Heard good things about this place. I brought my son's car in because it was running rough. It cost Just under $1700. 5 minutes away the engine light came on. Brought back, kept it a week and said $1500 more - no guarantees. I asked for some consideration, He offered $100 off. Just the facts. Don't trust them if you're a new customer.

Wagley Creek Automotive is always reliable and does excellent work. The staff is friendly and very accommodating- they even provide shuttle service to customers in the area. I have been a customer for about 20 years and can t imagine having to go somewhere else for car service and repairs. A BIG shoutout for Sarah in the front office who always helps me get the best service possible and is so friendly.Thank you so much!

These folks are friendly and very honest, and helpful. They were recommended by a very good friend of mine and her husband. They worked on my brakes, and now I am having them get me new tires, oil change, and a tune-up.I have checked other places but when it comes right down to it. The folks at Wahley Creek Auto are the least expensive and the most friendly and helpful of all places.I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on and will only go to them.Thank you, Wagley Crew.

My current daily driver is an older Subaru (The first Subaru I ve owned) I know very little about Subaru engines and also know they can be unreliable. Previously I was taking my car to a Subaru only Specialty mechanic that was pretty out of the way. I felt the services there were okay but pricey and always felt like the car was fixed just enough I can say without a doubt that Wagley Creek will be the only place I take my cars to from now on. Sarah and the folks here are great! Very honest, upfront, and legitimately have my car running smoother than before after replacing the water pump, timing components, and some other items. They were able to spot some other damaged/worn items that the previous specialty shop didn t and were super upfront with the extra repairs and even offered a discount.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

We literally love these guys and have used them for many years. They are the most trustworthy, honest and friendly auto shop we have ever used. Today we went to pick up our vehicle and the bill was over $250 less than they quoted us because, the parts needed were actually less than expected. What a great surprise that was. Update: After 17 years using this place, I still stand by every word of my original review. The only difference is the owner (who used to be one of the original mechanics) and office staff now, who are all just as amazing before. Still no surprises in the bill, still very accurate about what's wrong, or very honest about needing time to diagnose it.Look at the other reviews in town and you'll notice one thing - most of them say to get this one specific PERSON because they're great. This entire place is great.Original review: Started going to them when they said that the car brought in wasn't worth the cost of repairs. They said they'd be happy to do it, but that they felt the car would just be a money pit, and we might do better to replace it. I've never seen a mechanic turn down work that could easily have been a $500-$1000 repair every few weeks as the car broke down.They're always up front, down to earth, easy to understand, and so friendly. Estimates give you the low to high ranges, and Ryan is usually accurate about where he thinks the cost will actually be. No matter what, we have never gone to pick up a car, and been slapped with a bill higher than the estimate.Real small town service.

With only 25minutes left in the day this team took a look at the issue with my car, diagnosed it and got me back on the road so I could make it back to Vancouver.If I was local I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there for all repairs.Thanks a lot guys

Holy cow are these some good quality people!! I brought my truck in to resolve some brake issues and was given a quote that made my heart sink! I went in to talk in person to discuss things and was totally just treated like a person. Sarah, the front desk manager, was so sweet and considerate and thoughtful in talking things out with me. I think she gave me like 45 minutes of her time? We were eventually able to get down to a point of doing what was necessary. Even some of the mechanics came in to the office to chat about what was going on and talk about what they were seeing. You can totally tell this is a shop that is filled with good quality people that do their best. Not try to oversell or lie to ya. I did need to ask some specific questions to find the reasoning behind some recommendations but they were honest and reasonable as to why they made them. They were willing to work with me. I felt well taken care of and trusted them. As an aside, this shop definitely is going to make recommendations based on the assumption that you want high quality parts and thorough servicing. So if you know your own rig or specifically what work you're looking for, be sure to let them know. They are willing to work with ya to meet your needs. Would be happy to come back for future work. Thanks so much to Sarah and the rest of the team.

Had cam phasers and an exhaust manifold replaced about a year ago. Everything has held up well thru multiple cross-country drives. The work and customer service were excellent. I recommend this shop to anyone.

