The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an Auto Repair Shop!!!!! Please steer clear. They had my Truck for over a week and were supposed to be diagnosing an electrical issue. A week later I find out that they swapped out my battery at autozone without my permission using my warranty and "replaced" my alternator without my approval. Then a week and 1,000 dollars later the same problem is happening with my truck. The worst kind of Crooks! If you value your money go somewhere else.Services: Electrical repair, Auto maintenance

Warren and staff are great! Listen to your car troubles and get things fixed. Highly recommend. My whole family is now taking their fleet of cars and work trucks to be serviced at Sky Valley auto.

My car was wobbling a lot, and was really bad while braking. Sky Valley Mechanics replaced my front struts and did an alignment, and now my car operates so much better! Very pleased and happy, thank you SkyValley Mechanics!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Took my New used PU there to take care of some service issues and to do a complete inspection. They did a great job the took care of the problem and found a couple of items that were due to neglect from the previous owner and took care of those items as well. While he could have tried to upsell me he didn't, but made sure that it was safe for me to tow a trailer over the Mountains without fear of a break down. I am completely satisfied with the service and price. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them as a mechanic. For all your service needs.

The shop had my 03 Ford F-250 for 7 days, and finally told me the truck had a bent rod, and 2 stuck values, and 3 bad injectors. The shop recommended a new engine. The second opinion I got found I just needed new injectors. This shop in short is a waste of time and money. Unless there working on your wheel barrel.

Be cautious about bringing your vehicle here. A year after paying $1000 for some work on our van, the same problem recurred, and it appears they replaced some, but not all of the parts they charged us for. Ask to see the old parts to confirm they really replaced them. Years ago this was a trustworthy shop, but not anymore.

I brought my ford ranger in for a new clutch, it was there for several months, they kept raising the price. Then finally when I picked it up it didn't run right, the engine had always worked perfectly, I strongly suspect shady practices.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This is a honest and caring shop.Rob went through my truck when my engine started knocking. He replaced the rockers and push rods on my 08 6.4 powerstroke .He was thourough and careful to make sure there was no collateral damage.They got right onto the issue, and checked over the truck so ivwouldnt have any other unexpected issues.Truck runs better than when i bought it.I highly recommend these guys. I brought the vehicle to the shop for a diagnosis and cure of high RPMs. They suggested a fix to which I agreed. However, when the vehicle was returned to me, the problem was unresolved. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, I was told that no diagnosis was possible, and they continued to justify an expensive repair for an issue that I did not acknowledge. Now the vehicle exhibits more issues than before the repair. Also, the final bill was significantly higher than the estimate.

My experience was not fair and equitable, I really don't want to go into great detail right now only to say I was not treated fairly, at this point based on what was not done which was far from what I asked for and was needed in order for them to complete what they said was going to be done just to make it possible to "take a look at my car" for one hundred dollars, lets just say for now it was impossible for them to ascertain what they said they did as there was a lack of basic things done just to setup that possibility for a look see as these basics that were needed but were never preformed, far to many things were wrong in order to even complete basic tests they said they did and then confirmed to me that all looked ok, as an example spark plug wires more then a decade old with at least one broken were not replaced as I asked, along with a few other glaring mistakes made by the previous mechanic for this I do not understand, only to say it appears they gave up on it before they even allowed for a fair chance as to even begin to understand what might be wrong or to put themselves in the position to complete their end of the bargain, at this point I think it fair to offer a refund of the $100.00 less a fair fee for adding air to my tires. 2002 Buick Rondezvous

I recently needed a fog light replaced and a few minor cosmetic things... even though they are very busy with real automotive issues they ordered some parts and fixed up my car very quickly... couldn t be happier

Do not use these crooks! They will charge you for repairs that you didn t approve of and you will most likely get your car back in worse condition then when it went in!!!!!

I have used them a few times and mor times than not I had to return because it wasn t fixed properly.They do shoddy work and the technicians are definitely careless.A lot of BS, very little good workBAD, BAD, BAD

Hose busted on way back from camping...called these guys and said bring it in...fashiond a hose for me filled it up with radiator fluid and I was back on the road...great job guys...JCar
