I had an oil change with Car Smart, and it was a wonderful experience. I needed to cut my appointment short to be able to get my kids from school, and they were more than accommodating. The price was also unmatched. I ll definitely be going back!

Wow charged me double for the cost of repair for labor and alternator. They wanted 3400 to fix the alternator on my wife s car. This double what some of the other shops in the area wanted. Also if you look up the rates on the national registry for parts and labor they were so far over priced. They charged me 392 for a diagnostic. Take your car some place else do not take it here. They should be put out of business. Sad thing is my warranty company is Paying for the repair and they were floored at what they were trying to get away with. None the less I towed it to another company that has ethics.

Very professional staff! Very helpful, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Very detailed list of what was inspected with photos and prices. Definitely recommend taking your car here! Will for sure bring my car here over other places in the area and as a person who appreciates cleanliness and decor, I was impressed with the inside of this business its very clean, organized and nicely decorated. Snacks & hot chocolate were a bonus with my kiddos!

This shop came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! I ve been to a lot of shops, but Car Smart has had the most professional folks I ve ever dealt with. Mike and Joey were both patient over the phone and explained every bit of the service. I asked a fair amount of questions and never felt like they were annoyed or trying to rush me off the phone. Prices were competitive with other places but the customer service is unmatched! I will not be taking my cars anywhere else from now on!

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and good-natured. I had a lot of lapsed maintenance on top of brake issues to take care of - They were great about walking through the options before I committed to the service/s. The turn-around time was about 24 hours on a pretty big grocery list of work needed and they kept me updated. My car drives like new. Highly recommend Car Smart.

The customer service here was great. They were able to get me in last minute for brakes that needed to be taken care of. Everything was straightforward which I value. Inspection provided pictures and there was no pressure to get anything done.

The Car Smart folks are so easy to work with. They communicate well, they get through repairs done promptly, and only do what you ask. I will definitely bring my car back here. I especially appreciate the extra effort to get my car back to me before the weekend.Unfortunately, an attempted theft caused damage and took me back to CarSmart again not long after I wrote the review above. They went over and above what was expected in finding the glass to repair my window. These guys really take care of you.

Carsmart is a great shop. During a difficult period after our car was damaged, we were struggling with insurance and their poor communication.Joey of Carsmart took the confusing situation and carried it the whole distance to complete the needed repairs.I will keep Carsmart in my contacts and never hesitate to use Carsmart again.

I always try to give my business to local vendors, because of the kind of service given by Car Smart. Fast! Thorough! Friendly! Great location, GREAT PRICE! also Dog friendly, Coffee in the lobby, old fashioned charm, tiniest bathroom - like a portal to another dimmesion Thanks again. I'll be back.

Car Smart got my car in right away and fixed my car quickly. The lobby is clean and decorated nicely with snacks and drinks available. They called me and texted me to keep me updated and have great customer service.

Joey handled my truck start to finish. Everything was diagnosed and accurate from the beginning. Joey took the time to explain everything that was wrong and the time and cost of each issue, multiple times. He is very professional and patient. Repairs were made in a timely matter, the whole experience was straight forward and friendly. I will definitely be using them when the need arises. Also the owner Jeff is very friendly and thanked me for the business.

Definitely a 5!!! I came in as a new customer not expecting much as I just went to another business in the Sumner area to get an oil change only for them to turn me away and tell me that my oil cap was broken and couldn't be removed and they couldn't do anything about it so I went to Car Smart in desperate need of some help and everyone was so nice, they got the cap off and replaced it with a metal one that will last longer and got me a oil change within the hour of waiting! They had a nice lobby filled with drinks and treats to keep my kids entertained. I swear I won't go anywhere else you guys are awesome!!! And reasonable! see you again in 3000 miles!

I came as a first time customer and were able to take me and resolve an engine air sensor issue same day. Now obviously they won't be able to address larger issues same day but it was refreshing to see it done the day before Thanksgiving to get me back on the road. Aside from that they we're very professional and communicated the process. I will highly recommend this business.

Car smart can be a little higher price than other shops, but you definitely get what you pay for- detailed inspection report(s), quality workmanship, and a very knowledgeable and professional staff. I would not hesitate bringing them complicated work or general maintenance.

These guys are simply amazing! Never thought id need a whole new engine on a 2018 but I did and my whole world stopped! I was horrified! I didnt know what to do, however I had CarSmart and Mike on my side!!! He helped me the whole way! Even fought for me with the extended warentee people. Was quoted 6-8 weeks for completion and had my car back in 2 weeks! Never going anywhere else again!

I am so glad I found Car Smart Auto Service. They are honest, kind, and trustworthy. When I first started taking my car there, I was a little nervous because I didn t know they were going to be trusted. They surprised me and was so honest. I will continue to go to them when I need my SUV worked on.

The techs and staff at Car Smart were personable, courteous, and prompt with getting my car scheduled for it's many problems. For years I've been taking my car to the dealership but Car Smart found issues the dealership should have mentioned to me. I'll be a life long Car Smart customer.

Joey, the service advisor, was knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and pleasant to work with. The work performed on my vehicle made a big difference in handling and performance. It is hard to judge the cost for these services as prices have risen significantly across most all of our economy.

Car Smart guys were great! We were traveling for a death in the family and went over on mileage for our oil change. They were understanding and got us right in. First time ever being here and I can say I d love to come back. The vibe was amazing! Very friendly and comfortable, free snacks drinks and coffee, very nice seating and lounge area. The couch was very comfortable, if I was brave enough I would have laid down and slept; would have brought a blanket. I went in for an AC recharge and leak test, was there for 2 hours and found a leak, they told me where it was located at and what needed to be repaired also with other repairs needed to be done. Now I have a paper with everything needed to be repaired to my car which I love! I spoke with Jeff at front counter and Travis worked on my car. Very nice men. Also got 4 business cards to get 100$ off my next visit which was very generous and thoughtful. Will definitely come back!

The reason why I keep using Carsmart is the excellent service and very reasonable prices. They send me detailed reports with pictures and go over everything with you. Most other places don t do that.

Just needed an oil change so thought I would give Car Smart a try. Fantastic service, out quicker than I expected and they did an inspection and let me know what they found beyond just changing the oil. I'll be back.