Just picked up my 2004 Explorer with 280,000 miles on it after they replaced the front left wheel bearing and it is so much smoother and quieter going down the road. They were completely professional, helpful, and thorough in telling me so many things that were wrong. They let me know what was most to least important knowing I was on a budget. Thanks Wagley! I would not hesitate to use them again.

They installed a power steering pump 6 or so months ago. The pump was faulty. They got me back in within a matter of a couple days and installed a new one. They noticed there were a couple tubes that needed to be replaced upon installing the replacement. This is where I go to get all my car needs taken care of from oil changes to new parts. The staff is amazing and always good at making sure you understand what your options are and what's going on. My favorite thing is they allow overnight drop offs for morning appointments that make my life a breeze. They are flexible and very efficient.

We were on a road trip over the mountains and ended up with a tire leak. We stopped in to Wagley Creek hoping to not have to sit in traffic back to Monroe, and they got us in immediately. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The guys were super nice and professional. They saved us probably 2 hours out of our day, I would recommend that place to anyone!

Excellent service!I identified the repair (leaky water pump) needed and passed it off to them to do the work. Communication about the repair was superb and delivered on time.I notice that the staff has remained solidly consistent over the years, definitely a plus to keep dealing with the same techs.I ve used them before to replace a faulty fuel sensor, same experience.I ve shopped prices at other shops, these guys are spot on with average prices that other shops offer in the local area.

Wagley Creek Automotive has been outstanding. Nearly all the credit goes to Chris. The man knows his diesels. He identified an extended crank when I simply thought it was a normal crank into ignition. Sure enough my ECM was failing. He likely saved me the financial headache of more failing parts. I can't recommend these guys enough. Take your vehicle here, they won't do you wrong.

We were passing through with our rented RV a few weeks ago on the way to the Stevens Pass and had a tire losing air. We pulled in and the Wagley Creek folks made a quick repair, called an RV place for information, and got us back on our way in no time. We had no further issues and had a wonderful weekend in the Mountains. This was our first trip to Washington (from our home state of Maine) and the honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and kind folks at Wagley Creek smoothed over any rough patch experiences. Thank you again!

I went to Wagley Creek for an oil leak in my new (used) car. I expected it to cost a fair amount to fix it. They called and told me it was a loose bolt. I went to pick it up. They did not charge me. They even refused to let me pay for their time. I will return to them for any other work I need done. Amazing customer service!

I had AAA tow me here when I popped a tire on my truck. They weren't gonna be able to get it done by the end of the week because they had to order a tire. So what did they do? They strapped an old spare they had on at no extra charge so I could get to monroe and have the tire replaced that day! These guys are really amazing and I would recommend them highly!Service: Tires

Very kind, knowledgeable honest staff. They helped us out when my MIL's car ran out of oil & didn't charge us for the oil they put in. We then brought a different car and got several small things done for a just a few hundred dollars which was a great deal. I'm glad we found a reliable mechanic out here!

Super happy with the work that was done, Ms. Sarah was awesome, polite and direct to the point about what was wrong and what needed to be done. There was no push for sales or anything, just in and out with no problems. Will def be coming back next time I need a mechanic. Thank you!

I have had three different cars serviced by Wagley Creek. Jeff, Amy and Ryan are dedicated to providing quality service but more importantly; in a world where honesty, honor and integrity are waning, the Wagley Creek people are committed to being honest and forthright with their customers. They will tell you ahead of time what service your vehicle requires and they will rate those needs by degrees of urgency and severity. They do not look for things to fix or even try to "fix" things that don't need "fixing". They make customer service priority one and will do all that they can to ensure that you don't spend any more than you need to for your vehicle to be safe and in good working order. They will make suggestions for future service but the decision is always yours before you pay a dime.

Ryan and his team at Wagley have always been a class act. I have used their services for the past five years or so and they have always been fair, professional, and straight. They have offered shuttle services, and worked with us when things were tight. Hope they keep it classy for the years to come!
