off the road. They cleaned it out made sure everything was fine and didnt charge me anything! I was fully expecting to buy 2 new tires but instead they were honest and took good care of me!

Great group of employees here. I help run an Amazon delivery company nearby and occasionally will need a new tire or patch for one of our vans. Today I brought a vehicle by for a patch and when I went to pay was told by Dan (the location mgr) no charge! Certainly will recommend these guys to anyone in the area - appreciate your friendly and efficient service.

A couple weeks ago after needing tires for months I decided it was time and I started pricing tires around the Sumner area. I eventually got on Point S tires in Sumner and I found a deal that seemed to good to be true. Nice Cooper tires for a Chevy Tahoe for $70 a piece. I did some research on Consumer Reports and they were given a 4.5/5 star rating. I printed the online estimate ($394 after fees) and made an appointment. When my wife went to pick it up when it was done. Kelly at Point S tires explained to her that there was a problem with the website and that I should have been charged $880 for those tires. He had been on the phone all morning trying to clear it up. He honored the pricing without complaining and told her that they basically paid her $400 to put her tires on. We are hoping that things get worked out and that they get repayment but we are impressed with their integrity and will be coming back.

Went to Smart choice for a screw in tire. Very friendly staff and comfortable waiting area; fixed tire no charge?? Who does that in these times. Well suffice it to say goodbye discount and hello Smart!
