They sold me a higher priced alternator. The gap was too small to fit in my car. Wasted hours in the rain just to have to go back and get the correct part.

Not professional staff (they don t know what they re doing), I ordered one thing and they sent me another. The service is still at a very weak level. I don't recommend it!

Went there a couple times for some small items. People were friendly and selection looks good. Parking is a little small, but it's downtown Sumner, so....

We go to Napa in Sumner for our auto needs. Recently we have needed windshield wipers. They have helped us obtain the right ones and assist in getting them on. Love our small town merchants! Please shop local so we all have these businesses available!

I've shopped here since 1983 and have never wanted to buy parts from anyone else. Everyone there is awesome, and everything they sell is the best quality. I filled my toolbox with New Britain tools from this store in 1985 and use them all the time and have never had problems with any of them. This store gets no complaints from me.

A great locally owned NAPA in the heart of downtown. Not a large building so parts likely won't be there but they will order them in as fast as possible for you. Had an order for some exhaust gaskets that no one called me about for a week after they were in and they accidently ordered a set for a 3 piece exhaust instead of a 4 piece like I require. No big deal. Will continue to do business here.

Friendly small auto parts. The guy and gal behind the counter were polite and even lent me a funnel for my oil. O ly reason for 4 star is selection not much bigger than a mini mart and just as hard to get in and out really a location thing not anything to do with the people or service. The parking lot has a curb that's not well design for lower cars makes it hard to get out at the light turning left.

The staff when I needed to return a tool was short tempered and bordering on the cusp of flat out rude. They don't have their policies printed on the back of their invoices like the front states. When asked to assist in figuring out the size of a nut they couldn't have been less helpful. They have lost a customer for the rest of my life.

On this date the employees (2) were both kind friendly and helpful. Pretty much the same (most of the tlme) as other NAPA stores, more stars than other auto stores

I am appalled at the service my customer and myself received at this location. He is a one store owner and does not believe in customer service. I run a national company and hold a national account with Napa. I can tell you I won't be ordering parts from Napa until corporate handles this owner. My customer purchased a battery from them and after installing it the customer came to my store and it had boil acid all over under his hood. We then refilled it charged it and tested it and it tested with a bad cell. The batter was then replaced and the vehicle has no issue. I returned the battery to my customer so he could recoop some of his costs on the repair and Clifton I think was the fella that helped him initially basically told him to pound sand. He then contacted me and that same courtesy was extended to me. I then was transferred to the owner who was adamant about informing me that if he doesn't get money back then his customer doesn't get money back. For one, in business you don't talk about who's getting money from where. You simply take care of your customers. I would not recommend this Napa to anyone and I would question Napa's practice on warranties when they have locations out there that bear their name and don't honor their warranties and take care of their customers.

You will pay a little more than at your Discount places but you get the correct parts the first time. I drive out of my way.
