My truck with 25000 miles has been in and out of the shop for 3 1/2 months for warranty work, one month for a bad thermostat, and 2.5 months for a leaking oil cooler and broken cluster, all within the last 12 months. After missing our vacation to go camping, I decided to have the truck towed out of Sunset Chevrolet. When I called in to ask if I owed anything so I could have the truck towed, The service department stated that I could have my broken cluster shipped back and installed within three days, and I would get a call when the part came in. I called weekly for 2 1/2 months, mentioning the vacation multiple times, Offering to pay extra for a higher-end cluster, and offering to purchase a used cluster. "I was told that wasn't an option," and not once was shipping the cluster back for a later repair mentioned. I spoke with an employee outside of the service department, and the individual stated my issues are common and that it's a GM issue. This truck was my first purchase from Sunset, and it's been a long time since I've purchased any GM product, and it'll most likely be my family's last.

Dropped my truck night before. I got a call early. We discussed the possibilities of repair and I had them replace my alternator and it s working beautifully. Christine took good care of me. Thank you!

The service here is slow and they do not prioritize their customers nor the order by which vehicles come in. I dropped my car off at 8:00am while there was only one car in the back and came back at 10:45 and they had just moved it to the servicing station. Along with this, multiple times receiving service here, the very problems I ask them to address remain problematic post services. Maintenance lights will be on that they cause when they return the car to me and the fixes they make don t stand the test of time. I ve had to have them fix the same thing multiple times. All in all, not customer friendly nor in-depth with what they do. Only good for the warranty coverage.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

They found the issues with my car and fixed them, what looks to be properly. But the customer service is non existent. Very rude and cold. Didn t explain anything to me. I won t be back.
