Beware when ordering parts from them, they will just say about anything to make the sale, I was assured the part will be present in a day then they get it a day later and call me at about 10am to pick up the part, I told them I was on my way only to find out they're closed from 11 to 12:15 pm.Not even correct hours if you look the sigh.The lady that responds to the calls is super rude and will yell at you if she doesn't like something, she also doesn't present herself to what her name is.To whoever is running this they need extra training and have better disclosure about their hours of operation and invest in some better signs.There was a guy on the parking lot waiting for his part about 90 minutes whoever is interested I have the video.

We have had multiple bad experiences purchasing from LKQ. Delivery does not come when they say they will deliver, once they finally deliver your part...days late.. it turns out they send you the incorrect part, now you have to send that part back and wait who knows how long and deal with the angry client who was expecting their car back. Recently called on a Friday where I'm given a price of $30 delivery supposedly was going to be on Monday, I call Monday because the part never came in and they said I didn't have anything ordered, even though I had a quote number which they gave me and was apparently incorrect. Now I have to make another order that supposedly was going to come in on Wednesday. Never came in so I call and they say no order was placed...again. So they try to place me another order this time for a supposed new part of over 600 dollars when originally I was only going to pay 30. Overall super frustrating, not reliable whatsoever and a total waste of time.

Purchasing from LKQ is frustrating and wastes time. Called what I thought was a local wrecker, patched through to some national line that was clueless. I need left rear door glass for a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. So they asked what type of car? My answer: 2018 Chevrolet Cruze, left rear door glass. And then they asked front or rear? Repeated a third time. Credit card info was a painful two minutes - and I d like to add a different person to pick up the part. Nope, LKQ cannot do that, whoever pays must pick it up and their system will not accept an additional name. I asked why the total is $5 higher than the online quote? That s for a $5 customer service charge but that isn t disclosed.Called before heading there at the estimated time, listened to several minutes of LKQ advertising while on hold. Nope, part isn t ready. Will it be ready tomorrow? Maybe. Can they call me when it s ready? No. Apparently the $5 surcharge isn t for any level of customer service.Never again.

Sumner, WA absolutely not professional workers ordered a fender liner for 2016 Subaru Crosstrek received a fender liner for 2012-2014 Subaru Impreza, and the workers assured that these are the same parts. As a result, I lost a lot of my time when I took the parts and when I returned it( two round trips.) since this order was a customer pick-up.Not recommend

The last two times I have used LKQ, the wrong part was pulled. Currently the facility is closed for an hour as I try for th second time to pick up a part during business hours.

Super friendly staff only positive experience about my transaction. Transmission was damaged with no mention of it at time of purchase. Haven't received my core $ back as it is a check even though I paid with cash. No same day pickup all they have to do is pull it off the shelf. My overall experience was a pain in the you know what. Now I have to hope the internal parts aren't damaged. Will be trying to purchase parts elsewhere in the future.

If I could I would give 0 stars. They sold me a used transmission that was faulty. Luckily I paid extra for an extended warranty, (or so I thought.) What was so painful and such a negative experience was how long they took to get another transmission to the repair place and fulfilling their contracted amount under the warranty. They took WEEKS getting the part delivered and now the only amount they're willing to pay is LESS than either partial (the part and the service).To the customer a few hundred dollars and a couple weeks is both expensive, a huge hassle and in this case, completely unnecessary. LKQ couldn't care less. They interpreted language of their warranty how it benefited them and missed the mark 100% on customer service. The lengths this company is willing to go to miserly hoard over what to them is a negligible amount but what to the consumer means a lot more is dumbfounding. On principle alone it boggles the mind. I paid for an extended warranty. I operated within the time and mileage constraints of the agreement. I paid almost $1,000 for the part in the first place and now because LKQ sold me a bad transmission and took their sweet time getting me another and won't honor their warranty I'm out a car for 3 weeks AND have to pay another (over) $400. I'm sorry. What?! How does this even make sense? Never ever again with this company. And I'll steer as many others clear as I can. 0 stars on all accounts. Shame on you, LKQ.

