Dean was our original sales rep and he did a great job! When we went to complete all our paperwork he had researched and highlighted all the options on our Tiffin motor home so we knew exactly what we were getting. Adrian in finance was great from start to finish! Really appreciated all his assistance. Charles did our delivery walk-through and was very helpful! Extremely personable yet professional.

Great service and a very nice selection of campers.We were looking to buy our first camper and showed up without calling ahead. They immediately found us a salesperson and Casey helped us as soon as she was available. Casey showed us a variety of smaller campers and ended up finding one with a floor plan and features that we really liked. Casey worked with our budget and her finance team to get us a really nice deal. They were able to get the camper ready within a couple days so we could take it out the following weekend. We also had some issues with our hitch and the team was able to get us in same-day and fix, free of charge.Overall staff members are prompt and professional; highly recommend this place if you're looking to get a new camper.

We went to the Tacoma RV show at the Tacoma Dome last month. We were very impressed with Poulsbo RV room. The sales staff was knowledgeable. The manufacturer representatives were not n site too. It was nice to have direct information from the person who designed the RV. We got top dollar for our trade-in. Jim Polk in particular made the buying process simple. Shawn, who did our walk-through, was very thorough, and we were pleased when we picked up our RV. If you are in the market for a new or used RV, I highly recommend checking out, Poulsbo, RV in Sumner, WA.

On a Camping trip tailgate of truck dropped and damaged my trailer jack. Call Poulsbo RV in Sumner, WA. Drove there at 4:30 pm. They replace my tongue Jack in 20 min.Extremely great service and courteous. Thanks for being there Brad, Ryan and the tech who replaced the Jack.

We walked in on a Saturday morning an had 2 nice folks say good morning an how are we! Nice people the help an service by Larry was great. And the finance gentleman Jim was a good experience. This is our 3rd rv(first from Poulsbo) we will definitely be back for service an sales if needed. Yes i recommend this company. And our walk through guy was absolutely fantastic. He covered details an was a hoot. We asked questions an he had the answers,except 2 an he went an found out for us! We were not left questioning anything about our Coach.Thanks again Chris&Loretta!

It is always easy to work with the service department. We always take in the RV for end of year maintenence or any other issues we have.This latest trip we picked up our RV and half way home found thatour radio didn't work. It worked at drop-off. Not sure what happened during its visit. Other than that, we have had no issues.

We were looking for a used Class A. We found one listed for sale at Poulsbo RV Sumner. Our interactions with the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and there was no pressure. We decided to make the purchase. The negotiations on sales price was professional and went fast. They do charge extra $$ for a pre delivery inspection, which wasn't stated until the last minute. It would have been nice to know that up front. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would recommend Poulsbo as a place to do business with.

The team at Poulsbo RV where fantastic. They helped us find the perfect trailer to fit our budget and trailer size needs. From sales through financing through final trailer release was a no pressure and well informed experience. We would certainly do more business there again.

I went to Poulsbo RV for a scheduled Service/Warranty visit. I presented the issues I was having with my 2021 Forest River travel trailer for warranty service to the Sherman agent checking me in. We discussed all of the items and they helped me clarify that my warranty did not cover most of them. I wasn t happy with my warranty, but I was satisfied with service and assistance I received from Poulsbo RV. In the end I decided to replace or repair the travel trailers deficiencies myself.

Working with Tim was excellent although I always called him, not the other way around. I think they exaggerated the hours they spent on the work, for instance I was charged $160 dollars for them to tell me a blind couldn t be fixed. I highly doubt any of the work took close to the time they said. As for quality of the service, too early to tell but I m satisfied with what I can tell at this point. Would certainly use them for service again but would ask for much more clarity on their expected hourly charges. Still annoyed being charged $160 to tell me a blind can t be fixed.

Ben Thompson was awesome. He s very friendly and knowledgeable and he really listened to us about what we were looking for. We made sure to go back to see Ben when we needed to get a second trailer for our family, he s that awesome!Mike from service was very helpful in showing the trailer at pickup and ensuring we have everything we need.All in all our experience was a great one and highly recommend this location for RV or travel trailer purchases.

We have been taking our Class B here for our service and upgrade needs since we purchased it (from another dealer) in 2019. Their customer service is top notch and the staff is smart and creative. We have received white glove level of care on our rig for everything we have needed. Highly recommend Poulsbo RV Sumner!

All hands down! My husband and I have nothing but good comments to say about Casey, Brad, Jim, Sean, and the young man who sold us our equipment for our beautiful motorhome. We received a great deal on our 2023 flex 32sThis team took the time to understand our needs and wasn't pushing us to buy. Extremely informative, and patient with me . . . I have a bit of a 'Thinking problem'. I highly recommend Poulsbo RV Sumner. The whole staff worked well as a team to get me into exactly what I wanted to become a full-time RVer at retirement . . . Just a little bit away. Zion, in particular, was amazing.