The worst place to get your parts. Ordered couple parts over the phone come to pick up completely diferent where given. Waisted time and money. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. Michael Lantz has gone above and beyond for me time after time. as a lifetime car guy and also the owner of multiple detailing shops in different states you just don't find the kind of customer support Michael provides to his clients any more. if your looking for car parts give this place a try. 10/10

Just the best place to get used parts for your car, they offer guarantee and tested parts, the prices are better than any website, you order the part by phone and you just need to wait 1 day to get it from their HUGE warehouse in Sumner

I bought some parts here. Overall my experience wasn t too bad. The lady that helped me find parts was amazing, her name was Candice. The customer service upfront was terrible. I was told that if I come before 4:30pm to will call, I would still be able to pick up parts. I came at 4:26pm and the door was closed. I went up front, and the lady that was working there said that the workers need to be out by 4:30, but I told her over the phone I was informed that that I can get parts by 4:30, she showed that she didn t care. When I asked her if she could ask on my behalf because I came for 1 part right from work traveling for 35mins, she didn t even try but sternly said she wouldn t try. When I thanked her anyways, she didn t seem to respond even to that. Overall the place wasn t too bad and the parts were fine, but terrible and rude customer service shouldn t be looked over.

I purchased an Ac compressor last night. I was told I would have to wait until today to pick it up due to the pickers had already left for the day. I agreed and picked it up this morning. Once I picked the AC up I went back to the shop to put it in the vehicle to find out it was the wrong ac compressor, this is lkqs mistake. I went to go swap it out and they told me they had two more available, I thought great can you grab them so we can check to make sure they're correct. I was then told I was going to have to wait 3 hours to see one of them, and if I wanted to compare the other I would have to purchase it just to look at it. I asked for the manager and explained that is unacceptable especially since I just purchased this unit 20 minutes ago, she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't do anything to speed it up and said I'll just give you your money back. My time is important just as yours is and your way of business is horrible making customers have to wait 3 hours when it was your mistake, and also making them purchase another unit so that your pickers have to bring both units. Stay away from this place.

Nice people to deal with at the will call counter. Their return policy is fair and I have had no problems. Their after market line keystone is great and affordable. They are national so they can pull parts from across the country.

Such big operation LKQ with those unprofessional management system Yesterday I ordered a part online Jessie was the one sleepy on the phone got my order.I confirmed with her that I will come the next day to pick up the part, she said okay.The next day I came at LKQ in summer the lady name Brittany was not helpful at all.My recommendation for both of them needs to be trained well and Professional with costumers.

I went there to deliver load and they didn t alowed me to use the restroom . Very rude people. Where can driver go then wile waiting for two hours to unload.

I would give zero stars if I could. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere, unless you like working with idiots who order in the wrong part, make you wait in line for almost half-an-hour before they'll even deliver the part at the Will Call department, and refuse to do anything to fix their error. They wasted over one-and-one-half an hour of my actual time (round-trip travel and waiting on their incompetent staff), not including time spent on the phone, and since they sent the wrong part, I've lost three days getting my car fixed as I have to find the part elsewhere. These people don't care about you as a person, they'll just screw you over the way they screwed me.

I will o ly buy used auto parts from LKQ from now on. They test all parts before shipping them out and all used parts arw priced based on the milage of the vehicle they came off of. Which is great not being charged the same for a part with 200k miles as on with 70k miles.

Lkq is hands down the worst place to buy anything from. I'll was sold a white lift gate and white rear bumper for a Yukon. What I got was an unpainted aftermarket rear bumper, for the wrong model. Then they found me another bumper, primed and for an Escalade but the body lines are different. When asked to discount it to cover the paint work they told us to kick rocks. This is not the first run in I've had with these idiots either. No wonder their stock prices are down

DO NOT buy from this company. Terrible customer service! Office personnel don't know what they're doing. So much confusion for a simple transaction. Went there twice to find out they messed up order and manager wasn't willing to work with me considering situation. Look elsewhere!

The worst people I have ever worked with,always delays on parts and always wrong one,but when payments needs to be payed back it takes I whole month that's when you're really trying if not you will never receive it,they will say it vent to the account for credit store purchases