Great service! I called for winterization and was scheduled immediately! They had me in and out in less than 24 hours, and the facility is clean and everyone was nice. Thanks Nicolette in service. You were awesome!

The repair was made on the passenger side slide out and appears to be working properly. Im a little disappointed in the fact grease was left on the floor. The valance for the couch was left off. The steps that access the batteries was loose and not replaced correctly. The power cord was jammed in its compartment, not coiled up. The floor was not as clean as when we brought it in.Purhaps these are "little" things. But the over all impression of an almost 4000$ repair bill is not good.

Consigned my motorhome with Poulsbo RV. They took it on July 19 and had it until October 19. Never contacted me when the contract was up. Never contacted me at all! I let them know that I would be coming to pick it up on October 21. When I arrived the coach was not ready to go and they were trying to tell me that I could not take it that day. It took over 2 hours for them to finally give me the keys and I was able to leave. What a horrible experience. Today I looked on RV trader to get a feel for the pricing on my year/model so I can list it. As I scrolled through the listings I found my RV posted for a ridiculous amount -way over what I was seeing other comparable coaches listed for. Their greed cost me 3 months of opportunity to actually sell it. Huge disappointment. I would give them a negative 5 stars if it were possible.

From the beginning of our stopping by Poulsbo RV in Sumner, my spouse and I found that they were friendly, willing to listen and didn't oversell anything. Kelly showed us the models we asked to look at. Once we settled on a coach, the rest of the staff treated us very nice. They even thanked me for my military service. Adrian in finance discussed with us every line on several documents, taking the time to make sure we understood what we were signing. Overall I would recommend Poulsbo RV in Sumner for anyone thinking of buying an RV.

I had a bad experience with Poulsbo RV in Sumner Wa. I called them and asked if they can replace just my rubber gasket on my front window and they said yes we can do it so I set up a time to bring it in.The Day I brought it in Darren was the person to take all my information and I told him just the gasket around the front window and replace my side window but get me a price first for the side window he said should be around 400.00 or so after a 10 Days later I called then and talked to someone name Ken I asked to talk to Darren he said he s on vacation and asked me what I wanted I asked if they had a price for the side window he said it would cost me 1100.00 and I said that s 600.00 more then Darren said and he was to call me with a price. Ken said the glass company already has my window and probably has it done. I said that s more than he quoted me and I have to pay it. And for your front window we don t replace just gaskets we have to replace windows.because the windows usually brakes My front windows are in good shape NO cracks or chips in it he said that what we do new windows and we usually don t replace gasket unless they have cracks in it. I said Darren said they can replace just the gasket.(Ken) I don t know why Darren would say that. At this point I said just replace them you already have the RV and I m done playing the game with this company. So after another two weeks they had it done so the day I went to pick it up I looked at the front windows and they replaced the windows but not the gasket that made me upset and asked why didn t they replace the gasket Darren said they don t replace gasket unless they are cracked I said I already paid for new gasket and he looked at the invoice and it said I paid for it Darren said I will have the glass guy come back and install new gasket. So it took another 8 Day to get the job done. So what I took out of this experience is if you have Poulsbo RV do any work done on your RV get a invoice when you drop it off stating what you want done.

I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. It took less than 45 minutes to winterize my motorhome.I've taken my motorhome to be serviced in Buckley in the past. When I scheduled an appointment, I have always had to leave my motorhome for a couple weeks before the work was actually done.I will be using Poulsbo RV again. The service department is ringing efficiently.

Bought a slightly used 5th wheel trailer. Great buying experience with Sammy Jo and Mike from service did an excellent job inspecting and taking care of a few issues and gave us a very thorough walk through.

I purchase RV at Tacoma Dome RV show. I was disappointed that items like exterior ladder and other smaller item were on showroom model but not there at purchase. There is sticker with link to add a ladder for more $.Overall good value as I received show price, it was some of those smaller add on parts I was disappointed with. Extra fees on top of show price disappointing as well.The overall purchase and price was good.I was impressed with the Dutchman Kodiak Ultra Lite 292 bhse product. I would consider it a middle market RV. Nice mix of features and product.

Paulsbo rv is so far the only place I ve gotten an rv/trailer, I am not the person to buy a camping trailer/rv cause I don t care for trailers normally, but I did end up buying one from here and the sales lady Sammy was amazing about it. She was the only person to ask if I was interested in a trailer. Long story short I am now the proud owner of a small camping trailer and I absolutely love this trailer of mine!!!
